Excellent Pullman experience - all Platinum benefits delivered properly, the Executive Lounge was wonderful (including complimentary juices during the day, and al a carte breakfast). The welcome amenity was delicious - thanks. And it is wonderful that the rooms come with luxurious baths by standard (i.e. not just suites).

I stayed at this property for proximity to the airport as I had an early morning flight the next day. Check in was easy, and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. I parked my car around the corner at Wilson carpark so had to walk back there with my suitcase to get the shuttle. It would have been nicer to have a pick up from directly outside the hotel.

Comfortable, BUT unfortunately food from restaurant was a disaster. Starter was bread that was like a rock, uneatable. Ordered med rare steak in room service received well done, ordered sauce, it was forgotten, was delivered almost immediately but stone cold, due to unexpected plane delays hotel filled up quickly consequently it snowballed into food taking minimum of 45mins to be served. Therefore a 7.45pm reservation made it late when meal arrived. Because of all the issues I was given a complimentary alternative of my choice, as kitchen was due to close I ordered calamari. However, it again was uneatable could not even pull it apart, I took plate downstairs to the Hotel Manager who was very apologetic and said she would look into the matter. I bought a packet of crisps for dinner. Consequently on our second night of dining, the chef introduced himself, was extremely apologetic of the standard and would ensure our dining experience would be enjoyable. That night the food was amazing, plentiful, and delicious we were given complimentary starters for all of our problems and the service was up to Pullman standard and as we had guests with us that night they were very impressed.

the room was lovely, I ordered room service dinner and received zucchini soup (I think) when I had ordered corn chowder. whilst I didn't call to get it changed as I didn't want to wait for a replacement it was a tad odd to receive a very different soup. when my room was serviced on Wednesday the attendant took the room key out of the insert which I am not sure if this is policy but it meant that I only had 1 card and when ever I went out the air con would obviously stop and start. I had 2 different bookings and I emailed the hotel and I was very appreciative that the employee joined the bookings together to ensure I kept the same room. I did however not have my accor card somehow linked to the second booking meaning I now have to claim this transaction (I added the booking today on the app). this attention to detail makes the stay and loyalty authentic. as someone who now travels fortnightly (at least) and will be gold by the end of the I want to stay loyal to accor and these experiences are small but frustrating. I also have still not received my invoice so I will have to follow this up. when I am told it will be emailed I expect it to be as I have to reconcile a corporate credit card. This is something I should expect to always happen. I look forward to returning next week! Olivia

From arriving Adam on concierge was fantastastic was really welcoming and was very friendly. throughout my stay the staff were all great! Only reason I didn't give a 10 was because the remote for the TV in my room wouldn't work everytime. I know this is probably my fault for not reporting it but as was only there for 2 nights wasn't a huge issue just inconvenience when it took me 10 mins to try and turn off the TV.

The hotel is situated within walking distance to the airport. The hotel and rooms were clean and modern with nice extra touches. (Robes etc) All staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The hotel food was excellent. I would consider my stay great value for money. I can highly recommend the hotel.

« A home away from home »

I booked this stay at very short notice through the app, at 8pm on a Friday night, after my flight home from Sydney was cancelled. When I arrived with no luggage an hour later, the reception staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and supplied necessities such as a toothbrush. I have always had good experiences at Pullman hotels, but this unplanned stay was definitely the silver lining in an otherwise dark cloud of an evening.

Check in was fast and easy. My room was amazing, the bed was huge, the shower was very good, i didn't want to get out.I loved having the robes. the room was huge with full windows looking out to the street. I wasn't excited about the dinner menu, seemed a bit pricey and not a lot to choose from. Location was good for me to get to the airport. would defiantly stay here again.
