We loved the rooms but unfortuantley wheelchair users had trouble getting on the beds because they are too high Breakfast was fantastic Staff willingness to go out of the way to help was fantastic Dinner buffet was below average - many complaints about cold pasta, overcooked fish, and gluten free options being just a salad.

Our experience of using the Pullman for business meeting was excellent. The facilities are great, the catering is excellent and the support staff on the day are extremely helpful and attentive. The only negative is getting to the location. The shuttle service from the airport is unreliable and on the three occasions I have organised meetings, there has been either a long wait for a bus or it doesn't turn up at all

We had a lovely stay, the room was nice and provided all the amenities. The bed was uncomfortable as was two single beds put together and it kept separating.
