Overall good. We arrived by car would have been helpful if when we checked in staff suggested to get luggage out there and 1 of us could have stayed there while the other parked the car.The parking is used by other companies and is a bit of a journey to get back to reception. Also felt the champagne free drink was on the line but looked like glass was only a quarter filled .

Unfortuantely due to circumstances beyond your control, I had a disappointing stay. I was placed in a room facing O'Riordan street and the noise was so loud from the roadworks that I requested housekeeping to send up a set of ear plugs at midnight. It was well after 3am until I was able to fall asleep because of the noise of roadworks. I wish I was placed in a room that was not facing the road as I spoke to other guests in the lift who were facing the back of the hotel and they did not hear a thing. My experience does not make me want to hurry back to the Pullman for the decent money I paid for the hotel for the night.

We were celebrating our anniversary and was met by a wonderful lady during check in who also acknowledged this and was very happy to hear about it. We then arrived at our room which was decorated beautifully and staff left us a wonderful gift. All interactions with staff at the hotel was pleasant, especially in the executive lounge.

The room I had assigned was right next to road works and I hhad little to no sleep at all

I certainly understand your frustration as a regular loyalty guest at the disturbances that impacted your last stay with us and would like to extend our most sincere apologies for this inconvenience. We acknowledge that although the road works are not within our control we could have done more to ensure you were not impacted. I would like to assure you that we have updated your preferences to ensure in future you are not allocated on the roadside of the hotel at all. The road works commenced late last year and are likely to continue through to late this year however the location, amount of noise and activity varies from nil to what you experienced. We carry out decibel readings at set periods during each day so we have a baseline and means of feeding back to the Contractors. It was very unfortunate that the location and a higher level of noise from digging works most directly impacted the area of the building you occupied. Once again, thank you for your valued feedback and it is our hope that we have an opportunity to better serve you in a future and recover from this less positive experience. As I approached the outside of The Pullman SYD Airport I was concerned. Extensive road works and construction...the surrounds of the area looks like a bomb has hit. The moment I stepped inside the lobby my initial impressions were vastly adjusted. A cool and calm vibe, friendly accommodating staff, the slick and sophisticated interior design and the quiet hustle and bustle of the popular bar and restaurant gives the impression of chic style and service...and that is how it is. My stay was truly lovely. The staff are enthusiastic and genuine in their service style. My 2 rooms booked for me and my family were beautifully appointed, clean and very quiet. We all slept so well ( which was a blessing as we ran the city2surf the following morning). We will certainly stay again at The Pullman SYD Airport.

Noise from road works

Terrible. Heavy machinery from roadworks still going at 1am right outside my window. These works have been going on for some time, so shouldn't have been a surprise to the hotel staff. I should never have been allocated that room in the first place considering booked under the Qantas contract. Lucky I wasn't operating as crew in the morning or the flight may have been cancelled

It was pleasant upon arrival but was I was awoken just after midnight with noises from the ceiling and walls. Not sure what the noise was but it sounded like muffled toilet flushes. The breakfast spread was great for selection however the warm food was barely edible and waiting 30min for an expresso is below par
