The location, near the airport, is very convenient. The hotel has very nice rooms and all is up to standard. Just a recommendation, will be good to let the platinum members know the perks they get. Needed to ask for everything. The lounge is small but nice and the breakfast is fine for me.

The staff as usual were very friendly and helpful, check in and out quick and easy. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and comfortable with a cosy feel that most hotels don't hit the mark on. Another great stay in my fave hotel chain.

everything was good except for the bed cover which was too small so that when you laid in bed the cover did not come up over your shoulders The air con also seemed very poor and was not cold enough

« Convenient and Great Service »

The hotel is conveniently close to the Sydney airport. There is constant train service that can take you from the Domestic or International Terminal to Mascot Station which is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. I was impressed with the customer service and hospitality at the front desk and restaurant. It was also quite easy to catch a train to the city. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Pullman.

Unhappy with overheated room and no top sheet. Glass bathroom door which didn’t close properly compromising privacy. TV didn’t work and maintenance not carried out. Very uncomfortable chairs in restaurant/ bar so we chose to have limit dining time and breakfast elsewhere. Staff were professional and helpful.

The accomodation was roomy, clean and classy. The evening meal was insanely good (To share - Four people or more). The breakfast menu and setup is as good as it gets! The Staff add the finishing touches!

This is a beautiful hotel with really interesting food. The rooms are lovely, the corridors rather sterile. The only issue I had was that due to the name I thought it was AT the international airport not two stops away from it. My oversight based purely on the name.

Our check in was completed by a very rude individual. The other two staff at reception were really lovely especially the member that comes from New Zealand. The lady at the Conceirge was also helpful. Staff in Executive room were fabulous and so kind and gentle. Hotel was lovely but our stay was mediocre because the first impression this other person created and treated us when we first arrived.

For the best accommodation overnight leaving or returning to Sydney, the Pullman Mascot certainly tops the list, staff extremely helpful. room very comfortable, rain shower in bathroom just the best, meals top quality, overall an excellent experience. Location short walking distance from Mascot railway station.

I am a regular visitor to this hotel on business and have stayed here more times than I can count. The service from staff is consistently very good. The rooms are excellent and breakfast offering is fantastic. The executive lounge is very comfortable and quiet at most times I visited. On this particular visit I found the hot water in the room a little inconsistent with the maximum temperature even after being left on for awhile being 'warm' and seemingly only from the hand held shower with the rain shower temperature being luke warm at best. Apart from this the only other thing that stood out to me is that the coffee offered at breakfast is consistently bad - I think on each visit I have noticed this and only remembered for this review now. Basically either the machine is doing something wrong with the coffee or the bean/roast mix is odd but the coffee is weak and tastes strange. Maybe some barista or coffee expert is needed to get some input here.
