I always stay over night at the Pullman before flying out of Sydney. Great funky atmosphere, food always good in the restaurant. There are numerous hotels to choose from but have stayed many times at this hotel and would never hesitate to book again.

We were very pleased with the location and the helpful staff who were eager to ensure our needs were met. The room design was new (interesting) and very clean. We made use of the executive lounge, bar for drinks and food which we enjoyed in very pleasant surroundings.

We had a lovely stay. Service was excellent. Did not have to wait long to be seated at the restaurant. We requested extra towels but did not receive them, this was our only criticism.

Great Rooms let down by poor restaurant service experience.

Have stayed with you a few times, you have great rooms lets down by a very poor restaurant experience. Four times I have eaten there and all four were poor. Actually 2 of the 4 people I was traveling with from our company said they would not stay there again.

My check-in was delayed although this was due to a computer failure. However, my main concern was the lack of service in the restaurant at both Breakfast and diner. At breakfast the restaurant appeared to be severely understaffed leading to delays and poor service. At diner the wait staff were very inattentive with delays in drinks and food arriving. Not what I expect from a 5 star hotel.

It was great, the entrance doors a little odd compared to other hotels however everything else about this is brilliant. I'ts a shame that the Pullman Hotel in Brisbane is nothing like this.

Had a great experience - free upgrade and free day parking for some visitors. Only thing, asleep in the morning and was scared when heard someone entering and leaving room - ?minibar check. Did not leave enough time to respond to door.

We very much enjoyed our short stay in this stylish and comfortable airport hotel. Check in and check out were very efficient and quick. The restaurant area had a nice buzz to it avoiding the sterile feel that airport hotels often have. The room was spacious, modern and very comfortable. Staff were friendly too.

The room itself was nice. The executive lounge was quite disappointing. 17… is quite a short period to run an executive lounge. Most in Sydney run over a 2 hour period. Despite the fact the waiter in the lounge was quite pleasant, he was very slow to refill alcoholic drinks and couldn’t wait to pack up as soon as the clock hit 1900. I was quite disappointed with the experience based on the rate charged.
