The hotel was lovely and our room was so nice. Our restaurant experience was not the best. Our waiter was very good, Caleb but the kitchen was very slow getting our food out. The whole experience took almost two hours and really we just wanted to get something to eat and go to bed for our flight the next day. The bartender had never heard of a moscow mule (a very common cocktail). Check in and check out was smooth and easy.

Our experience was great. We were able to promptly check in. We found the room was really spacious and with everything you needed. Even had the front desk team help us with a few queries, we were really grateful. We would definitely stay again!

« Wonderful hotel - room service food lets you down though »

Hotel itself as well as rooms were immaculate. Staff were all very polite. Only thing I can suggest as improvements is the food. The vegetarian options from the snack menu were limited and we ended up just ordering charcuterie plate without the meats as a snack. We also ordered the room service tomato/basil pizza and it was entirely bland and totally soggy to the extent we only ate 1 piece each and left the rest.

From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed. Open taxi door and got my luggage and guided me inside. However I was there at midday and unable to check in early, I asked what time I could be checked in and the lady told me 1pm. I asked her to phone me if I could come in early but went back at 1.30pm as hadn't heard anything and there was a room ready. Just felt like there wasn't any attempt to let me know I could check in early. Not a big deal but i had been flying all day and needed to work at night so really wanted as much sleep as possible.

Modern room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Limited space for storing clothes if staying for a few days. Good restaurant and breakfast although service was variable.

No less than what I expected from the Accor group of Hotels and the Pullman. What I would have liked to see is a selection of spirits in the Exec Lounge, as in some of your competitors I sometimes have to stay at when Accor is not available.
