Everything went well. Check in and out was efficient. The rooms were comfortable and functional. A little sterile perhaps, but not a problem staying for only one night.

Very nice room. That's it! I have already raised an issue with the assistant manager when I got to the hotel. The day before I arrived I called the Pullman to find out where to catch the free shuttle to the Hotel. I made it clear I was arriving T3 QF domestic. I was told to get to T2 for the free shuttle and that I would be charged 7AUD per person to get back to the hotel the following day. In fact the pick up is virtually T3. I wasted valuable time as it took me almost 1.5 hours to get to the hotel. On arrival I asked the staff to call the duty manager to raise the issue face to face. That night I got my bill as it was a prepaid and also paid for the transfers for 2 people the next day. A few hours later I received a bill by email and found out I had been charged another 14.28AUD for the supposed free transfer from the previous night. I was not amused. I called the hotel and I was told by Rebeca it was not free of charged. I explained I had been told it was free and have I been told it was not free I would have taken Uber on arrival as for 2 people it was only 10AUD, saving money and time. I was told the money would be refunded. I asked for the credit card to be simply cancelled as it had gone through a few hours prior. I requested to be kept informed as a supervisor had to approve it. No one contacted me or responded to my email. This is not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. A very mediocre way to finish my stay in SYD.

The room was lovely as a single guest, I think the bathroom would have lacked privacy as a couple. Unfortunately, the executive lounge was one of the worst I've stayed in, I joked to a colleague that I should start a Twitter account called "Better or Worse Than Adelaide Airport's Virgin Lounge". The lounge is without any atmosphere or intimacy, the tables need to be arranged better (felt like a school canteen). The staff were lovely but didn't follow through with orders. I had to ask what the food items were during evening drinks (a menu or sign would have been helpful). Even when I asked the attendant, he had to leave to ask the chef what the food was. In the morning it took 20+ minutes for me to get a coffee, when I ordered toast I was told I should make my own, yet there was only olive bread available, not great for jam. I felt like a pest always having to ask for the basics. I do love the artwork in the hotel. The sculptures are wonderful, playful and fun. I'd stay again just to take some selfies with them. I'd like to add that all the staff I dealt with, including those in the lounge were pleasant and helpful.

« An Accor Members Treat »

We are a mature couple that stayed using our Accor Plus rewards to receive a discount on the room. To make things better, we received a free upgrade and went for the $1 breakfast each which was a bargain. This hotel never ceases to amaze as the staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are fresh and clean and very quiet. Can't wait to go back again.

The room was great, however when my partner called to let you know there may be a delivery for me the person at reception told her that I was not only staying in the hotel but the room number I was staying in, all before she even identified herself as my partner. This was absolutely disappointing, especially given I was booked under the qantas corporate rate. Along with this when my breakfast order of poached eggs arrived there was no butter or salt and pepper on the tray, I phoned room service and they correctly confirmed my request for both, but only sent butter, so had to return a third time with salt and pepper.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are an excellent standard and always clean. I hate the TV system, or at least the TV guide portion. I would be happy to explain this in more detail on my next visit (I will be staying again next week).

I love the Pullman hotels. From the minute you walk in and smell their signature fragrance lightly mister in the air to the friendly staff that always greet you with a welcoming smile. Rooms are always comfortable and functional for ease of getting some work done.

Perfect until the very end when paying final bill, was told breakfast was included and could have it in my room via room service. When checking out I was told no it is in returaunt only you must pay the $51.00. Why did the story change and why was I given a door hanger to place my order on?

« Amazing staff, incredible rooms, great location »

My husband and I had an amazing time at Pullmans Sydney Airport Hotel. We upgraded and stayed in the Executive King Suite and it was more than we could have imagined. We had an amazing top floor view over the Airport and Botany and everything in the room was 5 Stars. Slippers, Dressing gowns, bath tub, tvs, 2 toilets etc. I could go on but you have to experience it yourself. The staff were amazing, starting from Joel who greeted us at the front door, to reception, bar and dining staff. All were friendly, helpful and professional. We used the ofo bikes to ride around the Mascot area which has great restaurants and cafes we never knew existed in this area. We caught the train to the airport which was an extremely easy thing to do and saved us the headache of peak hour traffic with the current road works. We look forward to coming back again one day soon. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
