Business trip. Nice and clean, well laid out and everything that's required for a business traveler. Excellent meal too. Lots of pillow choices but none of them were "firm", all big fluffy clouds. A latex option would be good. That's my only suggestion!

Provide a convenient location for the work i had to do and a great place to bring people for dinner. The beds are outstanding so can sleep very well and breakfast is finally providing a little more choice.

From the moment we drove in right off the busy street we were greeted with courteous efficient staff .Parking was quick and easy with covered access to our cosy modern room.A beautiful breakfast in the up to the minute dining room. Classy decor and what a beautiful black piano. A perfect stay thankyou.

« Warm and welcoming, the front desk staff were a pleasure to deal with »

All the boxes were ticked, we had inadvertently left the 'do not disturb' light on and received a lovely hand written note from housekeeping to contact them if we needed anything. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were equally as welcoming and helpful. We will come back again because of this!

Majority of services were good, biggest disappointment is the breakfast is very poor, so ate outside the hotel instead. It use to have a great feel and plenty of variety now it’s average at best.

The facility was very nice, however I arrived late (9.20 pm) on a Sunday evening, after spending two hours sitting at an airport due to flight delays, and the dining room and bar were closed. I could order room service but as six other guests arrived at about the same time I guessed this would not be quick. The room service menu did not offer beverages which was disappointing and as the mini bar did not include any sparkling wine, I went without. P.S. The complimentary drink voucher was redundant!

Our room was on the 2nd floor. Nice layout & Bathroom. Our King bed was quite hard. The breakfast was disappointing, not much variety or very fresh.

« A pleasant stay »

Over-all a good stay. Although I find the temperature control very tedious and I rarely get a good night sleep staying here. In the middle of Winter when it's 5 degrees out-side you often have to have the A/C on cold or it's just too hot. I generally prefer to stay across the road at The Quality, but since the Novotel has been built it's not a preferred option any-more.

We loved our room, who wouldn’t with the suite, we didn’t expect it to have so much space. My only comment is why does Accor not have the option of changing one large bed into two singles. If this had been the case it would be a 10 score. Most families prefer their children to sleep in separate beds at any age, makes for going to sleep and staying asleep So much easier.
