Nice hotel with superb location very closed to Masjid Nabawi. Staff are friendly and helpful. The downside only the elevator that I believe need yo be renew.

Check in was terrible, anyway expected. Breakfast was not logged to our 2 suites booked through accor...at first was embarrassing and then took too long to convince administratives and has to prove with confirmation letter received by accor to convince....unfortunately un-professional staff

My stay was ok. There was maintenance in the elevator. I booked suit because I have 3 children, age 2,3,and 4. I have requested to have my breakfast in the room because I do not want to make ant mess with my children in the restaurant however the restaurant manager rejected and inform me to have my buffet in the restaurant.

the room was upgraded before my arrival as on my request and it relief me about concerning of stay of a maid. Service was excellent and staff is really very polite and humble. room service was excellent but this time I had only one problem with stay that sometime it was smell in washroom.

« Poor service with bad attitude »

I usually book at Pullman Zamzam but decided to try this sister hotel as part of the accor hotels group - the rates were the same so expected similar service. Firstly the hotel lifts were not all working - only 2 lifts with 1 service lift and each time we used the service lift the staff would huff and puff because we were using their lift! Very poor attitude. We had to wait upto 15 minutes at a time for the lift and eventually ended taking the stairs because my kids needed the washrooms or were getting late for prayers. I was late for breakfast by 5 mins once because of the lift issue - when I got to the restaurant, they firstly refused entry saying my booking was bed only - after checking twice they said @ok you can go@ as if they were doing me a favour! when i got into the restaurant, the chef making eggs refused to make me an egg saying I was late - i explained the lift and staff issue and he started throwing the pots around and angrily made the egg. Room service: tiny portions and contradicting message - the noticeboard outside the restaurant says chicken is from local supplier but on the room service phone they said its brazil! Will I visit this hotel again? Never. I actually ended up walking back to Pullman zamzam with my family and paying for food there although it was included in Majlis in our booking. The only positive from this experience was I got parking space and the housekeeping staff who cleaned the room was very polite. The remainder staff at reception, checkin, around the hotel and kitchen were very rude with little respect for guests.

Staff didnt pay attention to the details of my reservation and kept asking me for balance of payment when there was none. They didnt even give me any preferrntial treatment for bejng an accor hotel member unlike the other accor hotels i’ve stayed in.

Only location and internet services were good The hotel need to change all carpets , that was not Mercure 5 star hotel , it was 3 or less than 3 star the buffet was spicy and When I ask the chef about it , He said all Pakistani love it like this ,maybe the hotel was 20% Guests from Pakistan The Carpets in the room and out side was dirty and you can check that the room services when he clean room they didn't clean the coffee cup , knife or spoon it was pad experience I will back to same city soon but I will not back to this hotel , the prices is expensive
