The reception clerk was pathetic they do not know how to deal with guests. They only give attention to Arab guests any guests whatever their nationality they think as a lesser. I was charged full invoice, they did not consider the fact that I used 4000 points at the time of making reservation. They charged me fully. I contacted the reception at the time of check out but they said that they cannot help. They took my contact number saying that someone will contact me to sort out the problem, but no one contacted to date. I called them later but they still were unable to resolve the issue saying that the guest relations officer is not available to talk. I would rather not invest in loyalty points and would have stayed in a better hotel in Madinah which cheaper rates.

Arriving so early in any hotel is a challenge for guest , but arriving that day Mr. Muhammad was able to check me in as no room was clean he upgraded me to a suite which was kind of him , room was fantastic with all the things that make ones staying very comfortable and existing . Wi fi was excellent .

« Unclean feeling and subpar facilities »

Rooms were not properly cleaned. Cleaners didn't even clean properly when asked and we are not picky people. Bathroom door did not close properly (had to force it for room 1015). Carpets were dirty in our rooms, not safe for any small kids if they crawl. Just overall was a very unclean experience.

I stayed 5 nights with my family. My first impression was spoiled after waiting for 15 minutes in-front of the elevator on the 12th floor. This was extremely frustrating as we almost missed our first prayer due to this delay. The staff were helpful and next day shifted me to a better room on the 3rd floor which made things slightly better. Though the elevator issue persisted due to on going renovation work. The management should've mentioned this while I made my booking. I would like to thank all your staff for their excellent support and for trying to compensate. By the way the breakfast menu needs improvement, you might consider adding some more variety.

Arriving early from a long trip was quite stressing , Mr. Abdallah at the reception was very helpful and allowed me an early checking in and also upgraded me to a suite. The Prophet Mosque is nearby withing a walking distance. Eatries , shops and supermarket and other amenities all nearby

Breakfast has improved a lot in variety & food quality since I last stayed.Beds & Room comfort was great; along with clean washrooms.Even though there was renovation going on, the service levels were still maintained well by the hotel management.
