Overall still okay but we have connecting door and the conversation from the occupants next door is clearly heard. Once I ordered menu in resto to find several falling hairs on the meal (definitely not mine since i have very short hairs). Once I experienced sudden stop in the lift, and aleady reported to front desk.

I stayed at room 1022. At 9pm I heard very noisy sound from the 11th floor and it was very annoying, I couldn't sleep. At 11:30pm, I called the front desk to complain about the situation. I asked to change the room but they said the security will check first. For a while the noisy sound disappeared. At 1:30am, I woke up because the noisy sound started again and immediately I called the front desk. At that moment, the officer said there were some workers at 11th floor (at meeting room). I insisted on them to stop the activities because it was time for people to sleep. At 05:30am, I woke up because of the very noisy sound started. The front desk officer only said sorry and sorry. I am very disappointed with the way they handle the complaints. They are very untrained and unprofessional. And it's not the Accor's way. As a consumer I am very disadvantaged and they do not provide any compensation at all instead of saying sorry and sorry. What's a pity.

I stayed in room 617 for one night. There's nothing to complain. All is perfect! The room is comfortable. It's clean, and cozy. The AC worked great. The coffee maker is very handy. The hot shower worked well. Breakfast definitely awesome and the staffs are friendly also.
