The room is good and comfortable. I really like eat in the restaurant for breakfast. You have a lot of tasty meal for sure but i really love that chicken bbq and pancake! 1. We came on Friday, October 26. In the afternoon we decided went swimming, we request for towels, we called several times, we didn't get towels that we have requested. 2. When we have breakfast the servant never smile and unfriendly especially with our family since day 1. 3. Slow response and action, when my daughter's blanket and the doll accidentally taken along with the housekeeping when my room is being cleaned. 4. I have experienced 3rd times with the AC during my stay. 5. The foods are not kid or baby's friendly, they are too spicy

« Good value, a fun hotel we'll recommend, with almost everything you need. »

We had a very good experience staying at Ibis Styles. The friendly staff are obviously well trained, with attention to detail and a good level of English. The hotel and rooms were clean and had almost everything you need. The one thing that was difficult was that there was only a cooling box in the room, not a refrigerator. The cool box only cools to about 10-12 degrees Celsius, a refrigerator cools to 4 degrees. This is extremely important when you travel with medication, as I do. I travel with my husband half the year, and we'd look at choosing Accor in most countries we go to. This small but important detail makes a difference. Thanks again though, for a great hotel experience.

My complaint about the wash gel dispenser and air conditioner was quickly attended to. The breakfast is sumptuous with good food selection. Housekeeping does a great job of maintaining room cleanliness.

This was my second time to come here after 4 weeks before for a business trip. It was a nice stay, unfortunately the room service or the maid maybe forgot to refill the liquid soap in my bathroom. So I dont have the soap when I took shower. But the rest was good.
