As an Accor LeClub member, I have mostly preferred to stay at Accor hotels whenever I travel with my family, for the special members' rate & Accor's hospitality standard. As for my stay at Ibis Style Surabaya, overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff responded quickly when handling my complaint about the air conditioning that wasn't working well. The front office staff were also friendly & helpful. However, I am a bit disappointed when during my family's 3 days' stay, the standard room & bathroom amenities were not replenished each day. In my opinion, since it's standard for most hotels, the standard room & bathroom amenities should be replenished when some have already been used--whether the guest(s) ask for the replenishment or not. Anyways, I will keep coming back to ibis styles Surabaya :-)

The front desk reception and lobby staff in general are all welcoming. The Streats coffee shop staff service is not always consistent, depending on the staff.

Good service along I stayed at the hotel. When the first time I arrive in the room, I felt headache, flu and cough so I call to the receptionist and asked whether the hotel provide the medicine for headache, flu and cough like "Tolak Angin" and the receptionist replied no. Five minuted later, the receptionist called me and said that the boy room can assist me to that medicine to the mini market closely to the hotel. I was very happy at the time for that service and after drunk 2 sachet my condition to become recovery and I able to have a teaching at APARI training in the morning. Thanks Ibis.
