« The bed was not that comfortable. »

The hotel staffs were very accommodating and pleasing. However, the bed was not that comfortable. It was too soft. I suggest that they change the cushion of the makeshift bed and replace it with something comfortable. I stayed at room 918 during the stay. I had sleepless nights in the duration of my stay.

I was stayed twice at Ibis Style Hotel and i was completely satisfied. The location very strategic near to airport and toko oleh oleh. The breakfast was very nice and have a lot of variety, appetier, main course and dessert. The room was completely calm, clean, net and i love the atmosphere of the room. Very ergonomies in style.

Good hotel, good staff, delicious food. The room need more brighter lamp. Also I found some hairs and dust below the bedsheet. Need more elevator because sometimes there are long queue in front of the elevator doors. The swimming pool is too small. Overall is good.

When i swimming in the pool, in found out that the lamp of the pool is pull out from the place, and a lot of tiles broken. I called the person, they said they will call somebody to fix it, but no one coming. I think the pool is the main entertainment when i choose this hotel, but the condition of the pool far below my expectation.

« I found the comfort zone when i stay here »

I have a no major issue regarding my stay in this hotel, but maybe you can add another 1 Elevator [in case you deal with a lot of guest and fully booked room], so all the elevator can utilize guest in properly. Because what happened yesterday is, many guests have to wait quite long time to going up or down via elevator. But overall the hotel services was running so excellent. Thank you for having me your best service while i'm staying at your hotel.
