+ friendly staff + Nice spacious room + Solid bed + We slept over, breakfast was till 10AM, we still got some food at 10.15 and received even great omelette made extra for us - 20 minutes after we arrived, we heard a sound similar to explosion and a fire alarm with evacuation went on immediately. After we quickly left to the lobby through the evacuation route, we were told that the sensor is just too sensitive. We would appreciate being informed about a cancelled evacuation immediately, so that we do not have to run 7 floors with my wife having a sprained ankle - The AC was very noisy, we could not use it at night - We left around 11am and put a sign on the door - "room is ready to be cleaned" but after we arrived around 10pm, the room was still in the same condition - soap was finished after first night and was not refilled, luckily we had our own backup Overall, nice hotel with great room and a lot of choices for breakfast, but service and quality did neither meet our expectations, nor Accorhotel standards we are used to

« Overall good, but the management need more concern on details »

The view from my room is wonderful. All the facilities are functional, with some notes: 1. There is no kiblat sign 2. The kettle was dirty like had been used by the previous guest to cook something and the room cleaner didn't check through it 3. The safety box was already locked

« Nice room, tasteless food »

The room is nice, though sadly I got the room at the low floor so I don't get a good view.. I thought if I booked the room directly at the official web I'll get a privilege of having a good room but I didn't. The food at breakfast taste so so, mostly tasted bland although the variety if food is okay. Overall I enjoyed the stay.. I hope there will be improvement.

« One night stand excellent stay »

I would say the hotel quite impressed me starting from the FO staff, swimming pool and the cozy room, upon my arrival the staff was surprising me with small cake while singing me a happy birthday. Thank you for this unforgettable stay specially for Mr. Farhan who helped my fast check in, also to Ms. Nabilla and Mr. Denny at Reception. It was my first stay but not my last. See u soon:)

The room was unexpectedly different from our booking..i booked the room with golf view, but the hotel give us the room with no golf view, so i called the reception and they change our room to the golf view..the swimming pool is too small, my family wasn't enjoy the swim..but the breakfast was awesome, there were many variation of food, and the taste is nice..

From check in to check out, the service handled by the staffs are very satisfactory. The room was clean & comfy. Breakfast was okay but offers a lot of varieties. This Hotel is family & kids friendly. Definitely worth the price, and highly recommended.

Mostly perfect during I stayed in ibis styles bogor, nicely concept, unique concept in bathroom in every room, complete breakfast variants, fast process c/i or c/o, room clean and cozy for stay, need improve in ouyside parking area, bcs in afternoon the weather really hot and too much dust during construction, I'll be back to this hotel, reallu recommended

The place is nice, small but warm and convenient. My family love it. Please more concern about cleanings. I found the corners of the wastafel was not touched by the cleaning service, I could see black mold inside it. Also please put more toys in playground room. Thank you.
