« Short gateaway from routines. »

It's always a nice experience coming back to stay in the Ibis Styles Bogor, Indonesia. It's been our 4th time. We love the hotel atmosphere, the friendly & helpful staffs, the hotel cleanness and the food. It becomes our habit to stay in this hotel every other month. We noticed that there things are needed to be improved such as, ... the needs to change infos regularly in the elevator so all hotel guests can get the updated infos of the current hotel's activities, promotion, etc ... and, ... please put some sport channels in the TV programs.

It was my first holiday with my newborn daughter and my husband. I am glad that I chose ibis Styles Bogor Raya, because it was easy, comfortable, and fantastic. Easy since the booking, to find the location, and the check in. Comfortable because of the wonderful bed, exquisite interior design, and excellent breakfast. Fantastic would be the perfect word to explain everything; staff, facilities, location, and service. I will definitely choose ibis Styles Bogor Raya if I visit Bogor again.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Ibis Style Bogor thanks to the polite yet professional service from the hotel staff. Outstanding facilities, moreover we get to use Novotel facilities too. Comfortable and peaceful environment. Great selections of breakfast with high quality ingredients that are very tasty. We will definitely make another visit to Ibis Style and be hungry for more.

« Wonderful short escape ! »

I love the hotel atmosphere.. the room view to the mountain, the food - have a lot of option but if you may add an ice cream it qould be grear, the facilities - i tried the bicycle, gym but skip the pool. One annoying thing was i got smoking room which smelled like ashtray.

My husband had his reunion with his frenz at IPB, so me n my son accompany him to Bogor. We choose Ibis Style bcoz of the previous experience. We arrived there at 4 and I closed the payment on the receptionist. We had family room. It’s spacious. We like the room very much. The next day, the breakfast was excellent. We choose to stay over until 5 oclock, but the inconvinience thing that the room key didn’t work after 12, the check out time. We have to report to the receptionist about the key. We had paid the fee the day before. Why we have to report again? Didn’t the receptionist note the late checkout? Never happen like this at novotel.

the place is very clean. the staff is very helpful and courteous. this is my third stay in 4 months. the main reason I come back because of the how good the staff is. cleaners, restaurant, reception, and management. I left my iphone in the room last week. the cleaner found and gave to reception and lost and found. they did their best to contact me. you really should be proud. I also like the place because of the location.

We were staying at Ibis Styles Bogor Raya on 18-19 Aug 2018 for a short family-staycation, also in order to celebrate my husband's birthday on 19 Aug 2018. I stayed with the whole family : my husband, our 7-years old daughter and with my parents too. We booked the family room for my family and my parents. The room that we stayed for a night was excellent; the bathroom was clean, so was the bed linen. We could comfortably sleep well at night also and enjoyed the facilities provided in the room. At first, the hot shower didn't work well as we got a difficulty in getting the right temperature for the hot water to take a bath, so we had to call the front desk officer where they sent a technician to fix it accordingly. Overall, we were satisfied for the good service and hospitality of the hotel crew, not to mention the gate security guy (I forgot his name) who willingly took us back & forth to Novotel Hotel with a buggy car for a sightseeing and also for my daughter to have a chance for a horse riding and feeding the rabbits there. The only minus thing was when we had breakfast in the next morning, where the restaurants were so crowded (there were a lot of guests staying at that time maybe because of the long weekend due to Indonesia's Independence Day holiday), but unfortunately there were some food stalls that had been run out but yet not been quickly refilled by the crew. We were also a bit disappointed for the food's taste, some of them were lack of taste and didn't meet our expectation. Perhaps the restaurant's crew could give more attention to this, especially when in long weekends/peak seasons period where there will be a lot of guests staying there.
