The mine bar store item are difference for each room . Some room 4 cans soft drink , Some room 6 cans soft drink and beer . And the mug also . Some room 2 mug with 2 teaspoon . And some room one mug with one teaspoon . Glass in the bathroom also some one glass some two glass .

« Modern,Nice and clean Hotel but.... »

I love the Hotel, nice and clean furthermore the room give me warm bright feeling .But the rate was quite X. I paid approx. SgD 80 and breakfast Excluded! I ve been staying in many PKU hotels and with the amount I paid I surely have breakfast.My sister was a bit upset because she was the one who booked the room for me and the staff said breakfast was included. Well upon check in, I was told by the front staff that it was not included and if I want breakfast I need to pay SGD 10/pax. That's expensive ! even for Singapore my breakfast will cost me the most SGD 7. I ended up having some breakfast outside.

Different with another novotel, the customer very nice because im one of the le club member 1. The customer very stuburn when im asking free voucer welcome drink (because i know i have that facility), i must to arque about that 2. Very long handle to check in and check out 3. The welcome letter is not polite and very jot polite because just insert in the handle of the door 4. There’s no free welcome fruit in the room Absolutely very bad

Becoming gold member from le club accor hotels is really great. Upgrade room, welcome drink, welcome food are very good. But the food is always the same, no variation, almost eat same food for welcome food. I believe there are many food options like in the restaurant. I always stay here but why my ID card always been asked by the receptionist. Maybe this is the procedure but scan ID card many times every visit means you treat us like a new visitor every time.

« overall good hotel »

overall a good hotel with great room. I love the room, the breakfast and the location. They need to only provide non smoking lounge blow at the lobby. I was in the lounge at the lobby and people smoke and when I asked they said its a smoking lounge. I have no more comment but the impact is I had a flu from that meeting cause of the smoke. The gym, need to upgrade the equipment.
