I have stayed at this hotel several times and will continue to stay there in the future. I would have given the hotel a higher rating of 9 had the gym had better equipment that was properly maintained. The shower water was only lukewarm, which was disappointing. I did not complain about either of these issues as I was busy doing other things, and the problems were not likely to be corrected during my short stay. Good food at the restaurant and there is a mall close by. Overall I was happy with my stay.

Towels in our room is smelly bad.. Some of the food in the 2nd days' breakfast is salty, I've already complain it.. Overall is okay... Pls pay attention in the cleaness of the towels.. Thanks..

comfort bedroom, good services and nice food @ breakfast. But too small of pools especially when the holiday season. Nice play ground and xbox service is a plus. Connecting way to the mall is a good concern

Venue ok, easy to reach, services are excellence However to improve your service, please kindly provide enough amenities and change the towel every day (upon request of course due to go green). secondly, I prefer the room being tidied while we are away as mentioned to the front line.

The only factor for me not to give 10 out of 10 is the car parking facility in the hotel. Car park often full from cars which are not hotel guess, moreover in holiday season. Most of them are going to the shopping mall which is placed next to the hotels, but park their cars in Hotel parking area.

My 2nd stay at Novotel Pekan Baru . Totally different experience from my 1st stay . Check in & check out was smooth as silk . Compliment to a check in staff named Tika , she is very patiently explained services that available & facilities in Hotel . Room are clean & upgraded yet well prepared with welcome amenities . Nothing much negative or glitches to be digging . Their improvement also affecting my local business partner are intending to join accorhotels member . Kudos to Team Novotel Pekan Baru I hope Novotel Pekan Baru can keeping up their good work & improve from better to best !!

Warm welcome from Reception and provide me the right room with non smoking.Unfortunaly when i took breakfast , I need to ask 2 times to get my coffee.Also, there is no garden with open air that I need for my activity.

Check-in process was quick and straightforward, the room is clean. However, the towel needs a change over as they were becoming light brown. I check out at 5.30am the hotel accommodate me with 3 small bread which the quality is well below the standard 4-star hotel. Gym is quite good with lots of equipment to use.

At first, i was a bit disappointed as i booked a double room. However upon arrival, i was told that there were no more double room, and i was given a twin room instead. Although they offered to combined for me, it is in the end, not a double room.
