« The guest receipt service is plain standard »

Neutral impression due to : - System recorded my Accor as Plain member account, while a Business IBIS card was already purchased and connected to this account making this a gold account. - As a result no welcome drink and special receipt arrangement was delivered; no early check-in had to wait for 3 2hours untill 10.30 to check intoone room; while the other had to wait to almost 12.30 - No room upgrade was offered, or at least discussed. This maybe due to misrecordin the system. However, one good thing about the service of the staff member is that after checkout and trip to airport, i realized that i had left a package atthe concierge. The staff member was kind enough to arrange for a package delivery through national courier service to our office in Jakarta. This is highly appreciated.

Nice hotel, clean, in good location and reasonable price. Only need improvement in variety of breakfast menu, too standard, nothing special. Staff at dining area also not setting the table properly and not serving tea/coffee right away. Overall is ok

Twice already stay at Novotel Pekanbaru and event at 5th floor with baygon bad smell in outside the room. Kindly watch out for every bad smell that can bring a bad experience to other guests.

The hotel is quite strategically located, near malls and supermarkets. The hotel's design is simple yet beautiful, even compared to more expensive hotels. The food was delicious. The lobby has reading corner and computers for guests who'd like to use it.

I only stay for 1 night in my last stay. I appreciate Miss Octa in front desk (reception), who welcome me and give a hospitality. I also appreciate Miss Putri who received my request to prepare my room and ensure the AC in on mode before I came. However, in that night I feel the AC can not make the room cool. I already decreasing the temperature and increasing the fan speed, but it still hot. Beside that I disappointed to the room service. I asked shaver but they don`t sent me that shaver.
