Absence of in-room iron availability is a real issue

The hotel is good, staff great, breakfast good. But having to go to an unpleasant iron room to do ironing is a massive pain and I generally aim to stay in another Ealing hotel for that single reason.

First time staying at the Ibis in Ealing and I will be back. The ‘almost’ would have been a straight perfect had it not been for the fact the position of the electrical socket in relation to the mirror was almost too far for the hair dryer cable to comfortably reach!

Overall quite good but was disappointed there was no refrigerator in the room as I need it for medication and prefer to keep my water bottle cold. A safe would be good as well but I realise you cant have everything. Bed was comfortable and location of hotel good for getting around London.

Overall an excellent stay in a modern, clean, friendly hotel in a location close to multiple transport options. Very well insulated as the hotel is on a very busy road but the rod is quiet.

The hotel is just fantastic. The cinema theme is great. We stayed two nights and we were fascinated with the hotel theme. The staff were polite and friendly and I want to give thanks to the Spanish receptionist who welcomed us, he was polite, helpful and very kind. The hotel is well located, in Ealing neighborhood. There are two underground lines to go to the city center, and it takes around 30 minutes. We used to take the district line to upmister and we stopped at westminster station, near the big Ben, the abbey and the river. The breakfast was included ant it was a plus!! It is true that the breakfast is simple but you have a good choice ( croissants , chocolate croissants, many different type of breads, a good coffee machine, cold meats, yogurts, milkshakes, fruits and natural orange juice), I think all you need to start your journey!! It is not my first time in London but my first time at ibis Styles Ealing, and I was really surprised. Definitely, you will be my first option if I come back to London . We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!!

The hotel is new and beautifuly decorated. Breakfast is very good. Unfortuntely there are no body lotion.

The reception is very simple and small. Very goood location, near city centre, many busses in front of hotel. The room and hotel are beautifully decorated. The breakfast is simply good ! There are no body location or hand crem.
