Enjoyed the stay, it’s my first Ibis styles compared to other ibis and ibis budget. Ibis styles’s interior is warm and elegant, a bit out of London Central but there’s plenty of eatery nearby. Breakfast is average so don’t expect hot cooked breakfast. Room is very spacious, however lighting a little dim especially near desk. Overall will definitely visit again.

Very warm welcome with prompt check in. The room was spotless. Service was excellent. Location of the hotel is really convenient. Shops, tube station and restaurants are 5min walking distance. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Ibis!!!

Lovely comfortable, convenient, clean and good service too. Only slight issue was that the shower screen door allows water from shower to cover bathroom floor.

It said on the door come inside and be surprised - I was, maybe the best Ibis Styles I have been in. Great team and comfort with a design based around the Ealing Studies and film from the cutting floor carpet, film set spot lights and bedside tables from film industry kit boxes. Of course, two welcoming coconut macaroons too! Look forward to being back sometime

This was my first time to stay at a Ibis hotel. I was disappointed with the service level of the receptionists on the day of my arrival. They were very strict about the check-in time and I was kept waiting in the lobby as I arrived too early. This was a let down as I saw a family group of more than ten people being allowed to check into their room even though they arrived before noon. The receptionist was a different person. The room decor was kept to the minimum and did not even have a box of tissues. I had to buy a box at a nearby supermarket as I was suffering from heavy cold. A relief was that both the cafe attendant and the receptionist on the day of departure were nice. I think you should do more of human resource training as what kind of impressions they give to the guest makes all the difference.

This is our second stay. Normally we stay at the Hilton . We find the Ibis more central, larger rooms ,free breakfast and the price more competitive . Overall a better experience all around .

Pleasantly surprised What a great venue and team. Could be the best Ibis Styles to date. Good theme throughout alongside the film industry representation from carpets, lighting and fittings. Loved the welcoming coconut macaroons.

Had a very pleasant stay Very attentive, friendly, efficient team at Ealing ibis. My biggest gripe however is the car park. Firstly when you book this hotel you should be told how to find this car park as the post code does not lead you to the parking area. I had to ring the hotel on arrival as I couldn’t find it, once I had been let in through the barrier I then had to ring again as I couldn’t locate the buzzer to have the shutter raised to let me in to the underground part, it’s not obvious where it is your instinct is to look on or next to the shutter but actually it’s on the wall opposite the shutter. If the buzzer can’t be moved then a small sign saying it’s opposite would be handy...in fact all this information should be communicated to you on the booking email then none of this unpleasant waiting to be let in or told what to do would occur..it does actually mean for drivers who do not know the hotel that a fast check in is most definitely not possible. Some mornings the breakfast room was so busy half the menu was not available as it had been depleated. I am not blaming staff they were great and did all they could to replace any stock they did have left put out back out.unfortunately 4 days of my stay I had to go without eggs as non were available. I did notice one large Indian family of 10 or more - who were particularly greedy and we’re having four or five eggs each and four or five croissants each and another group of four Italians whom were filling the two ladies handbags full of croissants pastries and even baguettes filled with salad & meat. This was premeditated greed and theft as they had brought sealable food bags down with them. My room was very nice well looked after and stocked by the attendants.

Family Stay - beware car parking arrangements

Generally happy with the hotel, following comments though: 1. Parking - it's shared with flats next door. Using wrong bay can result in fine. This was not mentioned on arrival and resulted in unexpected trip back to hotel from central London to move car. To give hotel staff their due - they did make every effort to get in touch and prevent parking officials from giving a ticket. 2. Lack of power/USB sockets in rooms.

Area is nice and pleasant. Losts of restaurants of different styles. (Italian, burgers, thai, Nepal, british... the hotel is good close enough to tube and busses. The whole experience is good. Recomended.
