1。No fridge. I asked the staff to put my food in his hotel fridge. They said no due to policy no allow outside. Such unwilling to help. 2. No wine opener in room. I asked lobby staff to give me one. They asked me to bring the wine to lobby and open for me. Rubbish service. 3. Breakfast is extremely few choice. But need 90 pound. 4. Shower water pressure is very low. Can't bath well. 5. Noone fulfill the coffee for me daily until I asked. 6. Not allow to eat outside food in lobby. The worst accor hotel I lived. This is not a hotel. Worser than motel.

Good location for my needs Lovely room Premises was clean Check in at the front desk a bit strange as the staff member was sitting over at a bar. Breakfast was tasteless with poor quality ingredients and no cooked option. Orange juice is so watered down you might as well just serve water. I won’t return as the breakfast was a big disappointment and did not set me up for the day as expected.
