A wonderful stay for the whole duration of the trip (5 nights). The staff was extra polite, friendly and helpful. Had no problems whatsoever, except for minor issues - wasn't able to switch shower option from rainshower to a handle one, even though there was a switch, but the shower was still pouring from both heads at once. The breakfast was decent, but orange juice and chocolate drink were off for a couple of days, and when I raised it with one of the members of the staff, they just replied "Sorry, just take a new one", but didn't fix the issue for the next 2 days. I try not to be picky, but would be great to have everything sorted for proper experience of each customer. Otherwise, everything was amazing. Thank you.

My experience was generally very good. The hotel is well located, clean and new. The staff was kind as well. On the other hand, It would be so good to have mini fridge and toilet brush. Also lightning of room could be better.

We had a pleasant 4-night stay in this hotel. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The breakfast is basic, but sufficient for our needs. Located outside the London city center, it's a 30 minute underground trip. The underground station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Quite a few restaurants in the neighbourhood for dining.
