« View from the room was great »

It's comfortable and I enjoyed it overall. However, it was ridiculous I had to line up for checking out. It seemed the queue was still almost 100m long after I checked out..your hotel needs to come up with better solution for that...That last moment experience ruind the good image of the hotel.

The hotel receptionist at the check in was excellent. She also helped at a number of times during the stay. I found her to be very friendly, informative and interesting to talk to. The concierge staff were helpful The room food was very good. The bed was very comfortable. The view was very good. For my wife and I the stay was excellent with one exception as noted below My only issue was the toilet and shower room configuration. It lacked privacy. For an individual it is not a problem. However if a guest is in the room, the noise from the toilet carries. It is also visible from the chair near the window creating potential embarrassment. I know that many hotels have glass "walls". However the hotels frequently have blinds that cover the glass or glass that changes the degree of opaqueness when the light is turned on. Please reconsider this configuration

This was not only the first time coming to Korea but was also the first time staying with Novotel suite. The location was awesome the room was really nice and comfy. What made me remember this trip was from the Frontdesk! Upon check-in the frontdesk officer that check me in was really helpful. Ms Patricia (might be wrong) really went the extra-mile when i faced some misunderstanding and problem. If its possible please let me know the correct name and please send her my regards. I loved every part of my stay. I travel for business a lot and my room, the daily included breakfast, facilities and staff were all amazing. I particularly loved and took advantage of the gym, pool, whirlpool and sauna - which I did every morning before starting my day in the lovely city.

Great stay (as usual) in this Novotel, directly connected to Yongsan station (< 3 min walk), and which has great, clear and spacious rooms. It's also convenient to go to/come back from Itaewon (even by foot, it takes ~25 min when the taxis are not available on friday nights!) — Special thanks to the staff (Maxime, Subin, Elena... all the lounge staff and MegaBites staff as well, can't remember all the names!) for their warm welcomes and advices ; and Vivien N. who saved my life with the bank.

The best hotel stay experience that I've ever experienced. The entire staff was absolutely courteous and professional throughout my stay. Ms. Song, the housekeeper was simply great. The staff on the 40th floor was exceptional Sally to name a few, sorry I didn't remember everyone's name, but they were all very professional. The Mega Bite lounge staff, Sophia, Hailey and the other members were amazing at their jobs. This was a very top notch hotel experience. The front desk staff was great also, Talent is one name that I remembered, but all was very helpful and professional.

« Fabulous service from the Concierge team headed by David (Jae Oh) Kim »

I lost a wallet on a taxi to the hotel. David (Jae Oh) Kim and his team of concierge members tried many methods to locate the wallet. I got on the taxi from the streets and did not take a receipt after payment. This make the search extremely difficult. They search the hotel CCTV videos, called taxi association, locate the taxi company and finally located the taxi driver. But the taxi driver did not pick up his mobile phone at all. David and his team did not give up and called everyday and finally located the wallet at the taxi company. I cannot thank David and his team enough for their effort and fighting spirit. Thanks a million to you, David and team. I really appreciated your help tremendously.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and made the stay very pleasant. The rooms and facilities were very modern and well maintained. The hotel is part of the Dragon city complex with an adjoin covered walkway to the main Yongsan railway station and nearby metro line so very convenient for travel in and around Seoul and other cities.

The building and the facilities are very nice. I acts for the room service food trolly to be removed from my room on two occasions, and both times they didn't collect it within 3 hours! Also I stayed for 3 days, one of the days was a early check-in. But only had the room cleaned once Also the staff seemed untrained when making enquiries.

Immediately after the taxi pull to a stop at the hotel entrance, the hotel quickly came to assist with my luggage. Every staff was smiling widely and warmly. The suites at level 32 has fantastic view of the river, mountains and the immediate surroundings. The gadgets and devices in the rooms were all very clean and well maintained. Small touches like the electrical plugs that allow my laptop socket to plug in without using international adaptors were nice touch. The Smart Phone integrated with lights, curtains, etc were very easy to use with the well designed touch screen interface.
