When I got here, I had a feeling this will be a great place to rest my head and I was not disappointed. All staffs were kind and helpful. Specially, front staff service in charge of our check-in was very impressive (Mr.Greg) Hotel room is tidy and clean, feeling comfortable during our stay. Hotel is closed to subway station and it is convenient to go to anywhere.

Location is good becuz if u take taxi, everywhere in seoul is relatively close. But around the hotel, there isnt much things. But easy access to subway. Clean and new hotel i enjoyed.

It's difficult deciding where to stay in an enormous city like Seoul, but you'll make a decision based on your interests and budget just like we did. This hotel is part of a large complex containing other hotels from the Accor group and a casino plus eateries. It's only a few minutes from Yongsan station from where you can connect to the rest of the transport infrastructure. We didn't use taxis in Seoul as you can get around easily and cheaply by train and bus. Our room was spacious for a city-centre hotel and had all we needed. The bathroom arrangements are quite quirky as they are only separated from the rest of the room by blinds and frosted glass screens. We knew that before we booked, so it wasn't a surprise, but still got some getting used to! We not fans of buffet style eating so we didn't book breakfast, instead we had a light start to the day at the café on the ground floor, which was competitively priced. All the staff were delightful and keen to help. When we had a small matter that needed sorting out they got onto it straight away, which was excellent! We booked a DMZ tour via the concierge and they offered some great advice, saving us time and money!

Having stayed here in 2023, my wife and I chose to stay again as we were happy with the location and facilities. We are returning to stay again from the 17 to 20 April when we return from Jeju. Celebrating my wife's birthday.
