I have stayed at this hotel 7 times now. This time I stayed from the 7-9 Jul. the experience was as expected except for the temperature in the room at night. The temperature in the room reached 80 degrees Fahrenheit (26.6 Celsius) when the thermostat was set for 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21.1 celsius). This temperature change resulted in me waking up both night around 2am and not being able to fall back asleep. I reported the issue to the front desk personnel on the 8th and 9th if July.

My flight arrived 4:00 am in Inchong International Airport, and I have to wait for the 1st airport bus to depart @ 7:00am, upon arrival at the hotel @ 8:00am, I politely requested for an early check in, unfortunately, I have to pay KW100,000.00 more or less, since I'm on a tight budget, I just opt for coffee & more coffee to stay awake. I know the hotel is a business entity, and have to earn a decent profit, but sometimes, customer consideration and satisfaction would be highly appreciated.
