Air con not cool. Chewing gum stuck on floor. Air con vent full of dirt. Shower drain blocked flooding floor. I have Accor membership but price charged was same as walking in rate.

The staff were amazing. Anything I needed was taken care of. The hotel however was sub-par and the rooms were over represented in the pictures on booking.com

I had disappointed last time on my stayed in this hotel because when I came back to hotel it was about 6 pm and i found out that the room was still mess up. I thought the room keeping staff has been done to clean up the room before 3 pm. Another thing is how come the hotel doen’t provide shower cap in the room, i think that is a basically stuff in every hotel at the same class.
