Experience was good, except the wrong billing amount was put on me during checkout. I did not expect such mistake. Amount was not large but receptionist made a wrong transaction even after correcting the mistake when I reviewed the bill. That was the disappointment. I hope it wont repeat in future.

« Not very good »

Not very good, first to all I was accommodated in a handicap room. The bedroom was very hard and the bathroom was very uncomfortable (maybe for a person in a wheel chair is not). The WIFI signal in that room was vey poor. Two times I requested to be transfer to a different room and they didn't want to move me. Then the other problem was on Sunday when suddenly the maid walk into my room without knocking. I went down stairs and complaint about this situation and a blond woman finally help me and was able to put me in a different room and finally they made a chance in the TV and I was not able to see any channel and I report it 3 times and no one did anything.

Service in the restaurant is far too slow at dinner. After waiting 40 minutes from the time I place my order for a club sandwich I got up and left. Billing at check-out is confusing. I was told my bill would be emailed to me and it never has. I need a copy of my bill for business expense purposes.

It's the second time I stay here, and i always find very good staff, good location, and a very pleasant stay. Few comments: - For us that stay there for business the gym opens too late and it doesn´t give me time to exercise in the morning. maybe open at 6am? - Breakfast after 10 days is too repetitive, maybe a little bit of variety would be appreciated - Restaurant menu is good, but after 10 days you sun out of options - for us who smoke it would be nice to have a bench on the front garden to enjoy our cigarette and not be standing all the time.

I had a fantastic stay at the Novotel. It was my first stop when I landed in Brazil. I am here for a 6 month rotation but had never been to Brazil before and the welcoming people at the guest really helped me feel comfortable. Once they learned I was moving here they were extremely friendly and even practiced Portuguese with me when I had questions. The bar staff was also fantastic. While they spoke less English they were still friendly and able to help me get food and beverages for dinner. I have already recommended this hotel as the must stay hotel when people travel to Sorocaba. Thank you again for a fantastic stay!
