« Could not be better!!! »

I stayed with Novotel in other cities for many times, so far, Novotel Suzhou SIP gave me the best experience ever. All the staff were very helpful. I really appreciate the assistance from Betty in the Premier Lounge. Her support and her expertise made this trip a perfect one. I also want to thank the boy at the concierge. I bothered him for so many times for directions and my UPS package. He was always there with a broad smile and willingness to help. Could not be better!

Nice and quite, room is clean, service is great convenient with MRT just next to it. I'll would like to mention some of your staff, Mr. Victor Liu who is of great help and also your staff at Gourmet Bar the boy who work afternoon, he ready go all out to help and take care of me even on his day off, he inform other staff to take care of me. Cheer !!!

The hotel is very clean and new. The staff are friendly and efficient. The only thing I have is the cooking station at breakfast where the fried eggs and soup noodles are cooked in advance which defeats the purpose of a cooking station as it should be cook on the spot to ensure freshness.

« just ok »

it was ok, but air con in room didn't work. I told reception but they said nothing could be done. Lobby bar dessert options very limited. Most importantly, the areas around the elevators on several floors had horrible smell, like a sewer.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, staff were friendly. The only downside was, the business lounge at 8th floor did not have a good variety of beverages, snacks, fruits.

Very nice. Room was large, difficult to find bathroom at night with no lights. In fact I pushed the sos button by mistake trying to find the light at night.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive, breakfast options were good. The hotel has a great swimming pool and is in a nice location. I would particulary like to thank Betty at the club lounge, who was very helpful to help me sew a button on my jacket. Great service!
