« Clean and well equipped, good breakfast, great location, efficient check-in/out. »

The lobby bar is well designed making a good entrance, the decor throughout is modern. Best view is obviously facing the lake so book early. Breakfast room was bright, clean with a large variety of fresh baked food. Rooms were very clean, tidy and well equipped, downside was the noise from neighboring rooms, mainly doors slamming shut, perhaps just the wrong people.

« Nice and impressive stay »

Novotel SIP is always providng good service to guests. The day we stay at Novotel SIP is my wife birthday. We decided to spend one weekend in Suzhu to celebrate her birthday. The CI and CO is simple and efficient. The lady in lounge was aware of my wife birthday that day, and tried to offer the cake forwardly. Although the cake was sent to my room very late (we almost went to sleep), we still appreciated hotel staff to send to our room that day. We had dinner in hotel Chinese restaurant that day. The food is good and delicious. However, waitress response was slow and always forgot to close the door as outside was very noise.

Hotel is directly located at the Metro Station and SIP Exhibition. Hotel is new, has nice rooms, executive Longe and Restaurants. Always well recognized as Accor Platinium member, you just feel welcome at this place! That's why I always stay tehre if I'm in Suzhou.

The bath robe we only provide for the Premier rooms and if you need the bathrobe you can phone our Hotel operator and we will provide one from our house keeping staff and delivering to your room. Hotel was really nice. Breakfast was excellent but they never ushered me to a free table or offered a tee which seems to be a industry standard. Also room service English skills should be better. Once got Pizza when trying to order Noodles...

Take the children to visit suzhou is the best choice here, the restaurant's food enjoys. The time you come to suzhou so you can choose the hotel. And the hotel location is very good, to fall on the edge, near the JinJi lake is also very.

That's was my first visit in China and I had a very good experience in the hotel. The room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent!!! The front desk was very nice and helpful whenever I asked for assistant. I recommend with all my heart about Novotel SIP.

Great location right next to subway station, 5-7 mins short walk to shopping centers including Eslite Spectrum, 1st Eslite store in China. New facility, room comes with private balcony. Heated pool is spacious.

This is my first time to stay at your hotel, but anyway it may be the last time we stay. The Guest Service Manager check in with us, no smile, no greeting althrogh there is noboby quene behind us. The lobby is full of guest, once my wife would like to order a cup of coffee and relax a little bit, we could only take the order and put it into the take away cup. The room is fine, but the carpet is dirty and full of water marks on the walls and windows. The room temperature is hot, unless we open the door at the balcony, the room temperture could go down a little bit. I am very much appreciated if the managment team could look into those details, and we may come back to stay next time in Suzhou. Thank you very much.

Enough room speace and all appliance is best conditions. But you have to consideration for breakfirst menu. During my sating, everyday was same and it was boaring. I'd it should be refresh and changes to various style and consider to each country food.

On the 2017 New year's eve, there was indeed full house for our hotel, including yourself, many guests requested extra items on the hot-line. I double checked the operator team Phone logbook, your room indeed asked extra toothbrush and slippers, it took around 45 minutes to deliver to your room. There was only one House Keeping staff on 5th floor. I have passed your feedback to our management team and we will optimize our services to a better level and arrange more staff on Holiday time.
