« High quality, luxurious and comfortable! »

Really great, but wish the bathroom had a bath tub! Besides that the hotel was really nice and top quality. A big bonus was the scent all around the hotel, smelled so nice! The front desk receptionists were friendly and polite, one complimented my sweater which was very much appreciated. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast time were polite. I would go back!

I had so far stayed twice at your hotel for at least 6 days each time. Other than the good location and fantastic people at the check in reception and concierge, the rest are ordinary. I would prefer Chinese tea bags to red tea bags for instance. Breakfast buffet spread is predictable and offers very little variation over the week. The sauna room was not heated up on the occasion I visited. There was no bath robe for guest to put on to go to the pool/sauna. Overall the room rate is not low and yet the value for money is low. My company pays for the room and yet I am unable t accrue points under AccorHotels, unlike others.

Regarding the breakfast varieties, our F&B manager and executive chef will do more research in the market and improve for better options. In balance Center, all the towels are be provided in the resting areas also every guest locker with one clean towel for all our guests. LeClub member points, I will follow up with our LeClub ambassador and see if any points we missed to add upon your arrival. Sauna room usage functions are listed at the entrance, it is clearly listed the using time and functions, I trust all the staffs working at the In balance would assist you to turn it on. fantastic room, really fantastic. great front desk staff, very friendly. bar was okay, beer selection was interesting but limited, bar stools sank when i sat on them. lobby was too busy with promotional signs, took away from sleek atmosphere. breakfast was good, not great, but satisfying.

I will thought staying International hotel in China and also being accor member, i can checkout smoothly effectively as other countries of accor brands. But this is not happening in China. The check in and check out service was so slow like local hotel in China. The checkout was bad service, with another guest jump Q and your staff still attending to him! Her name is Wang Man. She ignores my presence in the Q, waiting for her to complete her stuff (she was busy after the first guest left). I was waiting for her eye contact or hand signal to acknowledge me. Yet when a guest from nowhere went to her for checkout and she just proceed, totally ignore me! I have no choice but to do the local way of doing to quickly grab another receptionist to assist me, as i have been waiting for 10mins for my turn! It's such a disappointment for such service treated especially im the member.

Rooms and beds are comfy. Nice showers. Breakfast is ok, not the best for the price. One issue with this hotel, they have many rooms that are literally 5-8min walk from elevators on each floor, I unfortunately got given one of those rooms, fine for one night stay, but would be annoyed if had to walk that far to room every night. People were friendly enough, they just need to add easier access to other side of hotel and improve breakfast.
