I loved to stay at this hotel. The only problem was a difference between hot and cold. I got pretty sick because it was so hot outside and when i came into a hotel it was way too cold for me.

Swimming pool is nice with clean water, particularly like the drying machine for swimming suit. Experience after swimming is a bit annoying as the entrance card is expired and I tried twice to go the reception to deactivate it. Seems the system doesn't record my two days stay in this hotel as my colleague is facing the same situation. Hope can improve to avoid inconvenience

Efficient check-in and clean room; The service staff are friendly. Just one thing. The receptionist told me the room was a one-bed room while actually the bed was made up by two beds.

The hotel's location is great, breakfast fine, rooms spacious and beds incredibly confortable. Odd thing: see through bathrooms. It was really awkward, we need to go out of the room for every member of the family to take a shower on those. Not good. I will visit again, no doubt.

Though it is Novotel it doesn't make it to the level I'm accustomed to by staying at other Novotel. The room was very humid and smelled of mold. For breakfast, only black coffee was available from a machine. The cook cooked all the bacon and eggs at once and it got cold. The staff was pretty attentive but their English is not that great. The location of the hotel is good as it is next to a subway station, and it easy to walk to other attractions in the neighborhood.

Everything was good, except that the staff who did the check in for me was not experienced. He assumed I did not have Accor Hotel membership, and applied for a membership for me. He should have enquired whether a customer is a member first before doing those things.

Good room Good staff and facilities in GYM and swimming pool area However, the check-out staff deliberately allows other guest to jump the queue even she acknowledged she would have served me next. At the end, I waited for over 10 minutes and all the good experience I received was offset.
