The front desk checked us in and out was very cold without any smiles. The concierge was very good and efficient. The room is well designed and decorated but the room and the beddings smells like mildewed.

A Good Hotel next to EXpo and MRT Station

It is a clean and good hotel, good location where the MRT exit is right next to the hotel (don't even need to cross the road). The chef I. charge of cooking noodles and frying eggs for breakfast has his hands full as he is I. charge both tasks. I presume he can't smile to the guess as either he is shy to communicate (with foreigners especially) or he is just too busy cooking. I. a cooler weather a short walk to the lake side and restaurants at Yuan Rong Square or Time Square is enjoyable but not I. summer (both Yuan Rong Square and Time Square are just one station away, could use the MRT too during summer).

Mr Chris IP, Thanks to share this link for sanctification survey. Yes, I do have something to feedbac, but a little bit busy recently and forgot to email you. overall the service is quite good, highly acceptable. all employee is also quite friendly, good breakfast, convenient location, good room condition. I think I would like to stay there again once I back to SIP, no matter alone or with family. Only one small thing regarding the room arrangement. I always book Accor hotels via Official website wherever I travel. so I did same this time, and added one requirement that "strongly request for non-smoking room", I don't think it as a special requirement. However when I arrived, your concierge guy still arrange me at Level 6, which is smoking floor I learnt from level plate inside the lift. and it's true the whole floor smell bad, worse in room. Then I call service center immediately to complain and ask to re-arrange the non-smoking room for me. But superised your guys firstly explained to me that this floor is not smoking floor.... the level name plate supposed to be replaced but not done yet. I told her you can explain honestly, no worries, but no need to find an excuse for that.... it's useless most of the time. The customer feels you are cheating, since I saw the ashtry and matchbox on table, meaning the customer is encouraged for smoking in this room, secondly the smell really bad, like smoking just few minutes ago... since I'm rushing to leave for meeting with friends, I stopped the "explaination", and just request for room change. It's much better when I moved to level 3 after that. It's not a big issue, just wasting my few mintues on the explaination, but i'm sure you can do better to respect the customer requirement indicated on booking form. esp. for the loyalty customer, like me. Waiters do not speak english, the breakfast do not have enough variety of fruit, missing dragon fruit and food do not change very much at breakfast.

Suggestions: the towel could be more better quality and comfortable; the balcony is too dark and not clean enough, thought could be have some plants or make it more pleasant although it is a small place. Overall is satisfied on my stay. Good location near the lake, nice view, good restaurants, nice staff. But the stay this time is not too well as the room didn't be tidy up all, the floor didn't clean up on the 2nd day of my stay, I still got the paper residue on the floor which I believe it's fall out when I tear the packing. The hair dryer didn't put back to the place even still plug on. The Iron still on the floor which I had been ironed my clothes a night before. Besides, I know there's a big meeting at the exhibition next to hotel, lots of people stay in the hotel, but it's too noisy at the lobby even at 10pm. And the control of the flow of people on the drive way is bad, so many poeple walking through even our car is drive through the path. I had been few times stay in this hotel, this time is the worst for me.

Great hotel to stay, This is my third time staying with this hotel. It is very peaceful and clean hotel. The breakfast is simple but quite decent for a business trip stay. Location is not too suitable for tourists as it is far away from major tourist destination. However, it is perfectly fitted for my business trip in SIP area. Will certainly return again in my next trip.
