When first got to hotel, my car broke down, stuff was very helpfull and I am sending big thanks for that. Breakfast was excelent, and double room was very specious and comfy. I am gonna definetly come back to this hotel :)

New Mercury with good rooms, abundant breakfast and fully equipped spa and fitness area. The only disadvantage is location - although new Railway station by map, in fact it has complex street crossing and not easy to be reached from Riga downtown

Everything ok, just the fire alarm started to work at night and no sleep. Unfortunatley staff didn`t guide people from lobby outside and also didn`t gave any information, is it safe to go back to rooms or not.

« my favourite Mercure hotel »

I stay in a number of Mercure / accor hotels in Europe and this one has to be the most proffesional one I"ve been to. Staff are helpful, happy and nothing is an issue. The room is a good size, very clean and close enough to the centre. Breakfast is as you would except from Mercure a good selection of food. The bar staff were a bit moody. The only one issue was there is construction work happening next door so makes crossing the street a tad difficult in rush hour. thanks to this Merure I enjoyed my stay..

It is not very comfortable that you need to go through only eneterence to parking to reach the entrance into hotel. Vardrobe was scratched and there was a hole from the clothes hook in the bathroom. Staff is very nice and friendly.

Stayed with my girlfriend for 4 days over Xmas 2018. Got a great rate in a room and thought it was great value. Breakfast included as well. Do make use of the spa - had a joint massage with my girlfriend and then relaxed in the hot tub - loved it! Staff friendly and efficient.

Almost everything was excellent. Reception was quick and friendly, clean and warm room, great selection of delicious food during breakfast and small Christmas present from the hotel! The only negative thing was that during evenings and nights strange and quite strong smell (similar to car exhaust) was coming from the room ventilation system.

Staff at the reception and restaurant were great. House keeping needs to be improved. My bed was not properly made up and sheets unchanged for the whole stay of 4 days. Standard room was not expected for an Accor hotel. The hotel is in a good location in terms of train, bus stations and the old town.
