Overall the stay was okay. two negative thing occured: In the bathroom of my room 443 the joints between the bathroom floor tiles were cracking and one had pieces of it glueing to one’s bare feet. During the breakfast in the hotel all the salads (8 different ones) and all freshly cut vegetables are not being cooled at all, but are sitting there at room temperature the whole morning. Big hygiene issue!!

Good hotel, but too cold in the room and no food service after 22:00

The hotel has a good infrastructure, however the heating system in the bedroom did not respond to the temperature I set on the thermostat (23oC) and the outside ambient temperature was 11oC. Also I arrived at 22:10 and the hotel could not even offer a toasted sandwich. Very poor.

Hotel is good located and service was great at reception. Room could be cleaner and breakfast experience was just awful, full of people out of many things (with many people hotel staff should consider to check the food) and place dirty.

Thank you for being able to supply (and bring it to my room) the toothbrush and -paste late at night! Just happened to forget mine at home. It should be standard service in every hotel. Overall very good human service at reception desk! PS: Next time ask if you need an invoice for a company, or just private person (as by default).

no Mercure Standard. refurbishing required for walls - paint bubbles from walls, bathroom not equipped for people with handicap - access to shower very uncomfortable, no fixing points, hot water only for shower, not at small washing dish breakfast tables not cleaned on time, only one cup of butter - placed in front of toaster?!?

I had a very comfortable stay at the Hotel - just disappointed that the restaurant was closed for a 'private function' on the two days that I wanted to eat at the hotel. Whilst I was happy to eat at the Bar, the full restaurant menu was not available. I would have liked to try a Latvian pizza, but that will have to wait until next time!!
