« It was ok. »

Nice room but there were things missing. There was a price list for a mini-bar but no mini-bar. There was an on-site restaurant and drug store that were closed. There was no room service menu. When I went down to the reception to inquire about a menu or something to eat, the attendant just brushed me off and told me to call room service. It was 11pm and I had just gotten in from the airport.

« Very limited room service choices and yet you are not allow to bring outside food »

The only good thing is it is closed to Ataturk Airport. Room is clean and neat. Limited room service choices (I dont take beef hence left with 2 choices of main course) and you are not allow to bring outside food despite i dont see it listed on the website or posted somewhere within the hotel, or maybe i have missed it. . Imagine if someone who stay at this hotel for a month and force to eat in with very limited room service choices. No restaurant nearby within walking distance. Guest relation manager that doesnt listen. She was eventually call to tell me that outside food is not allowed and thats hotel policy, any of my comment she just smile and without any response and to rush it off.

« Nice airport hotel with some issues »

Grand and beautiful lobby was a plus. Also the room was large and nicely furnished. However I was surprised that this hotel does not have the high quality signature bedding that the Pullman brand has become known for. Also, the bathroom aminities was a cheap solution instead of the high quality C. O. Bigelow brand that Pullman is normally using. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in our room were only half full, opened and used by previous guests. The sewing kit was also opened and only half full, also used by previous geusts. This is simply not acceptable by the house keeping staff. The airport shuttle was not on time both ways, and at arriving the hotel the driver very strongly demanded us giving him a tip, we felt this was unprofessional for a five star hotel and we felt uncomfortable about it. At this time with had no cash and only credit cards, so we could not tip him. At check in we were told that as platinum members we could choose to have complimentary breakfast either in the lounge or in the restaurant. However, in the restaurant in the morning we were rejected and told that we could only have breakfast in the lounge. We did get a room upgrade as platinum members, and even if not a big deal for a short stay, it was odd that we were appointed a room with two singel beds when we had booked a king bed. Also the air condition in the room only had very warm air, during our stay it was never cooler than 27 degrees in our room, in spite setting the system on the coldest degree possible. A lot of room for improvement at this hotel, and I can only suspect that this hotel unfortunately is suffering from a poor management.

« Beautiful rooms friendly staff. »

It started in the traffic from the airport to the hotel. But I quickly forget it when I received an upgrade to a suite . At the bar Barkin the barman was great very friendly and very active . Room nothing to say perfect . Breakfast was fabulous . Defenetly recommended.

« I booked the deluxe room. Very comfortable, clean, and pleasant. »

Excellent room. Clean hotel. Taxis are easy to get. Ordinary breakfast but nice buffet at lunch and dinner time. Nice, friendly, affordable small shop near the lobby to buy those things you forgot. There is often waiting time at the reception downstairs (not enough staff at reception). The spa is disorganized. I hope it will get its act together and get back to its (advertised) former glory.

« well designed hotel »

hotel facilities are very new and well-designed, but the service needs to be improved I asked an invoice when I check out, so far I haven't received it!! Some of the front desk staff are not professional, when I was in the process of the check, she started to talk to other client doing other things while I came ealier and she didn't even finish my checkout and invoice. I am get annoyed by this attitude and behavior, I will share this in booking as well.

« Service and cleanliness disappointed »

This time I was very disappointed with the overall service and cleanliness of your 5 stars hotel. My toilet was dirty, we could see that they did not clean at all the toilet. The shaver they give as courtesy was used and packed inside the box as if it was brand new. The restaurant service very disappointed, the food was amazing but the service very bad. I had to wait a lot for the waiters to serve me on the la carte menu. We were 3 people on the restaurant and the employees they were walking around one of them with the mobile phone on the hand. I had to speak with the kitchen chef to ask a table for one because the waiter pass by me and did not acknowledged me or greeted me or asked me if I need help. To get the Menu and wait for 15 min to make the order and see two employees chatting and not taking their time to serve me. I felt disappointed. This was my second time in your hotel and I did love so much my first time that I wrote a 5 star review because you guys were amazing. This time you only get 2 stars for all the service and facilities cleanliness. I reported the issue on the reception and no one done a good cleaning if the bathroom on the next day. It was discussing that bathroom floor and toilet.

« strange deal »

good price but the bed was extremely uncofortable. duvel was TOO heavy and the pillow was too high. next time i'll come in istanbul for sure not in a pullman hotel.

30 minutes waiting time at check in No personel in the executive lounge. No personel and no light in executive lounge at breakfast. Demied breakfast in the normal restaurant. Felt as if th hotel was closed. It will be soon probably if this is the standard.

So-so according to your PULLMAN brand name. Pls.explain your staff KORKUT (the guy who is standing on the restaurant to double-check the breakfast is included or not) that the guest who is staying at Pullmann will not need to enter the restaurant for a free breakfast.He behaives like a military police to all guests as they are trying to enter the restaurant for a free breakfast.He should be more polite.
