For a weekend in Montélimar, once again. Booked the IBIS Styles again - location and price are perfect. Apart from a slightly defective (running) WC in one of our rooms everybody was very pleased by behaviour and helpfulness of the staff, especially reception desk and housekeeping. Will certainly return to this house.

Hotel is bright and very clean. Very comfortable. Staff very friendly and efficient. But there is no disabled access. No disabled parking. Very surprising in a new build hotel. Thought disabled access was now mandatory?

The overall experience was pleasant, fresh & clean and mostly everything was perfect. The only nit pick was that the seating in the breakfast room although stylish was uncomfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our second stay and we will be back.

There was dry blood on the bed sheets and quilt cover, upon arrival. I was given a new room. The bathroom bin was not emptied, which was quite disgusting. The front desk staff were very helpful. The rooms and breakfast were nice.

Very good welcoming and friendly staff. Nice and clean amenities, quiet hotel with comfortable bedrooms. The breakfast is nice although the organization of the area (kitchen and food items) can be improved. The kitchen is too small and leads to obstruction and waiting time when too many guests (5-10) are present at the same time. The "flow" is also not optimized, milk on the other sid eof the coffee machine and cereals.... lots of back-and-forth creating confusinon amongst guests. The kids' corner is a great idea, but some computers were lacking battery power. Can be frustrating for the little ones! Overall still an excellent experience.
