« Like at Home - family (kids) friendly staff and great amenities! »

Very good welcoming and friendly staff. Nice and clean amenities, quiet hotel with comfortable bedrooms. The breakfast is nice although the organization of the area (kitchen and food items) can be improved. The kitchen is too small and leads to obstruction and waiting time when too many guests (5-10) are present at the same time. The "flow" is also not optimized, milk on the other sid eof the coffee machine and cereals.... lots of back-and-forth creating confusinon amongst guests. The kids' corner is a great idea, but some computers were lacking battery power. Can be frustrating for the little ones! Overall still an excellent experience.

« Perfect location for Montelimar and surroundings »

Ideally situated for exploring Montelimar and the surrounding countryside. We had a hire car and the attached undercover parking was very convenient. Everything about the hotel was very good - friendly and helpful staff, great rooms which were very quiet and the free coffee & pastries were a nice touch.

Nice room, nice breakfast, great location etc. But with a lobby and roomtemperature of 28 degrees while outside 20 degrees is not ok. AC in the room didn’t work well.

Everything was perfect once more, like we are used to by now. One thing to improve: I got a reserve put on my credit by a company unknown to me, SAS Aptitude et Commu Montélimar FRA, when I did the on-line check-in, and then I got deducted the full amount of the stay by Ibis Style Montélimar FRA when checking out. Is this normal? I asked the receptionist at checkout why there were two different companies at work here, charging my credit card double, but all she said was that she would reverse the charge. Two days later, she still didn’t do, it is still on my card. It causes me concern, because now I have to follow this up... I hope this gets resolved!

We like Ibis a lot. And we appreciate the Montélimar Styles especially. But, you should not rent out room 503 anymore until it is fixed. The shower temperature could not be lowered. Obviously the warm/cold water "mixer" is broken. Even at the coldest setting it was too warm for a shower. And, the toilet flush system took 10 minutes to fill up again. It dis work. But this can be annoying. Your staff was very kind. But changing the room once you have unpacked was too cumbersome. Besides this room was not ready for renting.

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Due to my job I had to leave the hotel by 0430 every morning and they ensured that I had breakfast waiting which made my life significantly easier. I will certainly be staying here again on my next business trip.

Very good beds and Nice location. Good breakfast and mini fitness room. Very easy with THE parking just near THE hotel for a very low price. Warm drinks Free at THE reception and also bottlesof water. Breakfast is very OK, with fresh orange juice.

EXCELLENT IBIS STYLES;very recent, superbly clean and well maintained and all room facilities work.Ideally located for central Montelimar and for those traveling up or down the A7. Check in staff very welcoming and informative; Cleaning staff do a great job.Several very good eateries close by particularly the Marie and 2 cats. Secure undergound parking easily accessed with luggage from the hotel lobby; Probably the best Ibis Styles that I have ever stayed at.
