« My stay was good and comfortable but there are rooms for improvement. »

The command of even simple English of some of them at your Front Desk staff were poor. Your F&B staff should learn how to cheer up a little bit and not be so sulky but overall they were very efficient.

« Staff is not flexible with check in and check out time management. BF Food is not as good as it used to be. »

I had better expectations. I visit the hotel 2 time a year at least. My kids love the place specially the resturant the swimming pool. This time it was clear that Quality is not as it used to be.

« Lack of training of staff »

1. During check in there was no recognition of my membership status of Le Club Accor Hotels. Let’s not talk about benefits, there was not even a single mention about it. Hence, what is the additional benefit of staying at Accor Hotels when there are other options around? 2. Second day, we went down for breakfast and the cashier at the restaurant was rude to us. Our breakfast was not included in the rate as we booked it this way. However the cashier had us waiting before seating us so he could check about it. Even he thought we had checked in that morning only as we were not in his list.

My experience of staying at Yanbu Novotel was enjoyable and relaxing. If I have a small complaint, it was that the main course lunch dishes were not as hot as they should have been.

« Good Location But Arrogant Front Desk »

Didn't felt welcome at front desk. No welcome drink Or greeting. Front Desk Receptionist (Aasim) made a mistake in invoicing when i partially paid using my le club points. Front office Manager (Jehad) made an effort and figured it out the issue and sorted it out and apologized. the Receptionist however, didn't even had the courtesy to look in to it Nor apologize. as usual... he had his own excuses. very very Arrogant and not suitable for Hospitality services especially at Accor. will never use this property again.

« It's OK but there are comments »

Stay was OK but have some comments: - Beds are not king size - House keeping wasn't doing a good service, stayed for 5 days and on the third figured out that I don't have shampoo, they don't refill the missing tea bags or sugar bags - Internet speed was so bad and it did affect the business I was doing.

« Comfortable room, good facilities and attentive staff. »

Very enjoyable. The initial room i was allocated had the air conditioning units outside the room, making sleep that evening very difficult. I spoke with reception regarding moving rooms and was immediately allocated another room with the concierge staff assisting with the transfer. Excellent room with good facilities. Good breakfast in the hotel and attentive service throughout the stay. Would definitely use again on my return to KSA.
