The room was okay type and clean. Internet wasnt working. I was in the hotel in Mars 2017 and it was the same thing with the internet. I was very disappointed. At least, you could from the booking phase let the clients know that internet doesnt work and why not even give them a discount if they still decide to stay at IBIS. Regarding breakfast, again same comment as in Mars 2017. The menu hasnt change and it is similar every day.

I am a fan of Ibis chain of hotels and always my choice of hotel because the facility is very clean and homely. I arrive yesterday from Goz Beida on mission and was extremely exhausted. Arriving at Ibis hotel re-energized because I could sleep without worrying about hygiene or mosquitos.

The room is adequate in size. However, TV channels are mainly francophone thus English Speakers are disadvantaged. The Breakfast is wow..very good.

I am extremely happy with my stay at the hotel and I should comeback soon and make sure my colleague also stay there whenever we have project in Ndjemena. Mme Gertrude is the real asset to the IBIS Hotel as she listen and reacts quickly and positively to the suggestion made. The last suggestions being the establishment of an early riser breakfast as early as 4am as we oten catch flights at 6am . Many thanks for the great hospitality and to Mme Gertrude and her staff! Well done! Areas of possible improvement: 1- Telephone system: when I received a call from a client I needed to go down to the reception to receive that call as opposed of the call being transferred to the room. I could do that during the day but not at 11pm as happened the last trip. I had to decline the offer to call back the client from the reception although I would have taken the call if it was to my room. 2- The internet wifi network has improved but it still disconnects on its own several times for no apparent reason. This means every few minutes one needs to go through the whole process of reconnecting and login in with all the details. Hope to get feedback on that if possible Kind regards Mohamed

It was ok overall. The bouquet of channels is a bit disappointing though limited to only basic French channels. The lack of a good internet connection is also really disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast is also rather one dimensional. It has been the same menu for the last 4 months on the times I have I slept there. A change here and there would be welcome to reduce monotony.

I was satisfied but the overall experience. My room was clean and well done. Staff was nice and pofessional. It was however a shame not to be able to get my favourite cocktail as complementary drink - only non alcoholic drinks. In the same line, the breakfast buffet needs improvements and should vary from a day to another. And finally internet was horrible. I was not able to access the wifi during my whole stay.

Very friendly, attentive and professional staff. Top! The infrastructure is good - functional, no luxury but all what is there works well, is very clean and practical. The major downside: No internet - that is a disaster for 10 days business trip. I lost plenty of time and money because of that failure.
