Rooms are clean, staff are very helpful, I remember in particular a reception employee called Hamid who was very helpful and friendly, In my view, the ventilation in the rooms is not sufficient, very little fresh air comes in

Overall, the hotel location is good, the building is good, the room is nice, the bed and toilets are comfortable, but on the other hand, There is no internet access in the room, at the lobby, internet is not stable, and the TV images quality is below acceptable level.

Poor payment options as my company(Baker Hughes) employees uses visa card only and your hotel do not have the facility for visa card payment. Poor internet services as I have to change room to be able to use the internet, the television in my room was not even clear/stable for me to watch. your room service rate is even higher than the hotel I stayed the last time I visited Ndjamena and they their services in the issues I raise here are good. Regards.

Internet wifi was not at all good to be improved on priority. Room service was optional with high excess charges, this could be looked into. Everything else was fine.

« No help to take bags in rooms up/down »

The welcome service left much to be desired. There is no lift and I had to take my heavy bags myself to my rooms. I would have understood it if there were lift like in other ibis hotels even budget level I stayed in Europe. This is totally unacceptable and needs to be improved. The other thing is, there was no Internet for many days and no solution was provided. However, other services were fine.

I enjoyed the clean environment and fiendly staff. However, the internet connection wasnt up to my expectation and I had to use my phone's hotspot during the entire stay. Also, I didnt get any complementary drink despite the fact that it's a priviledge to accor members. I have noticed in the past that I had to request it which feels like begging. This time round I didnt ask for it although I gave my membership number and didnt get it. It would be great if such advantages are automatic because then guests feel their loyalty reward otherwise it's tricky.

The people working for you at the reception are very nice. The food was good but always the same after 3 weeks. The staff should eat after the guest are served. Most of the time there was no food available for the guest because the staff had ate first. The cleaning for the dinning room should take place prior to 7 AM... It is not the time to clean when people (guest) sit down for breakfast. The Internet is absolutely not functioning as per Accor standard. Hope this could help. Warm regards

The rooms are ok and well cleaned most of the times. Internet and Cable TV are never working. Its one (1) year now that I have been a regularly visitor to IBIS and it is just disappointing that Internet and TV are never working. To add pain to the already difficult situation, omelet is now billed separately from breakfast. terrible.

The room was okay type and clean. Internet wasnt working. I was in the hotel in Mars 2017 and it was the same thing with the internet. I was very disappointed. At least, you could from the booking phase let the clients know that internet doesnt work and why not even give them a discount if they still decide to stay at IBIS. Regarding breakfast, again same comment as in Mars 2017. The menu hasnt change and it is similar every day.

I am a fan of Ibis chain of hotels and always my choice of hotel because the facility is very clean and homely. I arrive yesterday from Goz Beida on mission and was extremely exhausted. Arriving at Ibis hotel re-energized because I could sleep without worrying about hygiene or mosquitos.
