Room was spacious and functional, house keeping was on point, hotel was walking distance to the jetty and Suria Sabah mall and the swimming pool was great for kid. The only inconvenience was having to open the bathroom door to grab the towel which is inappropriate with a younger child around.

Mercure is well-located at one end of Gaya Street, which is home to many restaurants, shopping centres, banks, and within walking distance to the island-hopping boat terminal.

I have got insect bites for my first stay and cannot sleep for a whole night though I hv got another room for a second day and the problem resolved , there are still dots remain and needs time for me to recover. I hope you could enhance disinfection of the rooms to avoid recurrence of this for other customers.
