I told the reception staff to store my ice pack and breast milk into freezer.unfortunately I found them moved it to chiller when I approached the kitchen staff at night to add breast milk stock. My ice pack that was being stored earlier had melted. I reminded the staff to put in freezer.

« Excellent hotel with big room »

We are very happy with the hotel rooom, staff services. Hotel is new and clean. Room is spacious. Location is excellent. You do not really need a car to go places. It surrounds with big and small shopping malls, money exchange centre, travel agencies, good restaurant. Only shortfall is the lift which were out of order for a few days but hotel tried to fix asap. I guess guests were overcrowding the lifts caused the breakdown. Overall, our family had a very good experience with the hotel and its staff. I would recommend this hotel to my family and peers.

I stayed for 4 nights and did not feel the energy and warmth of the team. Materials used for the hotels were not up to mark specifically the towels and in room slippers. Overall I didnt feel good about the stay

« Great part of town »

My stay at the hotel was excellent. I loved the accommodating staff and clean rooms. The location was also remarkable. It is in the central part of town but not too busy. It's beside the pier and a quick walk away from a nice Mall. Food and restaurants are readily accessible.

Serious problem with lefts & discount at Italian restaurant was not honoured in bill and had to be complained and then waited for sometime to rectify at check-out time. My WORST experience amongst many present stays in Accor hotels.

« Great experience »

We are satisfied with overall room conditions. However, I would like to suggest to put additional dustbin inside the bedrooms. Additionally, you may try to improve the bathroom drainage system as sometime I ca smell something bad coming out from drain at shower area. Last but not least, we really happy and satisfied during our stay in your hotel. Thank you for the hospitality.

« Nice & fresh new Hotel in town area »

It is a nice hotel located off a bit from the main town area but its fine if you like walking a bit. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. I would stay again in this hotel ONLY for these reasons. But car parking is a challenge where I got summon by what I would classify as a "reckless & trigger happy parking attendant'' (maybe she gets extra big bonus for getting the most summons issued out). My car parked was in no way hindering any traffic flow (moreover it is a dead-end road with no heavy traffic flow) as I was extremely mindful that I parked it to ensure it would not. I even took photograph on my parking to showed & explain it to DBKK office, but they seem to brush it aside. One particular ''makcik" at counter 5 (I believe) had extremely sharp tongue when i overheard her mumbling that I was "pandai-pandai''. If I know a channel to complain, I would for their indecent behavior and irresponsible attitude. Anyway, I will probably give this hotel another try because its no fault of the hotel and its staff for my bad experience with those ''state servants'' bad attitude. While the state govt is promoting Sabah, with these kind of people in place - well what can i say. Probably one of the reason why I rather go elsewhere than to KK.

Hotel room was good, however no clothing hook was in the toilet very hard to hand towel, for any assistance i tried to call operations and receptions 3-4 times before answering and had to call over again to ask why my request was not done(that was also my experience when i stayed during christmass), during our stay the Lift situation was chacotic for our 3 nights stay had to wait for a long time, my brother and family was stuck in the lift for 20mins and nobody from management apologies nor even took any concern to check if the family whatsoever and heard one the supervisor "you just got to do what you have to do" clearly no one was supervising the lift even if it stated only 5 people max. Altho staff alpologies still in the end we do home staff service need to be more improved.

We stayed 4 nights in a Junior Suite (5th floor). The room was adequate but it took more than 1 hour to fix a safety deposit box which was not functioning. The structure of the hotel is such that there is very little isolation and noise from other rooms could easily be heard. There was continuous problems with some lifts being out of order. Also although booking the room 2 months in advance I could not get a room with sea view which seem to be reserved to tour operators. Location of the hotel is great and staff are very helpful. I was given free extension until 7 pm for my checking out.

The stay was nice. The only set back that turned down my mood prior to the visit was only on the hotel customer service call line. I made a call prior to check-in to enquire earliest check-in time for my booking, unfortunately the lady whom answered my call hurriedly hang-up after asking me to call back after 15mins as they have “meetings”. To me this shouldn’t happen as an established hotel should have a dedicated person who attend to any phone calls from customers.

« Good room and location »

Really great location, however some small issues that could improve the experience 1: no baby cribs. We have 2 kids under 2. Our youngest baby had to sleep in the bed with us because you couldn’t provide any cribs. 2: our ensuite smelt like sewage, we had to keep the fan on the whole time. Something not right with your plumbing 3: kitchen tap leaking under the sink. Got it fixed however after that it leaked all over the counter 4: no cooking pans or pots. We had a kitchenette but unable to cook due to lack of equipment. Told housekeeper and she provided which was good. We did however really like our 2bed suite and would stay again

Everything fine except only 2 lift working until today 31 Dec 2017(checked in) still not yet fix. We got to take 20 minutes to reach our turn to take the lift to the room, we have to que to use the lift.

You will now find a better location in KK. Near Tesselton pier, and minutes walk to all restaurants and the local fish market as well as amazing fresh fish cooked while you wait at amazing prices. Fantastic roof top!

Since it's newly opened most of the staff were inexperience. Even the house keeping line has no one to pick up my calls when i tried to request for pillows over 6 occasions. Generally the hotel still short of staff/short handed.

Toilet is too small, door cannot be close and transparent glass (sand blast). not suitable for those traveling with another friend (twin bed). for single traveler should be fine, except if you need a bigger toilet.

Although hotel is new. But everything in the hotel is bad. Essential Amenities had to pay. Receptionist was very very rude and line to reception, housekeeping and even emergency line was engage.

« Great hotel »

A hotel with nice room and facilities. Specially liked the breakfast. Just from my opinion some of the room not suitable for twin sharing among colleagues due to no bath room door just the individual door for shower and toilet use. Needed extra mineral water and it's chargeable so it's a turn down for it.
