Very Good Location , near Mattar MRT Stn - Waling distance or you can take bus at Aljunied Park , only 2 stop to opp Stn. Mattar Exit A. Small room include builing pole and no window. Nothing special on breakfast. the best value for this Ibis Styles Singapore on Macpherson only for good night sleep because not too loud. this my second time stay here and enough , i will try another hotel when i go back to Singapore.

Paper thin walls, hence noisy. Room too crampy. Most horrible breakfast ever. Comparative to breakfasts in North Africa! Pre-packed, pre-boiled eggs that taste like plastic. Very poor quality.

Not great and not to cherishable. The Breakfast selection was not good enough but more than this Chefs attitude towards clients was shocking. The Lady chef was rude in behaviour to me and other guests. Chef don't bother to refill food after 9:30am though breakfast was until 10am. Duty manager at front office was quite supportive (Mr Ted) along with other staff. We took two rooms and size of both rooms was smaller than expected.

Good overall. Breakfast is good. , but can be varied a little on a daily basis. Location 15 minutes walk from MRT Matter which can be consideration for families on budget. Close to Changi though. Rooms small is general , was tight to fit another single bed. Overall good value for money

It took so long to check in as my second night reservation could not be found in the system although I had a reference number in my phone, which I showed to the front desk officer. The situation required the presence of the hotel manager to solve it. Waste of time at the lobby from 9:30PM to 11:00PM to finally reach the assigned room.

Small room and smaller bathrooms, even by Singapore standards. Efficient housekeeping. Repetitive breakfast with items that are unlabelled. Killed two cockroaches and plenty of ants. Lacks options for in-house dining. No easy access to MRT. Front desk staff are helpful.

Friendly and clean though scrambled eggs and sausages for breakfast need improvement. Entertainment with live singing is fantastic by the pool side. Bath Gels and Shampoo were nice. No Light in toilet. The GM is proactive and know how to understand customers by extending the live music on that Friday night.

The front desk is not friendly. The key card system broke down. We've waited for an hour just to check in. The breakfast buffet has very few selections. The toilet design is weird and not efficient.

We booked Ibis Styles as we stayed with this chain often in Europe. But this one in Singapore totally disappointed us. The hotel is within a deserted shopping mall and a few restaurants. The entrance smells of food. The front desk staff makes a good attempt to be of service, though. Breakfast: Just one word- HORRIBLE Eggs are pre-boiled, pre-packed ones, which makes tasteless. It really does not require much effort to boil fresh eggs. Quality of the rest of the breakfast was very surprising by Singapore standards. More like a breakfast in North Africa: very low quality. Walls of the hotel rooms are very thin. Can hear every sound from the neighbouring rooms. Limited space for luggage in the room.
