Nice clean compact room. Very modern & bright. Suitable for over night stopover. No where to store suitcases Very tight for two people to manoeuvre. No light in the shower or toilet.

The receptionist is quite impolite showing disappointed face when I completed the form not correctly as she required. When checking out, she also returned the bill to me while still talking and looking at the other guess. It was totally bad manners. Besides the breakfast was terrible. Not enough table for guests, food is not good both quality and quantity.

« The room had a big piler could be dangerous in the night to visit the toilet. »

The b/f was limited choices but for the price paid you could say continental BF. The day we wanted to go in the shuttle it was out of service

Stay was pleasant .Break fast buffet could be better with a special attention to Indian guest pallet as during our stay many indians where staying and choices for us was less but its OK. Rooms are a bit small

Breakfast was the same every day. No mirror in the toilet for shaving. Room service was not available. Entertainment (TV channels) was poor. Only very few channels, not many international channels.

As an Accor member, we expected few privilege from the hotel. Quite surprised there were no free parking or even rebate for parking there. The hotel is just next to a mall so we parked our car there. Hope in future the hotel will give free parking or rebate on the parking issue. If not we don’t think we are coming again to this hotel

Good stays, however NOT RECOMMENDABLE for Family & Kids holidays. Room space not at all enough. As it was seasonal time, full of people were queing for Breakfast. Great Breakfast. Bed rooms are not comfortable. As the Room partitions were narrow, noisy disturbance from neighbouring rooms.

There was a really annoying buzzing sound coming from the ventilation grill. I tried truing the AC off but that didn't help. It was too late when I realised so I had an awful nights sleep the day before my wedding. Cheers

Nice and clean hotel.although room is small but very clean good shower room and toilet.is good for a short stay.don't have mrt nearby but few buses nearby.staff are helpful.free breakfast are good have everything we need.I made my booking they send me an email while I was in a cruise in USA that I cancel my booking.I rebook again when the time I check in staff told me I book for two rooms.anyway when I check out the staff said they will refund for over charged.overall this is a nice hotel with very reasonable price.

Good rooms. Nice staff. Not to far from mrt station. Can definitely recommend this hotel. Only negative things remotely worth mentioning are that the lobby seems chaotic on arrival and that the breakfast buffet was a bit boring, that however seem to be an ibis standard.

First part was fine but transfer bus wasn’t available on day of checkout so we had to walk with our bags to the mrt. Staff couldn’t find my cash deposit when I checked out. Took over 29 minutes and me finding the receipt in my suitcase to get my $100 cash back.
