I had no problems at the hotel and it was a great value. The rooms were very efficient, excellent water pressure and coffee. Again, it was a great value for the price. The staff was very courteous and you have the Jumbo across the street which is very convenient.

Ibis Calama is a quite new hotel. Reception is slow and restaurant as well. I got into my room, which was very small. There were about four lightshades but only one of them had lightbulb. During night, I was waking up everynow and then due to the noises coming from the bathroom, pipes, etc. The shower door was very uncomfortable and everything got wet. Due to my work in Calama, had to stay there just for a night, so I found it worthless complaining.

Good front desk service. Good room service. The restaurant operation is terrible. Menu, hours, and above all absolutely terrible service! Since there are not that many restaurants around, it is imperative to upgrade your restaurant operation.

The hotel experience was good. Helpful staff. Good room excellent internet. Room was very cold and I could not adjust the ac to fix it My lunch in the restaurant was very bad. The meat was burnt and inedible. I pointed this out to the waitress and was disappointed she did not adjust my bill. If my Spanish was better I would have asked not to pay.
