Overall I was quite pleased, as usual , all the staffs were helpful right from the beginning. I accidentally left my glasses which they later found , kept, and nicely sent to my registered address. Being a long time member of the Accor chain, these kinds of experience are all that make me stay loyal.

The room is very nice,, lobby atmosphere very comfortable.. I call reception to request tooth brush and sewing kit but actually come to my room is "shower cap" tooth brush true..No excuse from staff.. and I call again may be for mistake but they don't sorry
