Bad Experience from the Second I Stepped In

I came to the hotel around 2.10pm and found out that my room was not ready, and I had to wait for about 15 minutes to have it prepared. It was so unusual service for a Platinum member (who was entitled for an early check-in). When I received my key card, I went to the elevator to realize that the card didn't work. And I had to go back to the receptionist to change it. And I had to change the key card THREE TIMES, because the cards seemed not to work properly. In the room, there was no personal greeting that I was used to receive when I stayed at any Accor hotel in the whole world. But, that's okay. No fridge in the room, that's okay. The next day, I left my room around 12.30pm with one of the key-cards I had plugged in the slot near the door because I wanted to keep my room cool and comfy. When I got back to my room around 3pm, I noticed that my room was hot - the key-card was not on its slot, it seemed that the housekeeping staff took the key; thank you for that. Not only that, I realized that the housekeeping staff did not give me two bottles of mineral water like they should. So, at 3.30pm I decided to call the housekeeping to ask them to send me the water, and until 6pm I did not get the water. So, I had to walk 15-20 minutes to the nearest Alfamart (in the Cibarengkok neighborhood) to buy some bottles of water. Although I am a Platinum member, I did not ask for the privileges that I was entitled to. I just expected that all the basic services were delivered, and I'd be happy. But, with that very low expectation, I got dissatisfied with this hotel. When I checked-out, I asked the receptionist to email me the invoice, and that simple request was also not delivered either. So, I may conclude that my experience staying at Ibis Pasteur was dissatisfying from the moment I stepped in to the second I stepped out.

Small window, tiny bathroom. Parking car area is limited. I was awaiting my car arrive for about 30minutes when I am check out from hottel. I should have worthed for a value 760 mio/night, and not just like that.

Service from your staff: ok. Parking area very limited. I stayed at room 729, there was noise from machineries, I guess from outdoor unit of air conditioning. It’s very disturbing.

overall staying at the Ibis is a pleasant thing, friendly staff and fast service, but it should be noted that giving torn towels to guests feels inappropriate and the towels look rather dirty, for breakfast is incomplete and tastes normal.
