The room is very nice,, lobby atmosphere very comfortable.. I call reception to request tooth brush and sewing kit but actually come to my room is "shower cap" tooth brush true..No excuse from staff.. and I call again may be for mistake but they don't sorry

Great experience to stay here. Overall is good. Good room, convenient, can get early check in. The staff also have high integrity. One thing that can be improved is welcome drink. Have a lot options but most of them not available.

The hotel is located at the heart of Bandung, near some famous place like Paris Van Java, Gasibu and Bandung attraction place. The room is spacious and clean. But the hotel also located near Pasteur Toll Booth and it makes traffic jam sometimes.

Good room quality and front-liner services as expected from Ibis. The parking space is extremely limited and the breakfast menu choice is sub-par compared to Ibis Styles Soekarno-Hatta Airport. During checkout in the breakfast time July 22nd 2018, the idea of add Sundanese traditional music performance at lobby is interesting, however the music is using microphone and very loud. Thus, people around breakfast area and front desk area is very hard to communicate, very unpleasing experience.
