The road in front of the lobby is used for parking cars and the hotel clerk parked the vehicle blocking the exit.

Our rooms on 1st floor is very noisy from the lobby floor which has a event. and mostly the services (rooms, aminities, breakfast) are good. Welcoming drink as Accor member is more expectation. On line check in/out become eficiently.

Over all, everything ended well Nice room with a view, at first night, got room with bad view, so we choose not to open the curtain I asked to change room for next day, since the first time we entered the room Room always comfy, as all Accor hotel Breakfast, taste average, find small "incident" inside my food, f&b staff then apologize All staff always greeting, Strategic location to everything You can find foods and attractions within minutes

I like the service and friendliness shown by the reception staff. But the breakfast quality is really a big disappointment. You don’t even serve orange juice. Food is always empty at the buffet line and takes a long time to refill. Taste of the food is lousy. Fruit selection is limited.

As an Platinum Le Club Member, I entitle a room upgrade. Since this hotel doesn't have it, I requested a certain side of the hotel as the other side is noisy because of the street/ overpass traffic. I believe that they have many rooms at the other side. Instead they gave me the room that directly facing the road, less than 10 meters. So, I was disappointed!
