Modern looking hotel with Excellent rooms. The only thing was that we arrived quite late and we had to get up quite early the next day and when we try to check-in with our room key cards that we were given, they didn't work (they did work in the elevator). So I had to go down again to have them activated while we actually wanted to sleep as soon as possible. So I would suggest to make sure that the room key cards work when they are handed out.

When we were given our room- 1030, within five minutes I had to ask for bedding and extra towels. We then flushed the toilet and it kept on running so had to again inform staff that toilet needed fixed. This was all in a space of half an hour from check in. The toilet was fixed quite quickly and sheets and towels brought up to room and bed made. Had to ask for top up of Nespresso capsules the next day as hadn’t been done when room was cleaned. My daughter opened window nearest the fridge to find that the catch had unscrewed itself and window opened fully which is so dangerous if a child had been in the room. We put catch back in place but room 1030 will need this fixed. Overall we did enjoy our stay but found that these things were annoying since you are saying you are 4 stars.

Room clean, staff helpful. Good location near Tube & Shopping centre. Will return. Only slight downside is main bar closes sharply at 12 and there is little encouragement to stay around, however this is probably by design.

We stayed for two nights, along with friends, as we attended a show at the SSE Arena. We were very happy with the hotel’s location in relation to this, breakfast was very good. A couple of the waiters looked a bit scruffy, wearing black jeans and trainers.

As per usual. Always something a miss when booking a Novotel. (I’ve had lost reservations no breakfast booked even though it’s clearly stated on email etc et ) However Wembley they always seem to pull out all the stops when clearly something is wrong. In this instance our initial room was not ready. Half hour wait and a free drink from the bar later we was upgraded to a suite which was a lovely gesture. The bar and restaurant is one of the best in the Novotel’s I have used and the staff are an absolute diamonds. Breakfast also one of the very best in the Novotel uk hotels. Please use Wembley’s hotel as a base point Novotel.. Would I use Wembley Novotel again. I’ve used it 5 times now. It’s my favourite out of all Novotel’s.

always a great stay with great co-workers, only concern I have is around the environmental side of house keeping, it would be great to see a form of don't clean my room. if I stay for a short term 2 nights then I don't need my room cleaning and my towels changing, but it always gets done and the towels changed, it feels like a waste of resources. how about a donation of 1 euro to say woodland trust or something similar is you the guest asks for the room NOT to be cleaned and the towels changed. this fits in with water saving you promote in the shower area

I have been staying at Novotel Wembley since 2015 every time that i visit London for work. I'm really disappointed with my stay this time. The quality of the sheets and towels in my room was really low. They looked yellow rather than white and one could wonder if they were changed at all. All surfaces in the room were dusty and there were huge dirty stains on the floor. I had to go to reception 3 times before my room was really cleaned up.

Please be informed that we are aware that there are some carpets which are stained beyond repair, and we are in the process of changing them, however please be reassured that although the carpet was stained, it was clean as all of our carpets go through a comprehensive cleaning schedule on a monthly basis. Also, thank you for sharing with us your concerns regarding our linen. Please be informed that these are new as we have replaced them all in May 2017 however, as part of our environmental commitment, they are made of natural cotton and washed without using any bleach therefore sometimes they may have some small stains and may not look bright white. However I would like to assure you that these are cleaned and checked daily. We very much appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again soon. Best Regards Cristina

Nice building, great location service inconsistent. Examples: Car park entry - used intercom, no one opened gate had to re-contact them. Arrived After 3:30pm to be told room was still dirty! After many minutes, a room was found. Not given car park voucher for placing in vehicle. Had to return and ask - reception had forgotten. Next day at breakfast had difficulty explaining I wanted poached eggs - or getting someone to take order. Almost finished breakfast before they arrived - then three lots! No one offered further hot drinks. Bath towels thin and small expect better in executive room. Glass doors on bathroom mean disturbing partner in bed with light at night as they face bed. Positives - morning reception staff helpful and efficient, Quality of breakfast food itself was excellent. Lovely room except for issues highlighted, spacious and airy. Car park not too bad a price for London and good secure area

We were upgraded to a suite. It was nice, if you require a kitchen. Strangely only one plate, but a full size dishwasher... We only had two towels and one robe in the room, but not really a problem. Room was lovely and quiet, breakfast was really nice..the best scrambled eggs I have had in a hotel (usually they are dry balls of egg, this was lovely moist scramble) ..sausages were good too, and plenty if choice.. nice bar area. Only a couple of minutes from SSE Arena. Check in staff where lovely, and parking available under the hotel.. would defiantly stay here again.
