Ideal location for tube station and SSE Arena Wembley. Friendly staff, comfortable bed/clean room.Great breakfast.....would use again if ever back up that way. Easy booking in and out......would highly recommend

Hotel excellent location for business needs, room was a modern and clean but a few things were not quite right? safe did not work, stains on the carpet, wall socket fell off when I unplugged the coffee machine, no water in the fridge even though it was an executive room, which is standard in other Novotel hotels. Informed the front desk as we left to go out that evening and nothing had been done about it upon return? also informed the desk at checkout and the young guy just said"ok".Such a shame as it is a great hotel group that I use throughout the UK and disappointed at the standard of this hotel, reflects badly on the Hotel Group.

You would only really use this hotel if visiting one of the two massive venues in Wembley for Sport of Concerts so why on earth did they install such a small bar and restaurant and, additionally, why do they insist on closing this very small bar at 11pm on a Friday night when it is full of punters who didn't get out of a gig until 10:15pm.Add to that, the outrageous prices (£32 for a bottle of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc!, yes Chilean!) and you realise that this is Accorhotels basically treating its customers with utter contempt as they have a captive audience on any night when there is an event on in Wembley.Actually, the hotel, location etc are OK but............ the bar!! Shocking!

Good stay, good location close to ammenities. Hotel is newish, and the staff very friendly. Very good views across London and close to the station for easy access. Room was ok, although this was supposed to be an upgarade as this was my 30th stay within a year.

Room was a nice size, bathroom was lovely. I would stay again. However when I called to ask for a fork I was told that it would be a £5 charge to bring it to my room. Or I could come down to the restaurant to pick it up myself. I have never experienced this in another hotel. Found this ridiculous.

Comfortable beds, nice clean room. Could have done with an iron though. Biggest problem is the very noisy air conditioning. I had to switch it off, so was cold in the night.

The reception staff were very helpful. But wasn't able to put me into a disabled room even though I booked a long way ahead. The room we had wasn't as clean as the previous stays we had with you. The pillows cases that were in the bag to be used as secondary if needed had not been changed from the previous stay. The sink had a very bad smell coming from inside it where someone had used it as a toilet and not as a sink so could do with proper steam cleaning to stop the smell. The breakfast in the morning was very adequate and the beautiful young lady who served us couldn't do more to help she is a real benefit to Novotel.

I chose this particular hotel location due to its proximity to my office and Central London. That way, I could get to work in less than 30 mins and end up in Central London every evening in about 20. From a location standpoint, I couldn't have asked for more since its a 3 min walk away from the Wembley Park underground station! Room was large and had all the necessary amenities that one requires on a business trip. If an iron and a board is provided in the room, it'll only help (not that its a must-have). General upkeep of the hotel was good and felt premium. Breakfast was great however should have some variations on a daily basis. I stayed for 15 days and having the same spread every day really got to me towards the end. However wide the menu is, there has to be a small portion of it that needs to change everyday. My only complaint was about the lift situation - I've been reading about 1 lift being non-operational for quite some time on TripAdvisor and it still was the situation when I was there. With 10 floors and 1 lift - it sometimes took less time to walk to the nearby McDonalds, pick up a burger and come back even before the lift was available to use. Situation is quite frustrating to be honest, especially on days when the hotel is full!

Lift has been out of order for months, pretty unacceptable and inconvenient. Was only given one drinks voucher instead of two. Breakfast becomes pretty unbearable after 9am when busy at weekend, food not restocked. And why are you still using single use plastic cups in bathrooms and plastic milk sachets in room fridge. Room was fine, breakfast on Sunday good because we went down at 6.30

The hotel is not bad overall but what really surprise me was the busy lift and lack of welcoming environment. Some people maybe sick or old and can’t take their own Laguage but unfortunately no assistance from hotel members.

Generally good but one lift always broken. Been that way for over a year now. Even if you are on 7th or 8th floor you often give up waiting and use the stairs
