Okay, but would prefer to do my own washing. Novotel does not supply that service to their guests. The prices Novotel charge for staff to do their guests are far to expensive.

« Worse than usual »

I've stayed in this hotel several times, and I was always and I am still generally satisfied, the staff is friendly, the rooms are large and clean - nice. Unfortunately, this time I had a room on the top floor (10th), and was annoyed by a 24/7 buzzing noise. I have had such issues with other hotels, too, most of them have air conditioning or ventilation positioned on the roof and those machines make lots of noise. Also, the ventilation in the bathroom run 24/7 and did not deactivate. Both noises disturbed our sleep. Due to football-matches, the hotel was fully booked, so we had to deal with this issue. I don't say I don't come back, but next time, I will actively ask for a room in another level!

Very happy to have received a suite upgrade and great customer service along the way. Although my room was not available when I checked in, the FD staff were able to provide me with a great suite which was fine for my stay. The food and beverage service throughout was good, and the only disappointment was that there was no scrambled egg available in the breakfast buffet. Considering major events at the Stadium both days, the staff all did a sterling job for me.

Efficient and pleasant. Bathroom had damage to one wall, looked as though it had been bashed from the opposite side as there was a bulge with all the tiles cracked.

we were in Room 234 in Wembley Novohotel. Initially I was impressed with high standard of cleanliness in our suite . However the next morning, I noticed black mould in 4 areas of the bathroom . I reported this to reception on 3rd day of our stay it was not removed in the next 24 hours and was still there when we booked out . I have photographs . There were 2 areas mould was in the far left corner beside the bath and another 2 areas on the shelf behind the bath. There was also a very large stain on the carpet under the bedside table. there were also no instructions on what to put in the recycling /disposal area to the left of the dish washer.

As always, the room was comfortable and the check-in / check out process very smooth. The restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed at evening meal. After waiting a long time for service, we left before we could order.

Very good overall. Nice modern clean hotel. The room was great. 2 minor issues: The towels in the bathroom were too small, and looked and felt older than the hotel. Worst hotel towels I have experienced in ages. There were no fried eggs available at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again though, if the price is right.

Regarding our towels, the beige-yellowish colour is due to the fact that they are made of natural cotton and are washed without bleach. This is part of the Planet 21 project, which is the enviromental committment that the Accor group has put in place since 2012. I am sorry if you felt that the towels were old. I would like to assure you that they have all been replaced last year and are deeply cleaned on a daily basis. Regarding fried eggs, we do not expose them on the buffet however they are available on the A La Carte Menu: please feel free to ask us anytime, it will be our pleasure to bring you some. « The stay was great, but does require slight tweaks »

Checked into the Executive Suite on the 6th floor, so room 630 for 4 nights. We had our 1 year old daughter with us who needed a cot, and this was not provided the first night of our stay, we had to request this on the second night. Then I believe it was the third night (so second day) of our stay and house keeping came to the room and only topped up the shower gel and soap, everything else was left as it was (so beds not made, bath robes not replaced, towels not removed and replaced, we ran out of toilet roll because this hadn't been replaced, nespresso shots not replaced and bins not emptied). Spoke to reception as I'd got in late from work at around 10pm, who was apologetic and replaced the toilet roll which was needed. However, this then repeated to the third day with housekeeping, so I went to reception again, who then sent housekeeping up immediately and also gave us a food token for two, which was a nice gesture. Enjoyed the staying at Novotel, but the doors aren't very sound proof and shake if someone else opens or closes their door on the floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, but one of the waiters didn't seem happy to help when requested, seemed as if he was doing us a favour (this wasn't the manager, it was a waiter).
