The Hotel is in a great location for Wembley Stadium and is also very close to the underground station. It was clearly very busy but there were no problems accessing the hotel and checking in. The staff were excellent, the room was great so overall a very successful visit.

Awful. What's the point of having a request box when no one looks at it? I was staying for the night with family (Me & Mrs and girls aged 6 & 10) as we were watching England v Spain football match. It was the first time my girls were attending a football match and understandably were going to be frightened and overwhelmed. I made a request to make them feel at ease when we checked in but not even a smile or mention or words of comfort to the girls from staff. Secondly we arrived around 3pm and we were told our room was not ready. check in time was clearly indicated as 2pm. It was another half an hour wait before we got the keys to the room. Thirdly after the match it was like a nightclub door policy. If your names not on the list you ain't coming in. I only had 1 key card and the other we left in the room. When we trying to get back in (4 of us - Me /Mrs and my two girls) we were told we all could not go in at once. I then had to go to the room get the 2 key card come back down to the hotel entrance give to the Mrs and then we were all allowed back in. Overall a horrendous / shocking / awful experience. For the money I paid not even worth a single penny of it. Everyone from the hotel from the front desk to the so called bouncers at the front of the hotel made it look like a nightclub more than a hotel...

Love your hotel and use it whenever I'm in London. Just one tiny tiny thing that stopped my stay being a ten. I went out one morning and left the do not disturb sign on the door by accident. I called reception who assured me they would let housekeeping know and my room would be serviced. Other than that faultless. I especially love the breakfast! Pete

The first room we were given stunk of smoke and there were stains all over the carpet and a massive brown stain in the middle of the bed. We rang reception up to ask to move rooms and even though this was done and they were extremely helpful our night was disrupted after a long day of travelling. We were told that you do not use bleach anymore, and if that’s the case then sheets in that bad condition shouldn’t be used. It astonished me how someone thought that the sheet was acceptable to use. Other than that our other room was great and the rest of our stay was pleasant.

Great overnight stay as usual. Room/bed etc fine as usual. Paid for breakfast as part of the package and this time was disappointed with the whole experience. Waited a short while to be seated, tables not cleared/cleaned and everything appeared quite disorganised. Ordered separate poached eggs for us both which arrived quite promptly but then we were forced to wait approx. 15 mins for the remainder of the food on the hot station to be replenished as there was hardly anything left. I do not feel that we should have to stand and wait/queue like this in an establishment such as this after paying for the privilege of eating breakfast here. Obviously by then the poached eggs were cold and we also asked for the tomato ketchup to be replenished as was empty but this failed to happen so we were forced to eat without this. The food itself, once it arrived, was nice but the waiting and general disorganisation etc tainted the overall experience. I did mention this upon checkout and was advised that several others had complained about the breakfast service that day and an apology was offered. I am unsure however whether this would be enough to encourage me to pay for and eat breakfast with yourselves again.

« Terrible breakfast experience, needs massive inprovement »

Stay regularly, everything was fine and as expected, until breakfast tables were not being cleaned and when they were everything was being piled onto an in sight area. Tea and coffee took an age. Especially poor was when items ran out at the buffet people were waiting far too long for replacement items I arrived around 1010 at breakfast and it was not busy certainly less busy than I have experienced myself and my partner ended up eating separately time wise due to the above I noticed other tables experiencing the same. I complained to reception but with no visible improvements.

« Nice hotel, great location, service lets it down. »

Reception/Check in - lovely staff, checked in online day before, turned up at 3.00pm some 1 hour after 2.00 check in and after having received a text saying room is ready to find it is not ready and still being cleaned. Had to go back to reception 45 minutes later. Not then told about breakfast where to go etc etc. Bar - match day, nowhere near enough staff on. Queues too big. Post match - returned to hotel for drinks, not wanted, bar was being set for breakfast, made to feel uncomfortable - I suggest a separate bar area for those wanting a night cap. Breakfast - very poor. Ordered 8 poached eggs for the 4 of us. 15 minutes and 4 came. The others never did, had to order again. When eggs came went to get rest of breakfast, beans empty, no sausage and no bacon, staple items. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to be restocked. Surely this is easy to sort. Staff were also quite unfriendly at breakfast. Everything seemed a hassle. Check out - nice and straight forward however extras on bill were not checked. It was only on getting email later I saw them, not disputing but surely extras should be checked at check out.
