« Lovely stay. »

The only negative I can think of is that the hotel is a little way out from the centre, although the Metropolitan Line gets you there in a very short time. Staff at Wembley Novotel work very hard to keep everything going like clockwork. Once again, we thank you for a lovely stay which passed without a single hiccup.

Quiet, in spite of 2 well marshalled football games at Wembley. Large relaxing room on members floor. Only negative was non working bedside light which took 3 days to repair. Everything else was usual high standard. Great breakfast with welcoming staff.

Hotel room was satisfactory. Decent size with bed and mini sofa to the side. Desk with mirror above was nice too. TV was decent although could have easily been bigger for a better experience. Washroom is a manageable size. Did not like how the shower is half open concept (i.e. standing shower with glass panel covering half the area but the other half exposed and prone to water getting out during shower thereby leaving the washroom floor wet). Staff experience was average at best. Tried calling room service in the very early hours of the morning but had no response. Had to call the front desk for them to bring something up. On day of checkout I asked for a wake up call but never even got it. On numerous occasion's when talking to staff at front desk they didn't even make eye contact and just kept staring at their computer. Overall it was an average experience. Location of the hotel is good, right next to Wembley stadium and only a few steps away from the Wembley park tube station. At the bottom of the hotel there is a costa and convenience store which is helpful for snacks and quick breakfasts.

Location found to be perfect. only 4 stops on underground into the city. The price I paid was an absolute bargain. Room was excellent. Breakfast amazing. Staff lovely. Well done. A very enjoyable stay.

I would not class this as a 4* hotel. Curtains had come off rail, flickering light, beds were small and soft. Frosted glass doors to the bathroom-not ideal. Only 1 pillow in the room with no extra ones in room if needed. Breakfast was average, certainly wouldn't pay £21 for it. Bearable for 1 night.

Staying for work. Work nights. So early check and late check out required. This was specified clearly when making booking. At12pm day off check out was woken by reception, then house keeping knocked on twice. Waking me on 3 seperate occasions. As I work nights this is the equivelant of waking someone In normal sleep pattern at 2am or something. After discussing with reception on check out I was disappointed to be offered an extra drink the next time I stay there. 2 other colleagues of mine stayed and had no issues. One of them was even offered breakfast for saying her check in was a bit rushed. How can I only be offered a drink after being woke 3 times yet she was offered breakfast for a rushed check in. Poor
