Stayed for 3 nights, had 2 rooms. Check in experience was average. Rooms seemed good after check in. Discovered in the morning that shower wouldn’t stay in position. Tried everything possible. Then found it wouldn’t even spray instead it was pouring water from perimeter. Being a general manager at a hotel, I understand - things like these could happen. I nicely mentioned it to the front desk and asked to fix it while we are gone. She assured me that it will be taken care. When came back at night, discovered nothing was done. Called the front desk - got a response that maint. Person works from 9 to 5. There is nothing he could do at this time. We mentioned again in the morning before leaving for the day. Came back at night- found that it was fixed to stay in position but shower head wasn’t replaced to solve the water spraying problem. We mentioned at check out and asked for compensation since you couldn’t fix the problem in 2 days. Got the response that manager is not present will be in at 12:00 noon..!!

Another great stay. Fast check in and check out. Polite staff. The carpet in room 515 is shocking though. Some huge stains. No idea what some previous (clearly foolish) occupants of that room have been doing but it aint pleasant...

All staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded which was lovely. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Food was nice from the restaurant but staff could have been on the ball a bit more. Breakfast was very good as normal.

Not a bad stay. Few negatives. The window in our room had actually come off one of its hinges and wouldn't shut properly meaning it was noisy due to the building work opposite. Also the shower pressure is far too low.

Nothing else to say. Clean rooms, rooms said it had a view... not much of a view. Would expect free bottle of water not chargeable at over £2! Breakfast was lovely

It’s a great hotel but you need to sort out your air conditioning in both the main reception and the rooms. The panel in my room 330 would only go down to 19degrees and really was only partially effective. Other wise a great hotel.

We only stayed 1 night, but could have happily stayed more if time allowed. Love this hotel, very modern, clean and wonderful location, quiet room, great showers, loved the lobby bar and restaurant.
