My daughter and I stayed at Sebel. The check-in was seamless and the staff was professional and helpful. Especially when we requested a late checkout due to my daughter being ill.

Hotel was lovely and staff helpful. Some things that were disappointing; There is no access from the hotel pool to the hotel lobby, so in order to obtain pool towels from reception, you have to exit the building, go out onto the street, and enter the lobby from the main entrance. Not ideal when you're wearing bathers. So be sure to collect your pool towels BEFORE heading to the pool. Also in our apartment, the ac in the bedroom was activated everytime the balcony door was open and closed. This was incredibly frustrating, especially at night when I kept having to get out of bed to turn the ac off everytime someone went onto the balcony. I have no idea what the purpose of this was. Also no utensils (spatula, tongs, serving spoon, scissors etc) in our apartment kitchen, which made it very difficult to cook. For the price we paid (over $400 for a one night stay), I expected better. Aside from those issues, the hotel really was beautiful with lots of nice facilities.
