Our stay was ok. The beds were too soft, need new beds. The room floor was a thin layer so the room downstairs could hear us walk around and they complained... The rooms vents needed to be cleaned there was a lot of dust on it.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were attentive and informative and super friendly and helpful. I must mention the staff manning the breakfast lounge - the Chinese staff. She remembered me and my brother and my sister-in-law on our second breakfast day and addressed us by name - which I thought was very super attentive of her. However, I must highlight that the room I had 1219 does not have an internal extra lock from inside which makes me very comfortable. My brother's room had one - but not mine. Where you can lock from inside. This means anyone with the room key card can come in any time when I am in the room as I do not have this extra manual latch lock. But other than this, the room was always cleaned well, the housekeeping team was meticulous. Thank you.

We always stay at The Mecure Therry Street when we come to Melbourne each year for a mini break. It is affordable and has central location to city, trams and Queen Vic Markets. Staff are always accommodating, friendly and professional. Breakfast is fantastic. Rooms are spotless and always have yummy welcome gifts. The only negatives, the rooms aren't sound proof so can be quite noisy and the Hotel itself is looking very tired and needs a makeover.
