Mercure Therry St was perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff were polite, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and great value. Rooms are small but nicely furnished. Location was perfect with a tram stop just 50 m away, and nice views of the markets.

The service was excellent and the hotel staff were happy to assist with anything. Can't fault the customer service in any way. However, when trying to sleep at night you could hear all the foot traffic from the hallway and the rooms around you. There was little to no sound insulation. Also, the curtains did not fully cover the window which meant they let in a lot of light. This combined with the noise made it quite difficult to sleep. The cleanliness of the room could also be improved. Altbough it did get better on the second day, it would have been nice to see it cleaner when we first arrived. Absolutely loved the later check out time of 11am, this is something I look for when booking a hotel and won't book 10am check outs. Overall I was satisfied but would have liked to sleep better. If that was easier then this would have been a fantastic hotel experience!

Nice stay with my daughter. Room was good with opening window, couch, desk & chairs and 2 comfortable beds. Bathroom had everything you needed. Buffet breakfast had the main hot food items, bread and pastries, cereals and fruits. Check in and check out were easy. Location was great, very close to Victoria Market. The only issue, using the key card in the lift - a bit tricky. Thanks for the nice stay.

The only issue was we paid in cash for beverages used in rooms at checkout and then received a deduction out of my bank account aswell for the beverages we already paid for. Called to fix issue and am still waiting for the refund.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a place where people where happy to help at all times. Really loved the breakfast. (The only one problem we had was trouble with one of the lifts. And where not the only ones).
