Facilities are good but I wasn't particularly impressed with the customer service. When I checked in on Friday night (08/03/19), they staff member wasn't really welcoming. She didn't even greeted me. I had better experience in IBIS budget hotels :-) Asked for a late check out and she extended until 11:30 am (I guess it just a joke) I will probably wan't staying in your hotel again due to this.

This hotel was selected on basis of location. It is a good location for Victoria Market and shopping. Room size is reasonable and quite clean although some mould in shower. It is an older building and has no recharge outlets for devices. Nor is there a lounge but a rather large business area.

Upon entering the room, the toilet paper rapper was left from the last guest. The remote had stains on it. The room was dusty. The phone was disgusting. This hotel ranks amongst the worst I've stayed in.

No complaints. I loved that my Accor and Therry street loyalty was acknowledged with an upgrade and not on the floor ignored the restaurant/ bar which attracts more traffic. Full marks for the rocky Road welcome gift!

When I needed last minute accommodation in the city I was pleasantly surprised by what I found at Mercure Melbourne Therry Street. The check-in/check-out process was incredibly smooth and the room was not only incredibly clean and well appointed; but also very spacious compared to what I was expecting. The room service was quick and well priced too. I'll definately look to stay again in the future.

Staff are pleasant in general. Vinnie at reception has been very hospitable. Room is spacious. I like particular my assigned room that has a view. The studio set up is why I chose a Mercure Therry St. The building itself is old. Even refurbished, it shows. Noise comes through corridor and upstairs. Can hear clearly people walking and banging of doors. There is a hole on the wall ( above “kitchen” sink) that exposed wires with a lot of dirt. The drainage and exhaust look dirty. Hope you can do something about it. The fast internet cut off every 24 hours and the code, most of the days, became invalid. I stayed for 19 nights. It is annoying as I had to call and some of your staff would tell me to switch off and on my gadget and retry. I just want to let you know switch off and on the gadget does not work and it is much easier for your staff to just give the guest a new code.

Sadly I didn't sleep well, as there is a flood light on the outside of the building which shines all night into room 1023. My bin was emptied, however the cleaner left the full rubbish bag on the table (accidentally?). Very difficult to get a taxi out the front, they pretended to have a booking and drove off without a passenger 5 times. I was told by a passer by that this was because I only wanted to go a short distance. The bed was comfortable. The room service was helpful. Staff were nice.

Was very comfortable our room was perfect as a smoker opposite the court yard as well. The only issue i can say was not enough milk for coffees/ tea. With the hot weather the corridor area was very very hot. I really enjoyed my stay thank you
