Seems a bit run down. Shower sprayed everywhere but down and sink plug was stuck in so sink was unusable. Cot was ok but had no padding. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good.

Room was fine, just the food wasn't great. Room service was took almost 45 mins when it said allow 30 mins and the burger bun was dry. Breakfast wasn't that good, no selection of different eggs, bacon was terrible. Could offer more hot food.

We checked in very late at night and understand that it's a long day already. But Accor being a big chain hotel, the staffs should be trained properly to welcome their guests in a friendly manner. Which we did not experience during this trip. It was a bit disappointed as we have always enjoyed Accor service.

It was nice - the lobby and lift were a bit grubby, and there was someone’s room service dishes left in the hall near my room for the entire trip. There was some odd stains on the carpet near the bed and on the decorative pillow. But these were minor things that didn’t particularly bother me. The bed was very comfortable, the replica Eames armchair was fantastic and the iPhone dock/speaker was great.

The stay here was reasonable and considering the overall cost of the stay and the location represented reasonable value for money in Melbourne. The property itself probably needs a bit of a freshen up at some point to brighten up the decor and improve a few odds and ends. Although value for money none-the-less.

My room was comfortable including the bed. Good value for money . The shower head needs to be updated but the water pressure and temp was nice. The vent above the shower was visably dusty. To the point where I was worried the dust would fall off and onto me while I showered . Sometimes I found the lighting in the room too dull. I arrived at 6:30AM and wasn’t able to get into My room until later that and I had to pay for an extra day so I could have the room until I flew out . 2pm & 11AM check in & out times weren’t practical for me. Other than that, my stay was comfortable.
