« Below expectations »

Attention at reception could be improved. The procurement department sent out the authorization letters for charging a CC with three days of anticipation. The people at the hotel never replied with confirmation nor notifying any problem. When I arrived to the hotel they said it wasn’t possible to charge the CC because they never received a letter of authorization. I used my card for staying there with an open voucher. The next day the procurement department sent out again the documentation. Truth is that they noticed the first email until the second day of my staying when the lady at reception confirmed she had received a first email three days before my staying. And this time they told me the amounts authorized in the letter were wrong. So they needed new letters with the correct amounts. Next day they sent the letters again and this time they could charge that card and cancel the voucher on mine. It took three days what they could have solved by checking their email from the very first moment and replying or calling the person from procurement who made the reservation.

A modern room and hotel with good amenities. The only negative is no room fridge or microwave. Close to hwy 15D. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Limited menu in the restaurant. Lots of unsecured parking.

I had a cancelled flight at the last minute and was able to book a room without any hassle. The check-in was easy and fast. I was also able to coordinate a taxi pick up at 430am for the airport with ease. The room was clean and comfortable. I would deft recommend IBIS and I would deft Stay again!

Satisfied; the issue we had was with room keys, kept deactivating. Also, toilet area had a bad smell of urine, it was not cleaned. We did get housekeeping service but room was not clean to remove the urine smell.

welcoming at check-in was poor and unprofessional (employees chatting amongst each other during the procedure instead of being attentive to customer’s questions), room inspections by a qualified head housekeeper or the GM in this smaller property seem not to happen and towels should now be replaced after 3 years of operation

« Very good experience, would do it again. »

Overall we were all very satisfied. The only incident is that our shower leaked through the glass doors leaving a small pool of water. This could be a hazardous situation since I was already on crutches. This would be my only complaint. Also the restaurant staff was inadequate. For a while the one girl there was the ONLY staff in the restaurant. The poor young lady was taking orders, cooking, and cleaning tables. This was way too much for one person as there quite a few of us hungry.
