Good enough for the price paid. Just what you need for business trip where you only need to sleep and have breakfast. However breakfast is served late compared to any hotel nearby. All others start at 6:00 am sharp. Ibis says they serve at 6:30 but is never ready at that time. You always have to wait for them to be ready.

Lamentablemente tienen chinches

Contamos con un riguroso programa de limpieza y fumigación de habitaciones ya que la secretaria de Salud así nos los pide, por lo que la proliferación de este tipo de animales en las habitaciones no es posible. Some of the front desk staff is not friendly or nice at all to say the least. The pillows in the rooms are very soft and if one asks for a harder pillow there is no positive response. The laundry service is pitifull!

Getting there was easy and check in and the room was as described, efficient. The room was not completely sound proof, heard other guests and a dog barking outside all night. The breakfast was the worst of our 6 day drive. No coffee, as the machine did not work and not back-up coffee. The entree's were cold when they opened at 6:30am. We walked to Starbuck across the driveway and headed on our way south.

It was good. Breakfast can be improved much. I stay at this hotel ever month. Pleasant folks, takes a while to check in. Clean rooms and beds. And breakfast is from bad to medicicre at best!

Bed comforter was extremely dirty.. I was surprised room service missed it. This is the 4th time I stay there and the coffee machine at the reception has only worked once..not been fixed yet

My comment is for the service at the restaurant. I ordered only two times thinking the second could be better than the first one, but it wasn´t. They deny the service at 10:00 pm, arguing there was only soup for eat. The soup was really bad, also the chicken the next day I ordered, the chicken looks like plastic and vegetables was poor in amount and variety. Besides this, i saw the waiters, more than 3 times in diferent days, eat diferent things at the restaurant room while they were in service. I really hope that you take cocern about this situation.

Attention at reception could be improved. The procurement department sent out the authorization letters for charging a CC with three days of anticipation. The people at the hotel never replied with confirmation nor notifying any problem. When I arrived to the hotel they said it wasn’t possible to charge the CC because they never received a letter of authorization. I used my card for staying there with an open voucher. The next day the procurement department sent out again the documentation. Truth is that they noticed the first email until the second day of my staying when the lady at reception confirmed she had received a first email three days before my staying. And this time they told me the amounts authorized in the letter were wrong. So they needed new letters with the correct amounts. Next day they sent the letters again and this time they could charge that card and cancel the voucher on mine. It took three days what they could have solved by checking their email from the very first moment and replying or calling the person from procurement who made the reservation.
