I often have difficulty booking with an agreed rate through the reservation center and the fact that payment is made at check-in causes great inconvenience when check-out is early. It is very difficult to answer the phone at reception

Hotel structure, room and breakfast are really good. I had long stay, during all period main gym equipment was on maintenance. Missing some items at kitchen room (solved by employees on demand). Stay have been completed almost one week ago, and invoice still not provided and no feedback.
