We appreciate the surprise organized by the staffs during our stay. We were very happy about the room upgrade and complimentary stay at bar. The receptionists are extremely kind and nice. We are very happy staying in your hotel!

Room was at the end of the second floor and there was no noise issues from other rooms. We like the hotel, the reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The only issue we had was with the terrible piped music which is played in all public areas, we encountered it in the restaurant, reception and bar. To be honest it drove us away from the bar and back to our room. I don't know how the hotel reception staff put up with it. The room was as expected, breakfast was good, please lose the music, it's not necessary.

Arrived late at night from a Eurostar train and hotel a very short walk from station. Lovely large room and extremely comfortable bed and curtains thick enough to keep the daylight out in early morning. Bathroom very clean. Perhaps my only niggle is that some pieces of furniture in my bedroom were approaching their sell by date (particularly the faux leather tub chair that was flaking badly) But hey, really well placed hotel and a very quiet place to sleep

Normal. in the average. I really appreciate that even if I arrived 9.30 in the morning and no rooms were already available, the receptionist asked to accelerate the cleaning of a room and I had it in 15 minutes. My compliments.

A short stop for me but the room was clean and tidy the staff were polite and worked in a professional manner. The food was really nice well laid out and plentiful, only two not so good experiences were the TV didn't work and I couldn't join the Wi-Fi I had to tether off my work phone and as I was only there for one night I didn't kick up a fuss, overall though a pleasant stay and would come back again, so thank you. Everything generally fine apart from the smell of tobacco in the corridor and coming from outside. Even into my window on the 7th floor! Is there an outside smoking area that filters back into the hotel? Maybe this could be moved? The room was a little too hot, and changing the controls didn’t bring temp down. Think carbon footprint, comfort and costs!! There is too much single-use plastic -eg a disposable plastic glass, wrapped in plastic... Breakfast good, room fine otherwise. Staff friendly.

Furniture in room was worn and tatty - surely visible to any hotel staff who bothered to look. Strong smell in bathroom; good breakfast, but overall below usual Novotel standard

The stay I had this time was fine with regards to sleep quality and quality of breakfast. As I used Accor Bonus points for partial payment of this stay, I noted that when I advised the receptionist that I was using these that my room was changed from 411 to 601, which room and floor was not of the highest quality that I have previously experienced in this hotel. I felt also that because I was making partial payment using Accor bonus points that I did not receive the same friendly reception on arrival and departure.

Arrived very late on friday and asked for a late checkout on Sunday, and was a little disappointed that I was charged extra for this. The minibar in my room did not work either, and I was given any kind of substitute for this.. The room was nice and clean.
