The check-in was quick and easy and room was clean and tidy, the location close to Brussels Midi railway station was ideal as i was picking up a hire car the following morning

« My trip in brussel »

Hotel was small..room i had booked only can 2 adults available,..we were travelling with 2 children the hotel didnt allow us stay in 1 room they insisted to book for 2 rooms with actually it was 2 bed rooms with connecting door for 278 euro per night. The rooms are small with just so so amenities and plain..for this price i can stay at marriot or hilton with 2 double bed( as u know hilton and marriot allow children to stay with existing bed) very limited bfast..definitely not stay in this hotel again..but the receptions are nice and helpful..tx :)

Dear Madam, Thank you for taking the time to write your impression about your stay with us. We are sorry to read that our hotel didn’t met your expectations. Nevertheless, we are surprised by your comment. You booked a certain type of room with a maximum occupancy of 2 persons. When you arrived at the hotel, four persons came at the reception and we told you that it was impossible for 4 people to fit in the room type you booked. Firstly for insurance and security reasons and secondly because in this kind of room it was impossible to add 2 extras beds. We offered you for a small extra charge a family room which consists in one room with a double bed and a second connecting room with two separated beds which is the type of room we propose when 4 persons want to share the same room. For your next reservation, be sure that you make it for the right amount of guests so this kind of inconvenience won’t occur again. Once again, thank you for your feedback. The hotel was close to Gare Brussels midi so was good for travelling. The rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is very convenient, just next to the train station. I had a wonderful time in the Sunday Market in front of the hotel, lots of fruit and street food there.

Overall experience of the stay was very good. Location was good. Staff was very helpful. Was able to keep luggage and go for sight seeing before checkin. Breakfast was very good with variety of menu. Rooms were clean and well equipped.

« Poor maintenance of air conditioner and attention to quality of the room. »

Bed reading lamps both out. When we stayed May 15, there was green water and some debris in the bath tub. If I were you I would require the chamber maid to follow a checklist when they complete the room and also have one of the three desk clerks do a tour of available rooms with a checklist to guarantee the room is complete for guests ie lights work and airconditoner not making noise. Our hotel is located in the international train area which is not the prettiest area of the city but which is very convenient to explore Brussels. City center is 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel and you can find all kind of transportation (metro,bus,tram) at the train station. We apologize for the technical issue that led to an overcharge. Your refund has been made but it can take 7 to 15 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank. Once again, we apologize for this inconvenience. « Nice hotel »

The hotel is well placed near Gare du Midi and subway station also there. 1.2 km from Grand Place, Proxy shop near the hotel. Great experience overall except the bed/pillows which i didn’t like and could not sleep very well and the fact that on the road to Grand Place and close to the train station are quite a few strange people that stare at you when you’re walking down the street.
