I like this hotel, stayed many times and always been satisfied, but this was the first time on a Sunday, and I was a bit disappointed that aside from the rooms themselves, the hotel appeared to be closed for business. As an Accor member I normally get a welcome drink, but that was unavailable as the bar was closed, and seemingly only one person on duty, and no food available either. I am surprised at this in such a prime location. None the less, the rooms are always good, you get a safe and a fridge (to put your own beer in that you can buy from Delhaize down the street!) and I got one on the 7th floor with a balcony, which is always a bonus, and the member of staff on duty was welcoming and helpful as always.

Enjoyed our stay at the Novotel . Wonderful Big n Clean n Comfortable Rooms . Very Helpful Staff. Location of Hotel is also good but not too far from the City Center. However the Hotel is just 100 meters from the Midi Train Station .

My stay was relaxed and enjoyable. Finding the hotel was difficult because Google Maps gave a different location for the hotel’s address. Leaving the hotel was problems because of the Sunday market at Brussels Midi. The hotel could have informed me of these two things beforehand.

We stayed there now for the second time and enjoyed it. Very smooth check in and check out. Friendly staff (Cleaning , Bar , Front Desk) always with a smile on the face. As a LeClub Platinum Member I received a very nice upgrade , 2 x Drink Voucher , Welcome Gift etc. Overall an excellent Status Recognition. We'll be back.

We chose Novotel as our stay because we saw lots of good reviews from customers. however, this is the worst experience I had ever. While I was badly ill and need to catch next day's early flight, Novotel has no hot water to shower. Staff came to check the water, and then told us 'Sorry, no hot water the whole hotel and there's nothing we could do." Was terrible and totally not worthy for the money we paid! We will never come back to Novotel again.

Room is ok, but could be renewed slightly. Breakfast was understaffed, ladies worked very hard, but in no way could handle the number of people with the two of them. Products not available, tables full of dirty dishes, had to get my own stuff and lay the table.......

The hotel is close to Brussels Central Midi Station. Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights but the toilet smells the first day we checked in. Air conditioning in the room not working well and no replenishing of coffee capsules, lack of attention.

The check-in was very quick, and the portuguese girl at the reception desk very friendly and helpful. The room relatively small but big enough for one person. It was clean but there were several stains on the carpet, which was rather worn. The room is provided with coffeee-set. The position of the hotel, close to Bruxelles-Midy, is very practical, but the area is dirty and unpleasant. I appreciated very much the quick check-out.

Nice hotel and comfortable rooms, good standard, nice breakfast. Quiet. Short distance from train station, which was very convenient. The wifi signals could have been better, but not a big deal. The room situated at 7th floor may explain this.

I arrived exhausted and rather stressed having not being able to locate the hotel upon leaving the station. The reception staff were charming even accompanying me in the lift at my request as I was unsure how the key activation worked. The breakfast was excellent although I think fresh coffee should be served to guests rather than being dispensed from a machine.

The room met the purpose of a short stopover. Was pleased with the balcony and the large bathroom space. I understand that you need to restrict the volume of the tv, however it may be too low to listen in comfort.
