Disappointing. The room was dated and shabby, the furniture worn out. We were expecting more for the price we paid and the number of stars you advertise.

In overall, I satisfied the most of the service (house keeping and the reception etc.) except the breakfast. I think that the breakfast is overrated, and it should have be better with the cost (20 euros).

Staff friendly, rooms clean and bedrooms are a good size with comfy bed. Location good for Eurostar. But don’t eat here. Dinner menu is limited and our vegetable lasagne was still cold in the middle. We waited ages to be served like everyone else in the restaurant. Not the waiter’s fault as he was trying to do his best given the circumstances.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby of the hotel, it was fabulous. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice, bed comfortable. Check out was easy, and again desk staff was super friendly. The only issue we had with the hotel was the location. While it was right across the street from the train station (why we stayed there), the neighborhood was rather gross. The Sunday market had just finished when we checked in and the trash and litter around the street was disgusting. City workers were leaf blowing trash around the street and I immediately wanted a shower. We walked from the hotel to the central square and the walk was not the most pleasant walk. Didn't really feel unsafe, but didn't feel like I could completely let my guard down. We did stop into one of the shops near the hotel to get some water and the store clerk was not the most friendly clerks we've run into. Maybe he doesn't like tourists or only English speaking customers.

Although the overall servoce of the hotel is quite good I had bad experience with hotel laundry. My white business shirt returned dirty from laundry and hotel does not cooperate enough providing damage compensation.

The hotel was good totally. The location was not in a good area. the area was very busy area near to one main train station. but if you want to go out of Brussels with train its a good option. Reaching to city center could be by tram or by 20 min walking. The room was clean and with same layout of Novotels. The reception staffs were friendly treated and introduced many beautiful sightseeing and helped to reach them easily.

The hotel is conveniently located near Bruxelles midi station. The beds are very comfortable. We are very satisfied with our two-bedroom unit with its ensuite toilets. Our slight complaint was the taps of the bath tubs which were difficult to operate with soapy hands during a shower. The price per person for breakfast is rather high. A discount for Accors member will be greatly appreciated and would attract restaurant patronage.
