Air conditioning in room 117 really didn’t do anything but make noise. Just made the sleep and experience so average. The hotel and especially the carpets need a good clean. I would never book this again.

It was a good experience staying at Novotel Konya with my family. I would specifically want to mention Mr. Hidayet of front desk who facilitated in arranging my road travel from Konya to Goreme. One thing that I would like to mention here is that I tried getting the rooms booked online through the Accor site but was unable to get it done hence I had to call up Novotel Konya and get the rooms booked without any member discount.

Very good hotel, clean and all staff are very professional, specifically Mr Ibrahim at the reception and also Novotel Konya has one of the best concierge I ever seen in Hotel, Mr Hidayet was very helpful and very kind for taking his time to give us all informations about the hotel and the area. Just one comment about the breakfast that we didn't like, as we are french we love our Pain au Chocolat in the morning, but when we use to come to the buffet the manager and the chef wasn't refilling compare to Ibis Hotel they use to refill every time, it's very deceiving from the breakfast department.

It has been 3-4 years that we started staying at Novotel Konya. It is just on our way from winter house to summer house. We were desperately looking for a hotel to stay together with our lovely Golden Retriever. And the Novotel Konya team made us feel at home with their excellent and very warm service. Hotel is very well decorated and breakfast was also very good with a lot of choices. We would like to thank the hotel team. We have stayed 30-40 times in Accor hotels, and Konya Novotel team is one of the best. Our dog is very old and probably it will pass away soon, but we shall keep on splitting our long journey by spending a night at Novotel Konya..

I had a very pleasurable experience during my business trip in Konya for 3 nights, every thing is awesome about the hotel, the staff was awesome, very friendly, and so helpful, I was planning to spend the weekend in Antalya, and I asked Mr. Hedayet to for advice about where to stay and what to do there, and he was so helpful, he spend more than an hour with me planning my itinerary, he even give me his personal phone number in case I needed anything there.. Along with Mr. Kemal & Mr.Ugur they helped me with the bus reservation from Antalya to Konya and back, Mr. Kemal even paid with his credit card for the bus because my I had a trouble with my credit card.. I really can't ask for more, and didn't find this kind support in any other place that I have been to. the location of the hotel is very good as well and nearly 15 min to Mevlana Museum and downtown..

The French football national team was staying at the hotel. This brought number of minor inconveniences to the other guests. However, the hotel staff namely Yilmaz Bey who helped us with our reservations, Canan and Gulnaz Hanim served us wonderfully as well as Berati Bey who were directing the traffic made it a fun stay for all of us. Canan Hanim's lemonade was divine and I recommend her to start lemonade business :) Before I forget even the part owner of the Hotel - Mustafa Bey- joined the staff in their hospitality efforts to make it a memorable stay for all of us. Thank you all.

First of all, the room was extremely warm. As I wanted to turn the air conditioner on, it didn't work. I called the reception, they sent me a worker. He told me that the air conditioner works only in summer, between June and September. That is why he opened the window. But window had a lock against the smoker people I guess. That is why it couldn't be opened totally but just a bit. So that there was no fresh air in the room. The staff in reception was not really friendly. They didn't refresh the mini bar daily. Every time when I wanted to drink water, I had to call reception and order a new bottle of water. One very rare thing; there was a manager who checks the rooms every day whether something is missing or whether the person is gone without declaration. And it even happened to me while "Please do not disturb" paper was hanged on the outside of the door. I found this out coincidentally, as I forgot something in the room and was back to room. I have never seen such a application. If it was on last day of accommodation, I could understand this. But during my accommodation, I can't accept this. Only one good thing was breakfast.

Stayed in this hotel because my company booked it. Overall it is a very new hotel. It has all the amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Especially breakfast buffet is very good. It has a variety of selections as well as good quality/taste. Rooms are comfortable except that they do not have climate control, specifically in winter. You can not set the temperature in the room unless you want a warm room. Apparently air conditioning is not working during winter. Staff is eager however they need more training and management direction.

Generally I liked hotel but i will write only things that i didnt like. First one is bath architectural concept , there is no door and while i have bath i was always checking if water goes out or not. And also it was making bath colder. Second one is toilets, it was not a well designed too, in my opinion ordinary toilets(same room with bathroom and toilet) is more satisfiable. And last thing; paintings are need to be renew for my room, i dont know the other rooms but in my room, there were some damaged places. And the best thing I experienced there is service friends at breakfast, they were very friendly and kind. That was 11 point on 10 point.

The hotel overall was good. The staff was friendly. We were in room 1207. The plaster of walls was cracked. The wash basin was a little worn out and decolored. The windows let the noise pass inside and the room was a little small. The fresh juice of breakfast was not served after 9 AM. The location was good and far from disturbing sounds of city center. The early breakfast was a positive point for us wanted to early check out and get to YHT train to ankara early morning.

Everybody on charge was nice and helpful. Only the window can't be neither closed nor opened. The window can't be closed just stoping the noise and cold weather and can't be opened to have real fresh air.
