Excelent clean and brand new room. No disturbing noise from windows. Checkin and out experience well handled by front desk member Kemal. Well prepared fine breakfast. Parking floor was so dusty shoes carried white dusts to hotel carpet and was white powdered as well as return way to car was also powdered the car inside by heavyly dusty parking place. Need to be cleaned in a single day.

I was expecting much better service. The hotel and the staff do not meet the 5-star hotel service. Staff very poorly know English. He does not know at all in the bar - he's looking for help when you need to answer the customer. Assortment in the bar below each criticism. If you want to attract tourists who love to sit in the hotel lobby bar in the evenings - then the assortment offered is not only a beer. The panorama bar does not work at all. The hotel rooms have info that offers cocktails, but it's really not possible to buy anyone. Breakfast is very bad. There is no assortment. Juice in the container mixed juices - do not correspond to the written. In general, I can give my hotel a weak 3 stars for my stay

I just stayed for the night. Rooms were small but clean. There was no air-conditioning; they said it’s winters so AC is off; while I was sweating in the room. The option was open window & then close when you feel chilly.

Having missed my connecton thanks to the ineptitude of the coach drver, I was rushing around by taxi and came upon Novotel. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the rooms and the quality of the decor over all. Everyone was more than ready to help a foreigner with very weak Turkish in a city I did not know, and even sit and chat for several minutes.

Clean Rooms, Helpful and welcoming staff. The road construction and lack of signage made it hard to reach the hotel. The room was over heated and because the A/C was working so loud, It could not be cooled down.

The staff is very good. We lost a bag in the bus and they all gave their best to find our stuffs. They called a bus company several time to help us. Everything was clean and comfortable. No one disturbed us and everybody were lovely. I recommend it to everyone. Best regards from Croatia.

The hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly. My one issue was the wine, I ordered the most expensive bottle, I think 250TL and it was sour. I would have sent it back if the waitress had spoken English. She had been so pleasant I disnt wish to offend her
