We made a one-night stay to take a break on a long journey. The room was big enough and clean. The bed was really comfortable. We couldn't have breakfast as soon as we had to move on. A hotel that I can recommend in terms of location, cleanliness and comfort.

Cons: Airconditioner in my first room was not working. Waited 2 hours for service to check and then I asked to change my room. In the second room airconditioner was working but it was not cooling properly. It was a very uncomfortable sleep. Pros: food and breakfast was very good

I was delighted with the welcome I received from from Miss Esma and her lovely friends. I had a long day and was tired when I arrived. They had closed the kitchen but they didn’t refuse my request for a Turkish coffee. Room was very clean and neat. I will stay again.

Thanks for all the stuff working in this hotel at our staying dates. Especially reception workers are great. Even our taxi for the train station in an early time 6:30 was ready. We checked in and out in a really comfortable way.

I had a very lovely stay at Ibis Konya. Before my arrival I experienced couple of problems related with my reservation. I tried to reach accorhotels.com, but couldnt reach them via their access point and via social media. Then I send an e-mail to the hotel. I wasnt expecting that they would be interested in solving the problem. But what a surprise! Mrs. Ceren K. called me and stated that they will solve the problem. I was very suspicious, because generally they call you and forget, and you had to call back again and again. But this time, everything was solved. And even the hotel and the hospitality team exceeded my expectations. That's the logic in service business, problems may occur, but if you solve them properly, then the guest will be more satisfied and willing to come back again. Apart from this, the hotel is classic ibis hotel, easily accessible, had a decent breakfast buffet. All the staff seems to be friendly, professional, and greets you respectfully. Fruit plate and a big bottle of water was bliss since I arrived very late due to delayed train journey, I was quite thirsty and hungry :)

We came to the Ibis following a bad experience at another hotel in Konya. The Ibis was like a breath of fresh air. The reception staff greeted us with a welcoming smile. The room was clean, fresh and had everything that was promised on your advertisements. Breakfast was lovely. And we ate several times in the restaurant in the evening. The food was very good and well served. The staff were all so nice. Loved our stay.

there was water leak on my room's shower. also on the floor, one parquet was missing. television's channel skipping was very slow. also our check in took long time like 10-15 minutes. pillow inside bed sheets was dirty like water mark or something. the hotel clear before like a year ago but not anymore.

I really liked the bedding and room but there were no toiletries, I waited for 40 minutes just to order water and had to go down from 8th floor to get the water and was informed there is no room service.

I had to wait for 40 minutes for water. After calling 5 times I had to go down from 8th floor to lobby to inquire about it. I came to know that there is no room service in hotel. I was extremely pissed off. There were no toiletries in the room either and had to check out early in the morning for these things. The beddings were nice but that's just it
