i was very surprised with the decor and modern interior of Grand Mercure....this was a very short stay for me but am impressed with my overall experience... the rooms were very tidy best part was the interior of the property which was a blend of modern western as well as local culture i was also very impressed with the willingness of frontdesk staff to help as well as restaurant's staff to serve with great smile.. breakfast spread was decent and my checkout experience was equally smooth.. regards, raj

The service at the restaurant should improve. We were waiting almost for 15 mins for water to be served. Even then I had to get up and remind that person to get us water. No one even bothered to ask us if we want anything. The guests who came after us were also attended to but not us. Couldn't understand why. Apart from this everything at the Hotel was good, the stay was comfortable.

« A relaxing but chill water in the pool. »

This is my second visit to the Mercure. Everything was just right except for the water in the swimming pool. It was too cold. The hotel will surely experience increase in guests if only the swimming pool is converted into a heated pool.

Except for the crowd management at breakfast rest of the things were fantastic. The prices in the restaurant are steep in comparison to the portions. Service of the entire hotel staff is friendly, kind and thoughtful.

We were very pleased with the service and hospitality extended to us by the staff of Grand Mercure Mysuru. From the Bell Boys to the Management, the warmth and kind gestures proved that everyone there went the extra mile to ensure the guest's satisfaction. Special Credit is to be given to the level of professionalism displayed by UDAY, POORNIMA, GOUTAM, LAVINA and MANI SELVAN MANI of Housekeeping decorated the room with balloons for our baby - our little one was awe-struck when she entered into the room. That was truly lovely. POORNIMA at the BLUE RESTAURANT beside the pool, took care of our little baby so that we could enjoy our dinner by the pool. Kudos to the team at Grand Mercure

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us a bottle of water for being a Choice Hotel member. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone, I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Overal a nice stay. Restaurant staff need to have a better knowledge of English for a 5 star hotel. Buffet breakfast is extensive. Fresh bananas would be nice instead of only cut fruit. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The team was truly fantastic. Couple of glitches. 1) the WiFi on my pad did not work. I got it down to the lobby. The front office team checked it twice, once before BFast and once post BFast after restarting it. Since it still did not work, he said he will send someone from IT. No one came. 2) upon check in, as per procedure you should write the names of the guests on the key jacket. I was simply handed over the all the key jackets with room number only. As the result we got the incorrect room which was smaller! No worries. Your hotel is beautiful. Post that i had to ask front office to change the names in opera as the other room got calls which were meant for us. 3) if there are 3 people in the room, there should be 3 bath towels. Is annoying for the 3 person to use a wet towel. :) The f&b service and kitchen team is great and is HK. Polite, courteous and made us feel very welcome. My son loved the towel art and balloons! He wrote a thank you note. I’m not sure you got it. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.
