Very good experience. The stay was comfortable and the service was excellent. The only thing was that the swimming pool water was too cold and if an heater is put to warm the pool water.. we could use the pool.

We had 2 rooms , including 1 for my parents, cleanliness in both rooms was seriously questionable. There were old used diapers, hair all over, oil and grease marks on floor and tables and what not. It gave a yuk feeling to stay in those rooms. There was no room service available for rooms and even for my parents rooms who are senior citizens. I understand it is new year but cant you spare 1 cook to make some urgent orders for room guests. I had go out in town to get some simple food for my father. Deplorable! Breakfast on Jan 1st was anything but special. Idly was rock hard, everything served was cold, it took 20 minutes to get a dip tea. What was so special bout it being the Jan 1st breakfast, absolutely nothing. It was messy, cluttered, confused and tired staff and overall poor from a guest's perspective. I am a hotelier of 25 years and felt sad at the state of affairs.

Experience was ok. Need to improve your parking services. You should note down customer mobile number / room number in parking wallet ticket for reaching the customer in emergency. Someone should be available in premise to provide support in terms of reverse parking / driving within your hotel premise.

Average experience. The so called executive rooms with balcony are smaller than perhaps the bathroom of another big budget hotels.. Balconies were of no use as there was a Wall in front of it. Amenities were poor. Room was so small that for two people it felt stuffed. The only good thing was the food.

The hospitality of the hotel was really very good. The front office and the service team were really helpful and great in their work. They really knew what they were doing. Apart from this there are a few things I think the management has to look into. There must be someone to escort us to the room and tell about room amenities. We have been provides a king size bed for 3 adults. I actually feel the bed is small for 3 people and there is actually no space for an extra bed to keep in the room and even the room is a bit small for 3 adults, due to which the sleep was affected. I think the reservation team must be a bit proactive and Inform the guest about taking a bigger room which might accommodate 3 adults. The front office team must also educate the guest about how to adjust the climate control in the room as we had tough time in adjusting the temperature. However when I had requested the front office team they had immediately adjusted it to a desired temperature. The breakfast buffet was really good and had a variety of selections. One thing I had noticed that the vada in the buffet was soggy. When vada is soggy no one wants to eat them. The service team and kitchen team had a tough time in preparation of food for me as I do not eat Onion or garlic but they managed to give us food which was edible for us. Both the restaurants were really good and the service team were excellent. The room service is really good because I had given my breakfast order of toast and butter the previous day to send it to my room at at 05:30am and it had come bang on time. The wake up call was also well within the time.Overall the team was really good and we had a pleasant stay.

As a family stayed for 2 nights ,very nice stay, close to tourist spots, however nothing around the hotel, Very friendly front desk, they have agreed to change the room when requested without any second thought, Morning breakfast spread was just ok, not too many options. In the room, they can keep sufficient toiletries based on the number of person staying in the room. The travel desk person Mr. Vijay was very kind and helpful, pleasant to deal with him.

Average, service and hospitality was good. But cleanliness was disappointing. The floor under the bed was dirty, there was an old used vicks container and entire floor was dusty and full pf pare bits. VERY DISAPPOINTING. The towels had turned yellowish in color, and was not clean. It had lipstick mark and stains on it. HORRIBLE UNHYGIENIC. The toilet and bathroom was refilled with half used toilet paper roll. There was an extra roll but that too was half used.
