It was generally a pleasant stay and a good experience overall. We stayed in the Junior suite room, and the ambiance was notionally good, except for the bird droppings in the balcony, which could not be used. We had an ala-carte dining at the Blue Inn on the terrace and was expecting the quality of food to be good, which was rather disappointing. The Gulafi sheek kebab was very crumbly and dry and so was the Murg dum biryani, where the chicken was dry on the outside and hard, which is supposed to be more succulent and tender. Paneer tikka was very good and satisfying. As mentioned to your staff, we stay regularly at Radisson Blu, whenever we come to Mysore and this was a new experience to us, which could have been a touch better. Kind Regards, Shashidhra K. The room was nice and had all you need. The downstairs restaurant was very good for lunch breakfast and dinner with a good variety of food and nice coffee. The staff were lovely but the standard of housekeeping let the place down. Our room was not done while we went out in the morning even though we asked. When we were in the room it was done but not properly. Probably because we were there at the time.

To start with a positive note... Food is excellent in terms of taste and variety, especially special kudos to chef for Mysore masala dosa and serving team for Grover Rose wine...Really excellent. Negative points... 1. Room service is very poor, room is not even ready when they provided..Room kept open..Towels and toilletries not kept for 3 people. Multiple calls made in 2 days to yet the required things. 2. No assistance from service staffs while checking out for moving the baggages, atlast a security person assisted in outside while getting into the car. 3. Multiple promises made in the advertisement not provided..Example: No fruit wine, No sparkling wine, No fruits or chocolates provided, No welcome drink provided...After multiple discission received chocolates but taken back by room service on next day since we have not consumed. 4. Minibar is empty. 5. No adequate furniture for 3 person seating, when we asked receptionist..he proposed us to upgrade the room. I stayed in Europe Mercure at places like Paris, Swiss, Nice, Germany and Italy...service is excellent. I dont see such quality with Grand Mercure especially no customer centricity. I dont see any value for the given money...Poor Service.

I had done booking for 2 rooms on Makemytrip portal for 24th to 25th Apr'19 and 25th to 26th Apr'19 separately. Despite showing the details of Online bookings from my mobile, confusion prevailed with the reception staff and finally got the rooms in different floors (106 & 502) for having waited for 35 mins. But, to mention, the reception staff were courteous though there was a delay. Rooms were nice and well kept. The door knob provided to the shower enclosure is very inconvenient and should have been with Mushroom head type. Our dinner at roof top restaurant was the highlight of our stay and the Complimentary breakfast spread too good with lot of choice for vegetarians.
