I enjoyed the beds and the air conditioning was excellent to use. However the bedside table urgently needs to be replaced! It had deep, deep scratches (!!) on it and the green colour was simply unpleasant. There also was a stain on the carpet under the beddside table that apparently was unable to be removed. The bathroom was nicely spacious and easy to use but the lighting was much too dark. The room was a nice size but the colours (lots of grey) were a bit depressing and cold. The sound isolation was very good, I did not hear any noise from the other rooms. There was a lot of dust on the counter top of the reception. The staff were very helpful however and really nice to talk with! I was very grateful for the biscuits and particularly the waterbottle on the table when I arrived in my room on the first night! On the whole it was an ok experience but the damamged furniture really, really left a very bad impression with me! For the high price of the room I would have much expected better furnishings!

Had mixture of overwhelmingly best & just one worst experience so far in Accor Hotels. All staff at Front-Desk, Cafeteria, & house-keeping were very cooperative. 1) Just the Front-Office Manager on 9.Oct'2019 Wed. a/n was shockingly rude, arrogant, & impolite. I gave a formal report on her behavior with specific details vide my mail dated 9.Oct. & clarification dated 11.Oct.

The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is good quality, however, what is labelled bacon is in fact pork frankfurter. This clearly is a mistake and needs to reviewed. The rooms are well designed but most of the electrical sockets are not compatible with the standard euro plugs. This needs to be looked at. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was very poor. The chrome around the toilet area looked very dirty. There is an old shower rail in the bath that needs to be removed because it gets in the way when standing under the new shower head.

The room was good, but with small issues, like the water from the shower that could not be easily redirected to the small hose. I announced that to the reception, and the button was fixed, still it had times when it didn't remain in the right position. The toilet cover was broken. No nightstands on both sides of the bed. The darkness curtain could not be drawn to the end of the wall, and the light come just in my eyes. But the surprising and bad experience was with the breakfast, that was very poor, no seasonal fruits, like the Italian Cantaloupe Melon, only some old apples and oranges. No variety of cheese, no Parmesan, no varieties of ham, a cheep type of salami, no warm croissants. The coffee, even it was written Lavazza on the coffee machines, was quite bad. And the place one could have breakfast was dirty, with packaging or napkins not taken from the floor. The tables from the outside terrace were full of dust.

A nice, clean, modern hotel in the outskirts of Rome. Air-conditioning could be better but not bad. Breakfast was the typical Ibis Styles breakfast which was good. Nothing bad but nothing spectacular. A pool would have kicked this up a notch but no pool. A good shopping mall is 5 minute drive away. We stayed here because we had to drive to the airport the following day. I wouldn't mind staying here again if just to catch an early flight.

I expected more from a 4 star hotel. Location was not really convenient as you have to walk to the nearest metro station for about 15 min. Breakfast was okay, but the choice was the same each morning, and staff had to be reminded to refill some items. Room is rather small, and those curtains make it look terrible, the color of the wood is really dark and it wasn’t pleasant on my eye, looks like a hotel from the 90’s.

We reserved a room directly from your website, for our short trip to Rome. Unfortunately, our access to the flight was refused due to a Schengen Visa probleme. Thus we immediately called the Hotel trying to explain that for a case of `Force Majeure` we had to postpone our trip for three days and requested to transfer our reservations for the same period adding another night as well. I repeat the request was not a cancellation but a transition for good cause. They refused and then I send immediately a message to your reservation center which was never answered. Therefore I found that your Customer Relations is not working at all and you don`t appreciate your customers.

the mattresses are old and bads, they're soft, too soft. The breakfast is very limited, there's practically no choice and the quality of every product is very very low. how do you call this kind of fruit? and what about the industrial bakery? Please, take a look to others breakfast buffet menus, a Madrid for exemple: Pullman Airport, Madrid Center... So much to improve...

My husband and I needed a place to stay overnight and close to the airport. The Ibis was perfect for us. The size of the room we stayed in was great and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and the price was good value.

Overall it was ok, however there are a few points where you can improve: - sometimes there is a smell in the bathroom, coming from the sewerage (not that bad, but annoying) - the minibar was not refilled daily, however was charged at the end (the items were removed from the bill without any issues at the end, at my request, but imagine what if I wouldn't notice) - the personnel working in the breakfast area could try harder, as there were a lot of dirty tables while they were chatting - the room cleaning could also be improved, meaning the carpet should be cleaned better using the vacuum cleaner If you could improve in the above things, then the stay would be perfect.
