« generally I am satisfied t. stay in your hotel, the staff are nice and it is great that you also offer the shuttle bus to get to the airport with the lower rate than the taxi one »

it is nice to stay at your hotel during the carnival held nearby. since your hotel is located far from the downtown which makes it difficult to visit the beauty spots of Rome, the carnival is a great replacement. Anyway you don't have cotton buds provided in the bathroom.

Extremely good and timely service. The room was excellent as well. Not a fan of bath tub as this is not very practical. Water goes everywhere when you do a shower. Other than than everything was great

« Good hotel, but improvement can be done »

First, I sent a message about the need for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel while I booked the room. But no shuttle was there, and no information about the possibility to get one has been sent to me. So, I had to take a taxi, relatively expensive in the evening. Second, the restaurant is very disappointing. One of the worse Italian restaurant I've ever been. The saltimbocca were really not good, and there were not enough (which finally became not an issue due to the taste...), and the tiramisu was at the same level. For the price I paid, this scores very low! And I even did not talk about the wine... same. So finally, the hotel is well located, people are nice, but service must be improved and restaurant is a kind of catastrophe...

« No airport shuttle when I arrived at 9:30 pm is rediculous »

I had to pay €35 for the 5 minute ride with the outrageous taxi company!! Your rooms are old and very dated, not even a 2 Star quality, overall really poor experience, must be greed that prevents you from spending money on things the WHOLE WORLD values in this modern travel age, you are stuck in 20 years ago and I’d never recommend it at half the price! Just awful! The ONLY reason you got one star is the nice person who checked me in, Guilla!

« Good hotel, but poor restaurant »

The hotel is well located, 10 minutes from airport. I was requesting a shuttle while booking online, but no information and none while landing. So I need to take a taxi, on an evening with "fixed price" too expensive... People at the hotel are quiet professional and friendly. No problem. The restaurant is really not of good quality. One of the worse "Italian" restaurant I've been.

Hotel was good, room was nice and clean and a decent size. Breakfast was excellent. Shower was not good with just a Little trickle of water and eratic temperature. Good Location with regard to the Airport but be warned it costs 26 euros with the taxi for the five Minute journey.

Hotel is a good location with very good local restaurants and bars and easy drive to the airport for catching your flight. Hotel rooms are tired and in need of a refurbishment. Bed mattress is very uncomfortable, hard and lumpy, one of the worst nights sleep in a hotel.

I stayed there on Christmas Eve, for one night, between connecting flights. The staff was very helpful. On Christmas morning, when my pre-arranged taxi did not arrive at 3:15 a.m., the person at the front desk arranged for another person working at the hotel to drive me to the airport. I really appreciated that he made this arrangement. Thanks.

« Access and in Need of Refurbishment »

Access to this "airport' hotel is slow, tedious and expensive. The "shuttle service" will cost you € 6.00 and it runs only every 40-45 minutes. The hotel does not reimburse you--nor provide its own service. So if you just arrived from a long flight, are tired and want to get to sleep, you best make sure you don't "just miss" the shuttle. The fixed price taxi costs for a 10 minute ride is € 30.00--a rip-off by the airport taxi mafia. The hotel is in need of upgrading--including redesign for access to the elevator--currently one must go up a flight of about 6 steps to reach the elevator (seriously). The staff are pleasant. The food choices are very limited and not particularly good for vegetarians.

« access from FCO to the hotel is one of the worst experiences I have had »

1) the shuttle bus is a) expensive and b) only runs every 40+ minutes. 2) given that most of your customers are likely staying over based on flights, it seems like you could have an on-demand airport shuttle like most proper airport hotels. 3) because we were so tired, and could not wait, we took a taxi. A fixed price of 30 Euros seems like a mafia-led rip-off 4) the hotel needs a complete updating and refreshment 5) stair access to elevators? really? 6) The menu choices are very limited 7) the staff were pleasant

The room and facilities were fine. I received an upgrade and drinks due to gold status, which was welcome. The fitness should be renovated and the shuttle service should be free (paid 6 Eur per person).

« Sejour à Roma Fiumicino avant d'un vol le lendeman »

My stay was fine. The hotel has nice recently renovated rooms and I was in one of them. The personnel was kind. I had also a nice dinner after 22:00, which was delicious. The connection to the airport of Fiumicino is well organised, although the hotel could have navettes more frequently.

Good location even if the airport shuttle is slightly expensive compared to the distance travelled. the check-in was great and quick, felt welcomed. it was touching that the receptionist was flexible with my flight schedule and offered me a late check-out for an hour without extra charge. the room is okay, clean. and the restaurants are awesome. some points i should make: 1. you should change the layers electricity sockets marked as Courtyard Marriott. I know it would cost you a lot, but Accor is not Marriott. 2. the hallway and the room smell old. you could sense it even if you are not very sensitive. i could even smell the scent from the towels in my bathroom. 3. the hair dryer didn't work in my room.
