Our room was modern and fresh. Nice staff. Great that can store luggage after check-out. Good breakfast. Only downside - had to wait quite long time for check-in, even if just 2 persons was front of us.

Staff does not recognize Le Club Gold card customers. They didn't gave me a room upgrade, although they have promised me to do. They didn't offered me wellcome drink. Shower was too hot. After asking reception to fix the problem, they took 75 minutes to ask maintenance to repair the problem. It got better, but the following day in the morning, the shower was cold. Terrible. During checkout, receptionist charged me a tax even for children who are not suposed to pay it. She got nervous when I told her to give me the money back. I do not intend to come back to this hotel.

« Concierge service needs improvement »

When I checked in I requested a morning alarm at the concierge because I had an early flight but I didn't receive any call risking to lose my flight if I didn't set my own alarm. I also booked the airport shuttle but in the morning I was told I didn't have any reservation but luckily enough there were few empty sport in the shuttle I was supposed to book. The room was clean and comfortable.

Close to the airport . If u are doing a one night stopped in Rome is ok. Be aware is nothing available close by ,except a a gas station store. Hotel offers a 24 euro round trip to down town Rome. I will recommend ONLY if you are one night

Dirty: Found unwashed stains, hair and mold in and around the bath tub.Generally speaking, my room was crying for maintenance and renovation: paint and decoration run down, no warm water.It is also surprising for an hotel located in the industrial vicinity of a major airport to charge for the use of the shuttle. Cons: - Besides that a decent/mediocre hotel. The room walls were dirty. - No heat in the room (I've talked with the frontdesk person, and the answer was "It should work", very "helful"). I think we had around 18-19 degrees in the room). - I would not stay there again. Plus: - Good breakfast. - Airport shuttle.

Handy to Airport approx 2.5 klms the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service. The windows are double glazed so aircraft noise did not disturb our sleep. Hotel is older style and shows signs of its He however the bathroom was newly renovated and was really well designed with a rain shower. The bed we found to be way too hard for our comfort but was ok. The hotel has a bar with a snack food menu available for most of the day. The Restaurant was unusually not open to 7.30pm which we found annoying because we wanted to eat early because we had an early flight but the food was very good. We had breakfast included and the spread was plentiful. Would stay again Hoping they might improve the beds!

the staff at check in and check out were very efficient and professional. The room I believe was slightly below standard. The rug needs to be replaced and there was a distinct odor. Room 222.Possibly cigarette. I expected a better room experience. The buffet was excellent. Shuttle hours from the airport need to be expanded. I arrived slightly after 9pm and had to wait 1 hour or take a taxi for 20 euro's.

« Subtle disspointment...but a highlight or two »

We waited for a significant amount of time for the shuttle, only to discover at the hotel that it was a "paid" shuttle - which unfortunately was 6 euros. This is something that should be posted on the website. The restaurant was incredibly efficient and I enjoyed my meal. Beds were comfortable, but when I went to take a shower the morning the hot water was scalding. I'm familiar with European style showers, but I do believe the handle to moderate the temperature was broken or jammed. As it was 4 am and I needed to get to the airport I didn't have time for hotel staff to repair or investigate the shower.

« I had issues with the shower and hairdryer »

Nice hotel, but in the morning before check-out, I went to shower and opened the valve, but the water coming out did not get hot, and I was in a hurry and took a cold shower (even waiting for the water to get hot, but the valve was malfunctional, because at the sink, the water coming from the faucet was hot). After the cold shower the hairdryer also did not work. At check out, I spoke to a front desk worker caller Andrea M., and told him about the issues in room 320.
