Friendly staff at check in and check out Good value for money Easy access to airport 10-15 mins by cab Restaurant staff found it difficult to communicate in English All TV channel were in Italian, no English speaking channels

Original price of room was reasonable, but too many unadvertised extra charges. Unlike many nearby hotels, there is a charge for the shuttle bus to and from the airport. And add on a city tax, and service fee. Upon arrival, the room was vey hot and AC did not work. Took too long for maintenance to correct.

Enjoyed using the airport shuttle to go into Rome for the evening. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast selection was very extensive. Shuttle ride to airport was only about 10 minutes. We would stay again

If you want to stay near from the airport, this hotel is very good. There is a transportation, the restaurant is good, the rooms are big and comfortable. You can walk around and find restaurants and supermarket.

I am happy with the service and in general the Hotel. Pleasing Guiseppe and the young man from Bangladesh (forget his name) What i am particularly annoyed about is the placement of a plastic sheet on top of the mattress. I am aware of the reasoning but you cannot expect people to sleep on plastic - it does not breathe and makes you very hot. Like most please use a breathable cotton based protector. I will not be returning

The hotel was nice, we had to email hotel about airport transfers. It would have been nice if it was easily accessible online. The hotel was nice, rooms were nice but the air conditioner doesn’t seem to work. The bar downstairs was great.

My wife and I arrived in the evening after a long day in the car. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were in our room in no time. The restaurant has good food and the service was very good. This hotel provides a shuttle service and I highly recommend this hotel if you have a flight in the morning without any fuss.

« An average impersonal hotel »

There was nothing generally wrong but we felt that we were treated as just a number, people in transit not to be seen again and therefore service was dealt out accordingly! The courtesy bus to the airport was on time but stopped short of the terminal building by about 100 meters. The meal service was also less than average as was the food, it was just not up to standard. Also being the first to place a food order order and the last out of 15 dinners 13 of whom entered the dinning room after us, to be served. Not an especially memorable experience especially as there is little other option for dinning in what seems to be a commercial part of the airport.

« Poor air conditioning and WiFi »

When I went to my room, the a/c was blowing warm and the WiFi was very slow.i spoke with someone at the front desk. They told me that it “should “ cool off soon and they would reset the WiFi on our floor. Neither effort help. I returned to let them know and I was told that they would send some to my room to fix it and that I was going out for dinner. I never heard anything again about the complaints and it was hot and humid in my room until about 3am.

The Hotel is located very close to the Airport. There is a Shuttle from the Airport that runs every 40 minutes. Front Desk: Excellent Dining Room: very good service and food Room:Very clean with excellent bed. Bathroom: Very clean EXCEPT there was no cubicle in the shower to put the shampoo, conditioner or soap.

A convenient stop over location a very short distance from Rome FCO Airport. Shuttle service both ways at a moderate cost. Breakfast included was adequate. Hotel is somewhat dated but very adequate for purpose.

Read some negative reports on trip advisor and wondered what we would get but how wrong they were. From the lovely greeting we received from the check in lady to the next morning we loved our stay.we were tired from travelling when we arrived but did not want eat in a restaurant environment that night and was pleased that there was a menu for the bar and along with friendly and good service we got from the young lady on duty behind the bar we had a great night to finish our holiday in Italy

We have stayed at many Accor Hotels in the past and were looking forward to staying here. The pool was great and the kids had a great time, and being able to be in a-joining rooms meant the kids could have their own space. The staff were very accommodation and helpful when checking in. Our rooms were OK, but they are looking dated, with small maintenance issues (lights not working, toilet lids not secure) but over all the beds were nice and we slept very well. Breakfast was poor, the coffee machine was broken and the staff didn't seem to be interested in making coffee (it took us over 30 min to get some), and they really seemed to be lacking structure and job rolls, so nothing was getting replenished (try telling a 3 year old she can't have strawberry yoghurt). And extra staff member looking after the coffee would have fix this. The food was also all cold, (pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages), we were told this was for health and safety, but then the toaster has bare metal that you need to touch to put the toast in, with no mitts to stop you getting burnt, seems a bit strange. We would stay here again for the pool and convenience to the airport, but not before looking for somewhere else first, not the experience I was hoping for.
