« Very noisy »

Nice hôtel, isolated location and very comfortable room but very noisy : separation between rooms is like cigarette paper. I could hear my neighbour walking and phoning until 1 AM and then leaving at 6 AM and then the maid at 7 AM so not a good stay.

« Memorable and satisfying with only minor hiccups. »

We loved our stay. It was very memorable and special. The staff was amazing. Thank you for the anniversary arrangements. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the bath tub drain was clogged and was not fixed despite complaining twice. The room was very nice and clean. It was just a bit dusty on places like the kettle, condiments tray and nespresso machine. And corners that housekeeping usually misses but overall cleaning quality was great. Breakfast could do with more vegetarian options or some halal meat. Very nice hotel, would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

There were flees in the room which bit all four of us. There were no restaurants in the hotel and the breakfast was very poor. Nearest train station is a 21 minuets walk. But the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Close to Euroma for some shopping and food court dining. Comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Responded very promptly to email query about public transport in area. Reception staff were very helpful and smiling. Good, Scrumptuous breakfast with many cake varieties. Enjoyed our stay in a family room - comfortable room/beds.

Used to drop off at Novotels or other Accor Group Hotels around the World, I found that Novotel Roma EUR responded to the usual rating Novotel has. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Only missing thing is pool and eventually a fitness room.

« No upgrade for a Gold member »

Everything was fine, including standard room, breakfast and staff professionalism. Location is out of town but well connected by bus and metro. One of the let downs was the fact that there were superior/executive rooms available, yet on check-in I was not upgraded to the next level room according to Gold LeClub Accorhotels membership status. Later, upon my remark I was told that I was supposed to ask for the upgrade at check in. In all other Novotel's, Mercures etc. I never ask for an upgrade and (upon availability) I have always been upgraded without having to ask for it. Staff tried to compensate by providing an extra voucher for free drinks. Alas, the whole point of a memorable stay for a loyal member is having his perks and benefits recognized and implemented.

« Not as good as expected »

I stayed here 2nd time and experience was not as good as earlier. Price/quality ratio is good for Rome and location outside city center is good. Room was a good sized and nice but room (superior room) was not clean as there were a lot of dust and dirt on the floor etc.. Daily room cleaning was not acceptable. Coffee cups were not washed/replaced, no new water bottles were brought etc. Service at front desk was friendly. Breakfast was cheap but not as tasty as typically in Novotel. Close to closing time (weekend 10:30) many of items were missing and warm dishes were not warm enough anymore. Overall experience was a small dissapointment

« Disappointing. The worst hotel within 20 Accor hotels I visited this year. »

This hotel surprised me negatevly with: quality of accommodation - rooms are with damaged and non-modern furniture; breakfast - very poor selection compare to other Novotels, the worst was that room picture during booking did not correspond by far to what I finally got; location - takes one hour to city centre by taxi. Overall costs vs quality ratio is extremely low. What was good: room service - good food and quick delivery; personnel - very positive, trying to help; early check in was provided as for platinum member. Next time I think twice before booking this hotel.

Check in was great. Staff was very helpful. Hotel is clean and well kept. Breakfast is good Italian but could be better if it can provide more varieties international food and choices.
