Overall great Still could be better: if no door slit in bathroom, more english tv channels, still water on breakfast NOT only cold. Changed 3 other hotels in Lacio snd Rome same class and ur place is the best. Thanks Oh, forgot: you phone number for booking in russia did not work.

I could just walk to the offices in Via Ribotta, the hotel is nice and clean, new. Staff is careful and attentive. Will return.

Couldn,t be better choice. Breakfast is average and location TOP. The negative Point is metro far from the hotel (20 minute walking distance). Anyhow the cost/Benefit is Higher than the average. Go for it always

the rooms were clean, the breakfast is acceptable, the staff is nice,the hotel is very far from the center.You have to take a bus and the metro.the bus should come at every quarter of an hour but it actually comes every 45 minutes...

We stayed just one night, on a family visit. Staff was extremely kind and helpful, quality of services was god for Novotel standards. Hotel was very close to attractions we were interested in (circus).

« Very satisfactory except city tax »

The facility was almost top among dozens of novotel chains where I have stayed until now, and the breakfast and the service also was very nice. Then, regarding the city tax, I was informed that it would be 36 euro for three nights with my wife and two children(one is 15 and the other is 5), but it was 54 euros which I paid. I understand that the guest should pay the city tax, but it would be better if the correct information is provided during the reservation process. Thank you.

As regards the city tax ... please note that it is free of charge for children aged 0-9 while, according to the Novotel policy, are considered free of charge on b&B basis children aged 0-16. Therefore since the reservation system considers the Novotel children policy only, cannot recognize the correct age for the application of the city tax... The room was dirty: bed linens had stains, there were 2 used bandaids glued on shower wall and a smell of long time closed place with no renovated air. Disgusting. This night was the worst I ever had in Accor hotels group.

I've tried various hotels in Rome, central and the outskirt, and glad to say that this is one of the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in Rome. Since I need to travel to Rome pretty frequently, my husband and I will consider Novotel as our first choice.

« Isolated hotel. Restaurant food and service worst ever encountered in Italy. Not up to par with any star hotel. »

Reception staff were very efficient, professional and friendly! Comfortable mattress. Poor pillow quality. Poor linen quality for 4-star hotel. Restaurant dinner food and service was the worst I have ever encountered in Italy in my life. Breakfast food was low quality, very poor selection. At 7:30 am there was almost no selection of pastries. I was in Rome on business. The fact that the hotel is far from restaurants "forced me" to eat there to save precious time. One evening I ordered room service and the main dish was cold, 1/2 inedible, and half of the side dish was cold. Room floor dirty. Paper coffee cups left on the dirty tray. Poor selection of coffees (1 decaf only). Bathroom amenities e.g. shampoo were disposed of even if 3/4 full. Curtains were broken (could not open them completely).

« An agreeable stay in a well run hotel »

I felt that the hotel was excellent and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. They were patient with my attempts at speaking Italian (a language I struggle with), but they all spoke extremely good English, which was very helpful when I couldn't make myself undertood by practicing my poor quality Italian.

Nice hôtel, isolated location and very comfortable room but very noisy : separation between rooms is like cigarette paper. I could hear my neighbour walking and phoning until 1 AM and then leaving at 6 AM and then the maid at 7 AM so not a good stay.

« Memorable and satisfying with only minor hiccups. »

We loved our stay. It was very memorable and special. The staff was amazing. Thank you for the anniversary arrangements. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the bath tub drain was clogged and was not fixed despite complaining twice. The room was very nice and clean. It was just a bit dusty on places like the kettle, condiments tray and nespresso machine. And corners that housekeeping usually misses but overall cleaning quality was great. Breakfast could do with more vegetarian options or some halal meat. Very nice hotel, would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
