Overall good experience but it’s the little things that make the difference. I did not feel expected as a Accor Gold Customer when I checked in. I had to ask for the upgrade, when I said that I needed a late check out they first spoke about there was no amenities pack or welcome note in the room, or fruit-sweets. The breakfast was OK, nothing special, limited choice in my opinion. The room fine, clean, with two good queen size beds. The TV was small.

I was quite disappointed with the lack of transparency when booking. It only transpired at the check in desk that children above ten pay tax and we also found out that the restaurant was going to be closed for the duration of our stay. I think this information should have been clearly stated on the website in order for people to make informed decisions about where they choose to stay. Unfortunately there was no full length mirror in our room, something l thought was quite standard. Our daughter is still struggling with a lot of Bedbug bites despite the daily cleaning of our room. The breakfast was quite basic. However, the overall proximity to the mall, bus stop and metro was great. The staff were brilliant although we asked for an iron but never got it! They always seemed so busy. However, management need to be more transparent about issues that could impact on guests experience such as tax issues and having no restaurant facilities for a whole week. Unfortunately my family now have the wrong perception about Novotel hotels and I have had to defend my decision of choosing it out of the four reservations that we had made.

I stayed 3 nights in the hotel. The reception was great ( I was a bit to early, even though the personnel have found a room and let me in before check-in time) and personnel was friendly, I was offered my free drink (as a silver member). The first night was great, the Air conditioner was simple to operate and set the temperature). The breakfast (all three mornings) in general was good but had some unpleasant moments as well as pleasant moments. 1. unpleasant moments: a. the egg scramble was overcooked all the time, it was hard, dry and friable (it even had pieces in blue color (yolk becomes blueish when overcooked) and people were avoiding eating it; b. croissants were not fresh and pressed/squeezed, even though at the bar you could get a fresh, crusty, just from the oven one; c. coffee from the coffee machine was terrible; 2. Pleasant moments : a. you could ask for a cup of cappuccino or fresh orange juice to be served at the table, and the taste was great. b. good variety of food selection, even though I was missing fish. The second and the third night a dog was barking in one of the rooms all night long. I have nothing against dogs in the hotels (I have a dog my self), but when the owner of the dog is in the room the dog should stop barking. This kind of owners, who do not care about the dog and do not know how to deal with a dog should be asked to leave hotel after the first night of barking.

As says “First impression is the last impression” is perfectly fit for it. All staff was so kind and helpful. Room was big enough for 4 of us and Beds were tidy & clean. Only bad thing was “Pillows” were not comfortable and hard (May others like hard pillows) but not us and that’s why I gave rating 4. Breakfast was good as expected. It was a good experience to stay here. If you are driving, as I was so lots of parking spaces and just 10 to 15 minutes drive to city centre.

Room was as we expected from Novotel, clean and modern the bathroom was a pleasant surprise and full length bath and shower features made the stay very comfortable. Staff were accommodating and always polite and helpful. The staff at breakfast were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and the food selection available was good in the main.

Nice friendly hotel but away from everything, very tough to arrive or depart by public transportation if with children and charged with bags

Nice hotel without extravagances, proposing all expected services with very friendly and dedicated personnel. Very tough to arrive or depart by public transportation if with children and charged with bags. Public transportation information to the hotel is false: the bus stops are aside but only available every 20 to 40 minutes depending of time, the underground is 25 minutes walking away, the connection to the airport is in fact an expensive taxi service, no dedicated shuttle service. To get to downtown Rome by public transportation you would require at least 1 hour, up to 2 hours if bad timing with the bus and willing to reach the Vatican, including in any case several bus and underground connections. The breakfast experience was below expectations in terms of diversity and quality, but acceptable. There is basically nothing around the hotel, and ideally you would require a car to get in and out to any destination. Closest micro-restaurant is a 10 minutes walk into the large noisy shopping mall Euroma.

We was in the room 419, the room is clean and spacious for my family and i. The staff at the reception, the bar and breakfast area was very friendly, helpfull and available. The breakfast was good. I appreciated the kids area with the toys and the games my kids had fun. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll be back for sure if we stay again in the lovely Rome. Thanks to Marco and all the team :)

We loved the hotel with nice rooms and decent breakfast. We were traveling as a family of 5 members and booked two rooms and were provided two connected rooms which was really nice. The service was as expected and the personnel at the front desk are quite helpful as you would expect. The only downside is that the train station is up to 15 minutes away, however, we could purchase the tickets to bus/train (can be used on both within a specified time, guess 60 minutes) at the front desk itself which was convenient.

An enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Always a pleasure to stay at Novotel. Friendly staff, nice sized rooms and clean! You can park for free or at their garage for 5 Euro per night. For Italian standards the breakfast is good, we only had an issue with the scrambled eggs, they were over fried. Otherwise everything was good!

距離市中心較遠,要坐metro, 再轉巴士788,那788巴士多次誤時,有一次甚至等了50分鐘也冇出現!! 酒店方面,附近有個大型商場。 前台職員服務一般,尤其有位男職員,問一句答一句,仲要態度欠友善,欠耐性。 此間novotel是我去過的,可說是最差一間。 The staff (male) at the front desk was not helpful or patient. The bus 788 was always late or no show.

We booked a double room. The overall impression is that the hotel is very old,the rooms are outdated and the bathroom was dirty. The lobby was also not so clean, the kids area filled with old and broken toys. The breakfast consists of low quality products,the coffee is absolutely horrible.

Good: 1. nice, helpful and polite staff. 2. Clean hotel and rooms. Could be improved: 1. A better connectivity- at least some pick-up & drop-off to nearest Metro station. We had to wait for bus more than 1 hour to go to the metro and come back to the hotel from metro which is only 20 mins by walk. The local bus is extremely unreliable. This was the most inconvenient part of staying here. 2. The staff was not very knowledgeable on alternate ways to commute to and from FCO airport. When traveling with luggage most of the time taxi would be the only alternate, but when traveling alone and no luggage the combination of metro+train is more cost effective way which I found from outside. Staff please take note and could tell this to guests. 3. Water - please provide more free water, since the tap water is not potable, 1 small water bottle is not good enough. please give good alternate for people to fill bottles from central dispenser or make available large bottle at better price. Water is basic necessity and hotel should not see this as avenue to make money.

I come for short business to Rome, had a very good stay in Novotel Eur Rome, the location was good close to the airport and staff was amazing specially Elenora, she helped me a lot during the stay. also, I can forget the nice amenities send by Elena (GM) welcoming me as Accor member. Well done everyone!

Had to book two rooms as on holiday with friends and had an extra night in Rome due to airport industrial action. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Slightly dissapointed with our meal in the restaurant in the evening - the pasta in my carbonara was not exactly al dente and needed to be warmer. Flavour was very good however. Snacks laid out on the bar were good and the complimentary drinks were great. Air conditioning wasn't working so had to have window open so noisy and ended up with a number of mosquito bites. Otherwise it is a nice hotel 20 mins from the airport!

I have stayed in many Accor hotels in Rome but this one is definitely te best. It is not located in the center but it is lose to the subway which takes you there in 15 minutes. Great , helpful and highly qualified staff. Breakfasts are great and there are free snacks in the bar in the evenings. I was upgraded to an executive room I would recommend the hotel to everybody.

The room was clean, however pillows were cheap foam and sheets not that luxurious - complimentary bottle water for the first night not replenished for the second night - green tea als9 not replenished for the second day. Mini fridge only had sparkling water no still. Finally room at the front was fairly noisy s9 not a grea nights sleep on the first night, second night was a lot better. Breakfast was fine, reception staff welcoming and friendly
