All was fine! Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Nice and clean room with very comfortable beds adn thgis all within walking distance from Gare Du Nord and metro lines (Including line 4 which takes you to St Michel).

Hotel was pretty near the station.Very friendly staff in this hotel. Rooms are small, cozy but okay. Only the carpet in the room did not look good at all. Breakfast was good but not so much choise. AC was great and cold as you would have it. Bathroom was small but the shower was great.

Overall experience is ok. Nothing great. The check-in staff was not friendly or at least he was not smiling. The room condition was expected but the carpet looks very dirty. Not sure if is the design or dirt marks on the carpet.

It’s my second time at this hotel and location is good if you need to commute from GarevDu Nord. Service is decent and friendly. Breakfast sufficient variety. WiFi no issues except for a month end reset which took us by surprise.

Modern and exceptionally clean, steps from the station. Grocery store is visible from the hotel, diagonally across the intersection. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very quiet.

Always great help at front desk with questions about directions, transportation and events in French and English. Great service with breakfast buffet. Room 406 was nice with a view over the street but the problem being there was no more than 15 inches on any side of the bed even preventing the windows to open all the way.

Arrived tired and hot with an emotional 6yr d after a few days at Disneyland, the hotel was easy to find 2mins from Gare Du Nord. Clean, comfortable and cool was everything a tourist hotel should be, but the best thing was breakfast on the second day. One of the breakfast items was a Madeline cake and of course my daughter dropped the last one on the first day (cue tears) on the second morning the hotel staff had kept 2 cakes to one side and warmed them in the oven, cue a very happy 6yr old. First rate service far better than one has a right to expect from such a reasonably positive priced hotel.

Your staff make this hotel great. Charles is so helpful. The lady with the brown hair as well. I only stay here each time I come to Paris on the Eurostar. It's cosy clean convenient. I love it. But the staff are the best bit.

Turned up to hotel and garden on reception was pleasant and helpful. Turned up to room to find used razor on the floor, McDonalds rubbish under the bed and television attached to the wall on a permanent angle, perhaps 30 degrees off straight? The tv was funny, the rest was not. Was sure I had breakfast included with the room, but then was told it was extra. Disappointing hotel, would not recommend.

Very nice hotel. Good position. Excellent breakfast. The one problem was that the room was too hot as the air con just didn’t cool it, so we had a poor night’s sleep.

Our experience was good , very comfy bed and nice clean bathroom and extremely helpful concierge however the carpets in the room were a bit dirty and had gum stuck to them on arrival also the lack of a safe and a kettle aswell as a bar fridge made it a bit difficult to do anything in the hotel room. We were going for a picnic at the palace of Versailles and the lack of a bar fridge made it difficult to keep our food fresh , thankfully concierge let us put our food in the fridge in the kitchen otherwise our food would’ve gone off. Also All channels on the tv were only in French with no English subtitles therefore we couldn’t watch tv. Overall our stay was pleasant and fulfilled its main purpose of being a clean nice easy place to stay however it just lacked a few necessities.

« Good location, average hotel »

The staff were really friendly, and the hotel is really near Gare du Nord. However, the room had an unusual layout - the toilet was in one corner, and the sink/bath were in the opposite corner. The air conditioner didn't cool very well. The breakfast buffet was limited, and the coffee wasn't very good. The room was clean. The internet was slow.
