Even the sleep quality is very uncomfortable, I can rate in general the hotel as a great deal, due to cost and benefit, nice breakfast and very good service in the hotel, so for short stays 1 or 2 says totally recommended

« Mediocre, premises were fine but service was lacking »

Nice hotel, décor a little odd, specially blue colors in rooms. Service was not friendly, we arrived late at night and I inquired for the best available rate and I was immediately informed that not king size beds were available, a kind push back for us to make a booking, however, I was later confirmed that a queen bed was available which we took it. Front Desk agent was not friendly but process driven not empathetic and completely indifferent to our booking or our needs.

Good location close from the Bus Station, nice staff, clean room but a little cold (Could not adjust the air conditioner to warm up a litlle). Worth the cost. Not for picky people, but good for a business traveler in need to have a place to sleep and not interested in luxury.

« Noisy. You really need to get some architects to look at sound-proofing windows and external facades. »

Terrible. Couldn't sleep. I expected that Ibis, having so much experience in urban hotels, some next to highways, would incorporate best technologies and architecture to isolate us from the road noise. It felt careless, not even correcting afterwards with double windows or similar devices. I really would never stay there again, and would never recommend to anyone in my organization, unless a brochure on how it is having plans to correct it are in place. Sorry for the sincerity, but you asked.
