Besides the good location for our visit to Lake Konstanz area, the hotel is spotless with nice deco, the staff are friendly, helpful and considerate. Like the vicinity with supermarket, numerous eateries/restaurants/bakeries within walking distance.

We are staying for a long stay at the Hotel and one of the reasons has been the reception team, who have been a bliss during the stay. All of them have been of ig support with all matters that we have been having during our stay. The level of professionalism and service excellence has succeeded 5 star level and beyond. We have been seeing many hotel in all categories in our lives and I do need to point out that the team here is special, they give you in a very authentic touch the feeling being at home. Absolutely excellent stay.
