The hotel amenities is as per Mercure hotel standard. Gold status is being recognised with upgrade and also welcome food and drinks. There was however a small issue as the room key given was not able to open the door and i have to go down to reactivate the card (during check-in). The reception was also hesitant in allowing me to check out at 1400 but rather mentioned till 1300, but my request did eventually acknowledge. this is the first Accor hotel who I need to retaliate in late check out time.

Mercure Selayang is put from the town area but with the competitive pricing that they provide, it was a good stay Am Accor gold member , membership is being recognized and perks were given to ensure a better stay experience. Overall satisfied

Did booking for 6 days stay at the hotel. So upon arrival had a bad experience as I have been to other mercure chains of hotel welcoming experience was awesome. But this is disappointing and unsatisfactory. 1. Car reach at the front of hotel had to go down to lobby to ask for trolley in view of lots of luggage and clothing 2. At the lobby waited for 15mins to get trolley and porter to transport stuff. 3. To check in took another 30mins of waiting had to go in between car and lobby to transfer stuff basically porter service trolley service was very unsatisfactory. 4. Front staff lobby seemed very blurred and confused on checking in. Pros: The housekeeping was good so far. That’s the only positive experience I had for 6 days of stay.

It would be perfect if we can pay carpark fee at the reception as it is too troublesome to pay at the counter middle of the building area, nevertheless, by right hotel should waive the carpark fee for guests. I think the coffee machine on 25th floor is something wrong, a Latte doesn't look like and doesn't taste like Latte, please check both machine and ingredients.

Both toilets are problems. Water doesnt flow very well when we use the shower. 2 hours before we want to check out, the maintenance just came to repair. No need already. Everthing is slow. We request for prayer mats also takes 1 hour to deliver. But there is 2 or 3 staffs are very polite but some especially your manager is not friendly. One more, on the day we check in...we have to carry all the luggage by ourselves. There is only 1 luggage trolley available at your hotel. How come you just have 1 only? Luckily there is one of your staff help us. We booked about 15 days earlier and request for connecting room but we cannot get it unless we have to take the expensive rooms then there is connecting room

1. Front desk only have one person to serve the guest, even I’m a platinum member needs to queue for my turn, this is not was stated as part of your peace of mind statement 2. The room is spacious but toilet isn’t clean, got left over hairs from previous guest, not only once but my few visits are the same; the toilet has funny smell too 3. As a platinum member, when I request for 2 to 3 more bottles of drinking water, I was told I actually will be charged, this is ridiculous 4. Check out process is also slow, the front desk staff doesn’t really seem to be familiar with the deposit process over credit card, I have waited more than 15 min for her to get clearance from other stakeholders

Stayed one night for business with a late check in and early check out. Checked in at around 5+ pm and was given room 716. Room was clean but did not have slippers and toothbrush - was too tired so didn't ask for it. Ideally you should check your rooms before allowing a guest to stay.
