1. Requested UPPER floor room but give super low (2nd floor). Should informed before checked in. 2. The air conditioning was not cool at all. 3. The toilet roll was not give extra in room as existing almost finished. 4. The room is not quiet as can hear outside noise. 5. The kitchen accessories (finished using by previous client) was not collected which was exactly outside my room since I checked in until checked out.

Front desk staff unable to handle tour group issue causing late check-in for me (waited long time at reception before staff noticed me). Dusty and very dirty carpet in room which looks like never vacuumed before. Urine stained toilet bowl. No tray to put toiletries in shower, no rubbish bin in bathroom. No free parking. High water pressure noise in room which is vr disturbing. Poor soundproof. No dental set provided. No slipper provided, had to walk barefoot on ur dirty carpet.

It was nice to stay here. Love the ambiance around the hotel. We particularly loved the dining area which is bountiful and comfortable. Unfortunately, the washroom near the dining area should be upgraded as it has only one cubicle. Would be nice if the hotel can add another cubicle and make it a bit spacious so that residents will feel cozy, suitable with your 4-star hotel standard. Furthermore, the rooms are beautifully furnished. The staffs are also friendly and able to communicate with us politely. Overall, our stay has been a magnificent experience and supremely good.

The hotel is nice, but far away from train station. The worst is not many Grab driver like to accept our order from the city. Breakfast is just so-so. No chocolate spread available. I guess, fair with the price .

As a GOLD member I've had the privilege of staying at many hotels all across the Accor range, but the service staff at this hotel have got to be the rudest in my experience. For the first time ever, we did not automatically get our welcome drink privilege upon check in, when we raised this issue the next day, the front desk staff asked if we would like it, and we said yes, which I found extremely strange because it was rather obvious that we wanted it and that was why we made the query in the first place! They were also very reluctant to give me an extra key card for our room, even when I said that it was because I accidentally left both the cards inside the room and we needed to get the door opened to get them.

The hotel amenities is as per Mercure hotel standard. Gold status is being recognised with upgrade and also welcome food and drinks. There was however a small issue as the room key given was not able to open the door and i have to go down to reactivate the card (during check-in). The reception was also hesitant in allowing me to check out at 1400 but rather mentioned till 1300, but my request did eventually acknowledge. this is the first Accor hotel who I need to retaliate in late check out time.
