I booked a room on executive floor but the counter staff put in an ordinary room on 8th floor. I booked the room with breakfast and the counter staff told me breakfast not included. 8th floor corridor not vacuum with visible debris.

« Much improvement needed in term of check in experience (no one picking up my bags from car) and housekeeping. »

Overall experience was good. Check in process was fast and easy. The room was confortable and spacious. Breakfast was satisfactory and the hotel staffs were friendly. However, no one was attending me when i was moving my bags from car to the check in counter. Might need to improve the check in experience.

The place overall is good. Clean and quite environment. One thing need to improve is the air conditioning in the rooms. Mine was a bit slow and not cool enough since the bed is quite far from the air cond vent.

Pros : Room was spacious. Very clean. Comfy & large bed. I like the room design & decorations. I would say this is new hotel. Staff was friendly & smile always (Shira). Cons : Have to pay the parking ticket at the separate office. Highly recommended!! Definitely will come again.

It was just a normal stay nothing special eventho rated 4 star but service is rather disappointing. I requested for another night but however my card was being deactivated without being told to reactivate it, so my whole family have to go down to lobby just to reactivate the card. Another thing that i was so pissed off is about on of your staff who wore tudung. She was at the reception the whole day on 5th of Jan. I asked her a few questions but all her answered was ‘i dont know’ i dont fault her for not knowing but the least she could do is ask the management for help???? However, the rest of the receptionist was nice and helpful. Michelle was very helpful, syira was courteous and nice of her. She even apologise for delaying my check out. That was a nice gesture! I hope the management knows how to coach the staff well and not give ‘i dont know’ as an answer. The least you could do is put in some effort.

When check in. The staff request for deposit. Accidentally I just bring 50 cash. And I ask for paying 50rm first. After I withdraw then pay another 50rm when I staying in. The staff say cannot. All right. I can go for withdraw. After that I ask again the manager. The manager no explain and just keep silent not even facing me. Just base on my experience. How come I pay 200 plus for this service.
