Efficient, obliging and friendly staff. Ms Phui See and Keith were extremely helpful during my stay, offering assistance whenever possible, Always greeted with a smile or a wave. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. A buffet style breakfast has a selection of dishes catering for all tastes, with fresh fruit and juice. Unfortunately, the dining room can be quite busy during peak times.

Reception area is decorated with a home feel living room concept and Lounge is cosy. Bedroom’s sound proof is lacking as can hear sound from corridor or neighbouring rooms or water flowing from bathroom. This has disturbed my sleep. Wifi is slightly slow and lacking though it is nice to hv it.

The check in process was longer than usual. There was no fruit platter given. Only 3 welcome drinks for 3 nites stay. I should have informed them that myself, my missus and my daughter stays together. However, the Indian lady at the concierge who received me was very friendly and accomodating.

Great location, nice room and comfortable bed. However, lack of amenities like room slippers and comb somehow marred the experience and these items are now common and I would expect them at a hotel of your standard.

Our stay was pleasant particularly due to the warm and friendly staff especially every single person who was on reception. Actually without exception everyone we spoke to was very warm and friendly while maintaining a professional and helpful manner. The rooms were a little small and there were other issues, such as ants in the room. When we informed reception action was taken immediately however the ants reappeared a few days later. I think there is a fault within the building rather than the rooms not being cleaned well. Also I didn’t like the fact that the douche had a tap rather than the more common release mechanism, making them difficult to use. Overall these minor issues didn’t spoil our stay. Would we stay again? - Possibly not but only because next time I would choose somewhere even closer to Bukit Bintang. Please can you share my heartfelt thanks with your wonderful staff?
