« Nice hotel with great staff, good amenities and a tempermental coffee machine »

We spent a pleasant couple of weeks at the hotel. Breakfast was good even when the coffee machine decided to do it's own thing. The ground floor café provided really good sandwiches.

I have used your facility only Front desk and restaurant only breakfast, Your breakfast is variety, but not enough food for the guest every time guest must be asking to refill, such as breads, juice, you set 3 kind of juices a day , when is run out the staff just remove it, don't have any juice to replace. Room is nice to stay. Staff at front desk always smile and warm welcome.

There was no bell boy, dis interested staff, only 1 lady at the reception was good whom I asked about the breakfast. Not worth staying at Mercure.

It is very unfortunate that we were not aware of this at the time of your stay as we would have remedied a solution. There is no excuse for anything less than guests satisfaction. By and large everything met our expectations. The bed-sheets felt a bit damp. A shuttle service to Times-Square would be good. More international tv-channels desirable. The bf-buffet should contain some western food. Pity that you don't allow ham and bacon.

Room size, facility and cleanless are quite good. Just a bit dissapointed when I checked out and requested assistance for trolley to carry the suitcase to lobby, the staff was not helpful at all. He brought the trolley but did not want to help us bring it to lobby. So we have to push it ourselves. This is the first time I experienced such bad service in 4 stars hotel
