We enjoyed the stay at Mercure @ Shaw Parade thoroughly. Location was ideally located a few minutes walk from Berjaya Times Square. There are also local eateries and convenience shops around. Staff from the hotel front desk, the concierge desk and housekeeping are all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel thoughtfully provides a shuttle service to Chinatown (morning) and Pavilion Mall (evening).

Thanks for not taking a deposit when I asked. I will be happy to settle the bills when I check out. Normally I don't use extra service so it was a waste of time to take and return a depost to me. The Front Desk staff are very polite and smiling. Thank you all your other staff who greeted us whenever they saw us.

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. There was everything, and more, that we needed for our 3 nights in KL. The staff were all helpful and polite with a special mention to the lovely lady on the taxi/information desk (I don’t know her name) who phoned for taxis for us each day and directed us to Times Square Mall. We hadn’t realised how close we were to it! The buffet breakfast is probably one of the best we have had for choice and quality. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Well I’ll try to give a short and simple review of my previous stay. I’ve called to Shawal to make my booking and started from there, I feel that it’s gonna be a smooth stay for all of us. And when we reached to our room 1506, we were surprised with the decor and the small cake given by the hotel. The one that really touched our heart is the customized greeting card, signed by some of your staffs. And also we’ve been given a late check out till 1pm but apparently we checked out 30mins earlier. I just wanna say, a big thank you to all of you especially those in front desk. You guys rock!

Relaxing, helpful staff, excellent breakfast. The only issue was the 'fridge' did not keep anything cold - although the light was on and turned up high the 'fridge' was like a cupboard.

Great location with walking distance to KL nearest shopping mall. Room is clean and tidy, bed is comfortable... excellent staff service with smiley face gave by the reception, lounge bar, pool bar, breakfast cafe staffs....what a unlucky for me are the air-con at the first night without cold air, shower pressure is low....overall stay is quite satisfy..will come again for the next stay

Upgraded to suite but toiletries still the same. Buffet breakfast lack of variety, no fresh fruit juices, only syrup. Can be bored if I stay for a week.
