I checked in around 8.30 AM and charged for breakfast. I am totally surprised by this move by hotel seems to be totally unwarranted. Since on the check out day I did not avail breakfast , it could have been adjusted for the first day . When I request , I did not get proper answer. Irrespective of the time check -in ( between 7 to 10 AM) , Hotel has to provide breakfast and treat guest. Strange rules

Room was good and comfortable. Restaurant, particularly for dinner had a very good spread by number to satisfy every palate but the taste of the non-veg dishes could have been much better. I like Dosa for breakfast; the 1st day one lady made it and she did it the way it should be done, crisp; the next day a gentleman's Dosa was a disaster; soft and half cooked; was in a rush to have it remade.

Since i stayed in room 1422, One of the nights, understand there was some function on the upper floor and there was a lot of disturbance from the upper floor, till late in the night as some one running very frequently causing lot of sound in the room. I waited for some time and then called at the reception but to no benefit. Kindly take care of such instances in future.

In spite of booking a room well in advance no room was reserved. I was given a room and asked to adjust and the same will be changed next day. There after since our company representative who handles the account asked to reduce the charge because of the mistake they made, they gave me a lower level room claiming it to be higher level room.
