« Good Hotel, Comfortable Stay, City Centre Location »

At the reception, most of the staff were management trainee. Need to have good well trained staff. Hotel is good and comfortable. Gym is very small and very few machines. Need to be upgraded and cleaned. Housekeeping needs more training to clean rooms properly and ensure guests have a good experience. With regards to the restaurant, we requested to chef to make waffles. Very poor quality. Need better trained chefs. Overall good experience and will visit again.

Room service needs improvement. Drainage in bathrooms needs maintenance. Food was good. Key-Cards were defective...they did not work in the lifts often and in the rooms occasionally.

I would give this hotel an A+. Excellent service, warm and generous staff you feel right at home. The hotel is clean and the food is wonderful. We felt so comfortable. They treat you with so much respect and are so friendly. Coming from out of town we did not once get sick with the food and water at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel in all of Vadodara.

Room on which was booked not offere Told we sold out Early morning woke up wash basin was choked and repaireing work started one hr nothing done,three guys standing and doing job never expected from Accor. Shifted to another room here bath room drains were choked water started filling like pool some how got out and lost good 2 hrs in all this , requested for a delayed breakfast,all were reluctant but some how little bit of snacks were served it was ruthless experience in the dining area. Complain again and said I will not pay for a whatever has been caused me,but due to delay in checkout I just paid with utter disregard and dissatisfaction. Never expected this.

Experience was bad. There was this bad smell coming from toilet and even after informing the house keeping staff, still the smell would not go. Thing that hit me hard, that room was not to be allocated, but then I will still allocated, which I felt was completely breach of knowledge and breach of my pleasant stay.

At the time of booking, person who attended the call was told that I have serious spine issues and would require hard bed. He confirmed that we will be able to provide subject to availability. When we checked in, I found the bed in the room was too soft and springy for me and immediately raised the issue with House keeping. They said these are the only kind of beds hotel have and have nothing different to offer. Since I had no option but to stay compulsory at the hotel spending two nights sitting on the chair. Why do you employ such people who lie just to get business costing tremendous inconvenience to person like me having serious medical issues.
