overall experience was good specially the support received from Mr Bharat Gupta who supported all our requirements swiftly and on time. Only we found that there was no staff support at the Board Room on 9th October 18.

This is my first stay in Surya Palace. From the moment I was picked up from airport and moment I was again dropped in the airport, Hotel took care of me allowing late check-out / providing a custom made food even after restaurant is closed at 3.00PM on last day and printed my tickets while I was taking food. Morning buffet break-fast was good meeting traditional taste and varieties. Travel arrangements for local business meetings were smooth and on time. Overall I had a memorable stay and will visit again

« Usually the stay will be OK , but this time i could see the difference in staff behaviour which is unusual and deteriorated »

I stayed for business purpose and normally this Hotel is Good and this time myself and my friend tried to buy Liquor from their licensed Wine shop. We applied for permit and we approached the shop which is inside the Hotel and operated by Hotel. When we requested the staff asked us to get the print out of the Permit and we took the print out and gave it to him and again he refused saying that the print was not good and we again took the print out and then he refused again saying everything should be in one page. Then we said whatever the settings are there in the web that only we can get and how can we manually set the page... then he somehow agreed and issued. The staff literally behaves like a government official and even the Government officials are now a days very good when we compare with this Hotel wine shop staff. He made us run here and there three times for the print out and behaved like as if we are going to do some sin. This experience totally annoyed us. They need to improve on this.

Check in was efficient. On going into room found that the bedsheets had some stains on them. This was quickly resolved by changing the room. Rest of the days there was no issues. Throughout the saty the staff were approachable and friendly providing information when required.

very pleased with the service at the front desk, the staff there has alot to learn staff on room/guest service. They are not equally trained to meet Europeans. Speak slowly and above all listen without interrupting. If you also serve the same food as I orderd and remember to return the laundry I had submitted as a guest, it will be really good. : )
