- The space in the room is too scarce compared to what you charge us. - The chapati was not served timely and we had to wait for long while having lunch and dinner. - Basic cleanliness and hygiene was not maintained at many nooks and corners. - The waiters while serving dinner were abusing ear=ch other loudly. Never expected this.

I have a very specific concern and would appreciate if the team can look into it. While discussing the package over the phone with Ms. Parizad we agreed on a lot of points and one of them was related to the extra charge we have to pay for additional hours that we use the ballroom for. Ms. Parizad told us that we will have to pay for 6 additional hours i.e. till 5 am of the next morning which was 30th May. I inquired that what if I pay for 4 additional hours since the function might get over by then and if we use for more than 4 I will settle right away; to this she said that she knows the marriage customs and the vidai of the bride is only after the dawn and so we will have to pay for 6 hours. However, in case we use for less than 6 hours - she will be happy to initiate the refund of those hours. We finished the function by 3 am and the same can be verified by your good colleague Mr. Kuldeep who was the captain that night. But when I asked for the refund of balance 2 hours - I was asked by Ms. Parizad to either talk to Ms. Benaifer or Ms. Punam regarding the same. I told her explicitly that I had agreed on the things with her, Ms. Parizad and neither Ms. Benaifer nor Ms. Punam is aware about this and therefore she should be the one taking the onus of the situation and keeping her end of the bargain - she started giving rigmarole answers and asked me to wait until Ms. Benaifer comes from her holidays. This is the last thing one can expect out of a senior person with the name of Accor group and it's not about Rs. 10,000/- but about principle. One cannot go back on the word given and I would appreciate if this can be looked into. Apart from this - the venue was fantastic and so was the food!

Stay was Good even Hotel Interior Well maintained but Small issues like TV Doesn't Get Switch Off with Remote i.e. Remote improperly Worked, Power Point / Switch of TV is hidden as well as not accessible it took almost 10-15 minutes to find the TV Power Point for Switch Off as Remote was not working etc. Hope next time I will enjoy better services. Lunch and dinner should have one or two varieties of vegetarian curries without gravy. Breakfast is good. Stay is comfortable.

Decent hotel with Good services. However, few areas required to be worked upon like room sizes, transparent (almost) glasses between washroom and room, food items, swimming pool attendant, Gym. However, staff is very polite and services are very good.
