I had a great time at Mercure hotel. The room is clean and tidy The bed was so comfortable that I was able to sleep well. Good and clean facilities specially swimming pool and gym. Nilesh who is a gym manager he friendly helped me using the facility. Quite and c Thank you Grand Mercure 😊

Room has no view, feels like you are packed in a container, plus they are super small. Food is ok but the hotel rooms doesn't look like the rooms a 5 star hotel should have. Highly disappointed by the room quality.

Excellent service. Very friendly and cooperative staff. I had good experience right from check-in till check-out. Food in Azure restaurant was superb. They customised few items as per my taste. Naresh, Sudhir, Rajaram, Nargeesh and Pradeep in restaurant were customer focussed. Unnati and Debashree in reception were very helpful. Even trainee staff was treating Customers very well.
