« TV channels , water boiler was too hot while OFF »

Most TV channels were not available on both TVs. the TV screen in the bat room was not working at all. Another issue is that the water boiler next to the coffee machine was to hot wile empty and was actually off. I think that was a real risk !! . I informed the reception at the check out on both comments the breakfast was very good with very nice staff

A very confortable room with nice view on the Corniche. All the staff was very nice. Just need to improve the check of the minibar as i was charged twice for expenses and some of them were not relevant

« Feeling like home in a luxurus and cosy environment »

Amazing location in front of Jeddah Cornice, extremely good services from a kind and well trained personnel, cleanliness in top level, amazing breakfast, very good menu. What else you need just to feel like home in a long stay ? The only problem that can be reported is the noise that is coming to the side rooms from the next building generators. But even this problem solved with the kind support of reception guys that transferred us in another room. Many thanks to all of you for your effort and this is one of the reasons that i am platinum member of Accorhotels

« Good but didn’t meet the expectations »

During my stay there in Jeddah staff were friendly ,welcoming and professional. The hotel it’s self so quiet and secure , I enjoyed my staying there but there r some points I would like to mention to improve your service quality. First the noise around the hotel in both towers, due to near company building fans or motor I don’t know really, but couldn’t enjoy the outdoor atmosphere that noise was there 24/7 . I was thinking i will enjoy early morning beach sounds and birds instead of that i got very annoying irritating noise unfortunately that i kept my window closed all the time. Also Air conditioner was very cold, we were shevring and the temperature adjuster not working well so we couldn’t decrease the temperature. I really hope if the management would take care of bed sheets issue due to humidity , they r wet all the time i was feeling cold and wet although i asked the room service to change them and bring me warm dry ones and they brought me the same no difference, they are very comfortable but wet and cold. I would love to have fan in the bathroom because u feel suffocated when u r taking hot bath and no ventilation inside, so i hope u will consider it. Thank u

« Hotel with old interior and stuff who lack either qualification or right leadership, but with good breakfast »

The hotel itself and especiall the room was disappointing for a Sofitel honestly. Also the staff caused lot of problems and did not follow agreements about the recipient of the invoice made before. This resulted in debiting my credit card, which I had to complain about before I finally got reimbursed.

« Not meet my expectation »

I stayed for one night , I made reservation for suite , city view . Then when arrived to the hotel I decided to change to sea view and told the reception that I will pay the difference , however, reception told me no available rooms. although when I checked in the website it was available !!. Was expecting even free upgrade !!. There was also problem in the air condition in the room ( was freezing!) .The price is not matching the service . The price in the lounge also is very high.

« Good Hotel, amazing stuff »

I am staying at this hotel quite frequently due my business visit and the hotel stuffs are extremely helpful and accommodating. The Bell-boy from Kabir from Bangladesh was really helpful he helped me w/ my luggage and showed me all the amenities in the hotel. Mr. Ibrahim from guest relations was also very helpful and upgraded to me a suite. So overall I am very happy w/ the hotel staff.

In comparison with other hotels that I stayed in, I can say that it’s much lower in the quality of service offered specially by receptionists . They must be more convenient with the guests and give at least a smile , and they should be good looking.

Unpleasant experience. wornout carpets, Clogged sink, flush wasn't working. I was surprised to see a Sofitel of this condistion. I am a platinum Accor member and I have stayed at several Sofitels this year in France and the USA and this Sofitel shouldnt be named a Sofitel.

« Bad experience because of room size and old furniture »

When I made the reservation by call, the employee told me that the room size is enough for 2 Adults and 2 Children. However, I got shoked when I checked into when I found that the room was small with one bed and very old furniture. You can imagine how woukd be your day with 4 people in such room.
