Unpleasant experience. wornout carpets, Clogged sink, flush wasn't working. I was surprised to see a Sofitel of this condistion. I am a platinum Accor member and I have stayed at several Sofitels this year in France and the USA and this Sofitel shouldnt be named a Sofitel.

The breakfast was prepared late could have been ready by 6:30 am instead. The spa for ladies was fully booked, it could have been improved by expansion or room services.

« Bad experience because of room size and old furniture »

When I made the reservation by call, the employee told me that the room size is enough for 2 Adults and 2 Children. However, I got shoked when I checked into when I found that the room was small with one bed and very old furniture. You can imagine how woukd be your day with 4 people in such room.

Nice and comfy except for breakfast and gym opening time (7am) which was extremely late I had to run in the street in early morining instead of gym and i skipped breakfast to be able to catch up with my work time

we came to attend a wedding for one night in jeddah and the time we came to the hotel to get ready and go out the electricity was off at the whole hotel and we couldnt get inside the room nor getting ready for the wedding. we spent more than 2 hours in the street waiting for the power and we were very late for the wedding. moreover, when we asked a member of the staff about the problem he said this is not my problem. overall bad experience.

Room 2706 is missing half of furniture the bed king size bed is 2 single beds the refrigerator is empty the cleaning of the rooms is terrible.

« worst room I had in your hotel for all my visits »

I am a senior executive working for Abbott which is the building next door from your hotel. our company gives your hotel lots of business. I had booked my room the week before with specific requirements of Corniche building. I ended up in city tower, in a room that doesn't even have a shower (2905). Your hotel should take care of loyal customers that come often and give you repeat business. Few I my colleagues already decided to go for other hotels because of your customer service, I am staying with my choice of Sofitel but service has to improve.

This was the first and last time i ever stay in a Accor hotel. I don’t know how you call it a 5 star hotel. Poor service. Poor management. Poor facilities. And customer satisfaction is the last thing which they think of.
