« comfortable, clean accomodation staff lovely and helpful, room door was tampered with not secure so sleepless night. »

everything was perfect, though would of loved pastries with breakfast. it looked like someone had previously tried to bust into the room and the door jam was bent and the door rattled all night let the cold air in and my 13year old was scare as hell as the door was not very secure at night. everything else was perfect though .

The environment is quiet, but indoor facilities like Sheet has blood stink spots and instant coffee and tea bags are spoiled ones, gel container is empty, etc

We arrived late and were tired. Our room had an unbearable odour. Really the rooms do not look anything like they are depicted in your advertising either. We were moved to another room by a helpful lady in a dressing gown. When she left we realised two beds weren’t made up.

The room was advertised as a spa suit when in fact the spas no longer work and we paid spa suit money and only got a bath and the place was outdated and dirty the restaurant was so cold we could not stay there for our meal and had to take it back to our slightly warmer dirty room

The bathroom was not the cleanest and looked old and dated with the spa and rusty railing. The air conditioner was not working in the main room where the extra beds were. Had to ask for extra towels since only two were supplied with the family booking. Breakfast was included, however I had to pay for my soy coffee on the room tab since no non-dairy option was available at the breakfast bar.

« Quiet n relaxing »

Enjoyed my stay. Beds were amazing n showers to perfect. The only problem I had was being distanced from the playground for the kids to run around and the housekeepers cleaning room was way disturbing in the morning. But overall we enjoyed ourselves

I stayed this time for two days and I cant say I have any bad remarks about this motel. I guess that is why I always stay there. It has very pleasant staff and is situated in a quiet country setting very close to Canberra town centre.

Upgrade had two rooms two air conditioners a big spa but it was very cold and took a long time to heat up.

Your hotel was clean and pleasant, a needed stopover. The staff were welcoming and the reception area welcoming. My room was warm and comfortable. However overall the premises appeared tired and in need of some TLC, bordering on being “worn out”. In similar circumstances I would stopover again but with so much accomodation within a few kilometres it might be line ball.

Hi, Stayed in Ibis eagle hawk Canberra for two nights from 3/8-5/8 booked 5 rooms. I done full payment from credit card before one week of stay. Find out next day after stay credit card was charged again. Called to find out what happened. Spoken with Kanica and she was very rude and unprofessional saying that I don’t know anything. I asked her to pass msg to manager to call me back. Bad experience. One of the room has no heater working. Went to reception and she gave portable heater saying maintenance will fix next day. The room was $150. For our $150 we got a room that stunk like sewerage, a rock hard bed, moldy shower, broken garbage bins, a lounge that was covered in stains.

I am extremely satisfied I highly recommend to family and friends. The staff are all friendly approachable so quick to attend all my concerns. The price is cheaper and I stayed in a king Room. So quite the area so relaxing the amenities meet my needs during my stay. It was a great experience to my family we will definitely back again there on our next holiday in Canberra.
