« Terrible service »

Arrived 8pm tired after a long day travelling and had to wait 40 mins to be checked in. There was one person at reception and a long queue of people waiting. Tried to have breakfast next morning, waited for 10mins there was no staff at the entrance to greet us and looked like no tables available. As there was no one we could even ask about how long we would have to wait or if we could get take away, we left.

There's a lot of movement of guests coming into and exiting the property throughout late night/early morning. When someone uses a shower or toilet in any of the adjacent units, you can clearly hear it. Not to the standard I expected.

Overnight stop on the way to the snow. It breaks the trip up. Staff were courteous and looked after us. Special thanks to the man who let us borrow the tennis raquets and use the tennis court. Had a great time. This is the forth year we've stopped here on our way to or from Perisher.

I enjoyed my stay and although dated the beds are comfy and rooms quiet. However I was not awarded Le club points after my stay. Despite numerous emails there seems to be no customer service with this hotel and with accor plus even though I am a platinum member. Due to this poor service, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Nice stay. Would be nice in summer with pool and other activities. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Waiters at restaurant were not the most accomplished but were very nice and friendly which made a happy experience.

The staff on check-in were outstanding in their service. Polite, smiling couldn't ask for more. However, to do feel the hotel is overpriced for what it is and very poorly maintained. The plumbing in our bathroom was so bad! the taps were leaking, the shower was clogged and water would not go down the drain to the point where we had to move rooms.

There seems to be several issues with the water systems. Some taps were leaking & funny bubbling noises coming from the toilet & sink. Bed was comfortable & room size was good. Not having foxtel was a bit surprising.

Our experience was ok. We had dinner at restaurant, the food was very good. Unfortunately when I had a shower in the morning, after putting shampoo in my hair, the hot water ran out, it was not pleasant to finish my shower with cold water, especially as it was very cold that morning.

« Not a happy overnight night stay - you need to provide a sensible shower option in rooms with spas. »

Very unhappy with bathroom (spa bath). Spa bath not working. Shower was within the deep spa bath - not a separate shower recess. Anyone with even limited mobility issues would have little chance of having a shower (safely) or if at all.

« comfortable, clean accomodation staff lovely and helpful, room door was tampered with not secure so sleepless night. »

everything was perfect, though would of loved pastries with breakfast. it looked like someone had previously tried to bust into the room and the door jam was bent and the door rattled all night let the cold air in and my 13year old was scare as hell as the door was not very secure at night. everything else was perfect though .
