Room tidy, food good and chocolates and water in room was a lovely surprise. I was disappointed to find the mini bar not stocked. My suggestion is you have a self serve cabinet in the foyer for those who might like a late night nibble.

I stay at this hotel a lot , car parking, public transport, nice area, comfy rooms and great staff. This all helps to create a comfortable stay. I can work in the city and get the tram in very easily. I'll be back.

Worst Mercure Hotel ever

I'm frequently using all the range of accor hotel, and this one is the worst Mercure I have ever tested. I checked in at 9:01 PM and ask to if I'm able to eat at the restaurant, and they say sorry it's closed. it was a thursday night. the breakfast in the morning was really bas, scramble eggs were dried, pastry weree not fresh (probably from 2 days ago) bedroom was outdated. don't pick this one guys.

This was not a trip of choice but one of necessity. The hotel is conveniently located near Royal Melb Hospital. Room only provided a kettle for coffee/tea making so as my stay extended, I required kitchen facilities which hotel was unable to provide.

Staying at the hotel was fine and the staff were excellent from the reception through to the girls in the restaurant. Do you shoe I have with it all though is that the room was $279 per night which to me is far in excess of what it should be. The room however was with very quiet and we had a good sleep.

We love staying in this motel as it is in very close waling proximity to our daughter. The Price for this stay was excessive despite there was the International Flower Festival on at the time. For the price of our room, we both thought it was very average, but it was the bed that left us both with major back pain/aches every day just sleeping on it. It was this that made us rethink our next trip down to Melbourne to see our daughter. The bathroom was a concern when taking a shower as the room fills up with steam, despite their being a window. The staff, as always, are lovely and accommodating, not that we are a demanding/needy couple. The food again was exceptional, would like to see another vegetarian selection though. I especially love having breakfasts their as it is good start to any day.

Little time was spent in the room as this was a business trip. Room service was great, nice food and delivered promptly. Only frustration was having to get the key reset on checking in. My room was the furthest from reception and had to drag my bags all the way back for new key.

The location was great but the facilities were below what I expected. The bed was different sizes in height so sleeping was difficult however if was clean. The windows were dirty on the inside.
