It was great in general. room was clean and comfortable. large variety at breakfast. little a bite disappointed for the croissant served in breakfast. it was 100% dry and become crispy from inside and outside. maybe it has been under heating light for two days.

« Toilet with very sewage odour »

It was not a plesant stay due to the toilet. The room is newly renovated hence a good night rest was comfortable. However trouble starts when a very bad odour of sewage smell arise from the toilet which overflows into the room as well. It was very unpleasant using the bathroom at times we had to hold our breadth. The travel schedule was tied and packed hence we spent the late night after 10pm in the hotel hoping for a good rest. We bared with the bad foul smell from the toilet for the 2 nights. Mamagement need to seriously look into the issue and i had seen few complains online, but didnt expect the issue yet to be solved and happened to my stay. Very disappointed.

« hotel is good, staffs are not well trained.. »

hotel facilities are pretty new and well maintained. it takes quite long to check in and check out even I've already checked in online. no welcome drink, the staff didn't smile, and when I ask for late check out, I was told that I would be charged for that. they allowed me to have the late check out after they confirmed it with other staff. so I just felt they are not so well trained and not familiar with daily work.. a little disappointed.

The hotel staff, from point of reservation to check-in/check-out, were extremely diligent and took immense efforts to satisfy our requirements. I was pleasantly surprised that the staff could identify us to our bookings/rooms so there was no need to make any further references while checking on our room billing/details. Well done and I am so pleased with all staff involved in making our stay so enjoyable.

I cant accept that my room has no air con. It was 24-25 degrees and impossible to sleep. I wasted time complaining about my aircon unit and a day before i was told that the hotel doesnt switch on the aircon for anyone. Big bed, big room and lavender pillow and a make do fan helped. Breakfast was terrible too. Location was very good.

« Very kind staffs and services with comfortable room and cosy sky lounge »

First of all the staffs were so devoted that we have been so much feeling comfortable like at home. Room was cleaned well with enough amenities. Breakfast restaurant supplied with various foods and drinks that were all fresh. Around the hotel is a big shopping mall with many nice restaurants and stores and we enjoyed the foods and shopping. The public transportation like subway train is very convenient to go many famous places for city trip and taxi service that provided by the hotel was so nice and convenient to quickly arrive at the airport from the hotel. Especially the manager of the hotel, Leo Wu, was so kind and careful that we have been feeling at home during our stay at the hotel.

« Excellent service, clean and well designed room, breakfast is good »

It was a very good experience from checking-in, staying at the hotel and checking-out. The front desk staff (Ms. Deng Huan) was very friendly. As my flight was delayed for 6hrs, I was coming to the hotel very late. The staff was fast and was able to make the check-in experience very comfortable. The hotel room condition is in excellent condition, which is clean and non-smoking is rule is observed on the floor. I will stay at this hotel again and recommend to other visitors.
