« An amazing stay at a beautiful hotel »

My mum arrived from the Caribbean to visit me in Shanghai. We began traveling around China And have enjoyed our stay at all the Accor Hotels we booked in Beijing, Xi’an and in Hong Kong. Our best experience was at Xi’an SCPG. This was largely due to the very personal touch of one of the managers, Leo Wu. He helped us to plan our trip around the city to ensure that we took in all the sights to the city wall, the bell and drum tower, Muslim street and arranged our tour to The Terrocotta Warriors Museum where we had the opportunity to meet one of the farmers who discovered the warriors! The best thing about this hotel was that every member of staff that we encountered were very professional, friendly and helpful. From the doormen who helped us with taxi’s around the city to Demi in the bar who helped us to settle for World Cup matches. A very special thank you to Leo Wu for ensuring we had such an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel in Xi’an.

The hotel is at the very good location which beside the Shopping mall. Comfortable bed. Room is clean and neat. The only un-satisfaction is breakfast! It is messy on sitting arrangement. Need to have a sign to show the table is occupied.

« Good experience in a night rest »

The hotel offered us a free big fruit plate for a minor accident which we found the room the reception arranged was still in an unready status. It is a good experience to have this unexpected gift. The hotel also reminded they could extended 2 more hours for free if our flight was in afternoon. The location of the hotel is very fantastic, just connected with a corridor to the check-in counters. I swam in the morning for free in the hotel, the pool was ok. I will definitely choose this hotel if I fly from the xi'an airport again. It's worth for the money.

overall is ok , but the aircond duct was block , when my wife ask why the room is hot , we are ask to open the window and told thats the operating temperature but in actual fact , the duct was block on last day we complain the maintenance came and check and unblock it

Slowly refill the food in the morning. Breakfast end time is 10:30am and I arrived around 9:30am, most of the food were not yet refilled, also the food was not so hot. The room was good but the air conditioner was not cool enough and felt hot sometimes.
