« Dishonesty changed what could have been a perfect stay »

i stayed there three days and thought for the price, everything was adequate and better than expected. However, i noticed that the room service unlike in other hotels did happen much later than usual (meaning after 5pm). after i left, i called the hotel letting them know i left two samsung charges in the room still plugged in to the wall. the managers and supervisors claimed nothing was left in the room. I suspect someone must have taken them and thought nobody would claim them. seems petty but for something that cheap i would have expected some honesty

3 night stay and every night my key was disactivated. When I checked out today, very bad experience. No air conditioning in the reception, my bill was not ready and i had to wait more than 15 minutes to get my invoice. Receptionist was very impolite

Stayed only for one night, and I had to leave pretty early for taking a flight. Hotel is very good, excellent room and seems pretty new. The only unfortunate aspect was that there was no breakfast option in the time I left (before 6 AM).

Clean and comfortable rooms. Beds feel like I’m at home and I love the location of the hotel. The one thing I didn’t like was the cable box which every 30 minutes or so it would shut off. So I couldn’t watch any tv for longer than 30 minutes.

« Terrible experience. »

I had a very bad experience. 3 out of the 6 nights i stayed in the hotel, the person stying in the next room, 510, hired prostitutes, and I could sleep the whole night. I called the lobby the 3 nights to have someone take care of this, and I was not either moved to another room nor I was getting any help on the matter. Guest services did call the person on the other room, I heard the phone, but it just continued. At the end and after complaining the staff gave me 15 % discount on the bill, but do you really think I am staying at Novotel for the price?

A very simple hotel not up to my expectations as a Novotel. Too much disinfectant odor in corridors and in the room. Very basic breakfast -for instance no cereals or yoghourt available. In the same price range you can find much better options in Panama City. Sorry but won't return.

Overall below expectation, worst Novotel I'v tried so far. Staff friendly but offering a poor service. The room was equipped with a low end unknown TV brand with awful sound quality, no shower cap, poor courtesy kit (I had to buy my shampoo and bath soap), when I asked for a toothbrush (i forgot mine) the room service didn't have one, the bedsheet was directly on the mattress without protective sheet in between, only 3 hangers in a room for two people. The bar sometimes was missing some beer brand, sometimes lemon, no small snack to accompany the drinks. The breakfast for 16 USD is overpriced. Nothing special.

As with most hotels in Panama, no matter the level of quality, or hotel brand reputation, this hotel lacks the attention it deserves by its staff and management - stained walls, doors that do not open or close properly, air conditioner that doesn't cool down enough, fire alarm switches (more than one) which are inoperative...
