The room was not that good in terms of the facilities, no mini bar, not courtesy water bottles, no extra pillows, but the staff was very kind and helpful

Overall, it was a nice experience being it was our first time staying at one of your locations. We were pleased with our upgrade to a suite for our entire stay. We did not have a chance to try out the restaurant but we did take advantage of the bar and gym offered with our stay.

« Great room, could have been cleaner. »

Check in was quick and easy. I was upgraded for free into a really great room - one of the largest rooms I have ever had in a hotel anywhere in the world. The only negative was the standard of cleanliness. When I arrived there was a clothing tag on the floor between the bed and the window - this was obviously from a previous guest. It was still there a couple of days later. Also, the curtains had some kind of dirty splashes on them. I liked the location of the hotel, it was great for access to the Metro at Via Argentina, and there was a great range of restaurants in the local area. Overall a great stay - just a shame about the cleanliness.

Disappointing - I had to request a room change on arrival as our room had a defective AC and we could not switch it off the room was like an ice box. I had to request a hair dryer and was told I could only get it the next day.

« Great Stay »

Check-in was smooth and both front desk staff remembered our names! The breakfast buffet was well displayed and we enjoyed "cooked to order" eggs. The hotel and rooms were clean and orderly and again the front desk was ready to help us in any way. The staff smiled and greeted us whenever we meet and this is very important when dealing with guests.

The issues was minor but it still count. We requested Ice for the room which we had to call several times. There was no towels in the room we had to call also for them The shower handle you have to turn off and turn on before you can get hot water. There is a photo on the site i thought there was a pool.

The hotel is nice, looks and feels new. The bed and a/c were good as well. The only issue is that both days when I needed to take a shower there was no hot water.. so that sucked.
