I am complaining the towels supplied to my room 204 on the 15 September 2018 (checking out 16 September 2018). All the towels were dirty and not fully washed. I used to stay in several Novotels but Novotel Bukit Tinggi is the worst.

me and my wife were having our honeymoon in Novotel Bukittinggi. we were so surprised as we entered the room there's flowers, pigeons made of towels, there was love everywhere. what really makes us surprised at that time, there was a card with our photo inside, also greetings and wishes from Novotel Bukittingi. thank you for the experience!

« Very old and tired »

Lots of things in the room were broken shabby grey and old. Certainly was nothing like a four star hotel. Lots of choice for breakfast but hot buffet was cold. Bar prices extortionate Fitness centre poorly equipped Would not stay again Staff where friendly and helpful Couldn’t believe this was a Novotel hotel

nice hotel with a heritage building, near town center and 'jam gadang' . overall the condition was good meals were delicious and various, friendly staff, etc. But please be mind of the amenity in the room. we had an experience, once we arrive there was no towel in the bath room :)

I like the room cleanness, reception and pool was in good maintenance just interfered with some little things such as: tissue only available in the bathroom, no sandals in our closet and the room should be more soundproof so it can be minimize disturbance from another guest while crossing the alley

I always choose to stay at Novotel whenever I visit Bukit tinggi since I was a kid, and I came back again last week after 15 years. I was always amazed and satisfied with the service (especially employees service. The receptionist and waitresses are nice) at Novotel. But I’ve found something bad when I came this time, I’m a bit disappointed with the breakfast menus that has been choosen. I suggest and wish Novotel Bukittinggi never dropping the Accor standard for breakfast menus. But overall I feel satisfied with the services. Thank you.

clean room but old, nice food but not to many choice, nice staff but not well trained. I had a very fast cecked in for 9 rooms, reception even asked me about payment, as I booked from accor app. with paymen in advance. I cecked out after 3 night and my family cecked out after 5 night, but then they asked my fam. to pay the bill. for Rp.23…. what i concerned is why they didnt ceck at firsttime we ceck in. due to my credit card over limit

« the location is great, staff were nice , but the facility was old and lack of maintenance »

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the location is great. However the facilities were quite old and lack of maintenance. The Elevator maintenance took a very long time ; we used the service elevator in all 3 days during our stay. The door of the storage/closet in the room was not work at all . It could not be slided at all to open or close. The deposit box could not eventually be used at the last day due some error on the code (fortunately a technician was able to get our stuff out)
