Only can say Happy, a true sample of excellent hospitality! Definitely will be one of my favorite hotels. Suprised ! wreath of flowers presented upon my arrival. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and manager, and upgraded to the suite room. The Staff was extremely friendly, and i love the food in the restaurant. The Chef of the restaurant deserves a special Thanks, We have great dinner here which obviously also added up to the experience All respect for the General Manager Mr Yon Hendri who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!!

I decided to stay at Novotel for this visit just because its proximity to the city center; which was convenient for me. But what I had at Novotel Bukittinggi was far beyond basic hotel experience. A nice interactivity during my arrival and a very warm welcome were just the beginning of the wonderful stay. The upgraded rooms were excellent and comfy with beautiful mountain view. The hospitality of the staff was pleasing. And the breakfast was impeccable - the traditional food were delicious and the menu was various. Can't complain a thing!

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel Bukittinggi. Love the location of the hotel, the mountain view from the room was a major plus and the architecture of the building is interesting. The down side is that the food lack flavor.

Booked through Accor as I am a member of accorhotels. Check in was easy. The room is great and big. The welcome fruits plate in the room is a nice touch. Breakfast was a good spread and you have the best nasi goreng in all accor hotels. Check out was easy as well despite a large number of guest. will be back soonest

Overall, I enjoyed my staying at Novotel. However, I was quite disappointed as my room wasn’t cleaned on my first day. I wonder how this could happen as I didn’t turn ‘don’t disturb’ sign on. One other thing, the fruits served for breakfast only papaya and pineapple.
